A teacher is a key figure in ecological education of preschoolers for their safe and happy future life. Intensiveness of preschooler’s development, dependence of his life from grown-ups, direction of development to future life requires to raise social ecological responsibility of teachers before the future generation. The purpose of the article is to show the specific character of teachers’ training as the organizational and pedagogical condition of ecological education of preschoolers in the conditions of natural and sociocultural environment of a kindergarten. Analysis of theoretical sources and teaching practice allows you to identify the most valuable content lines and technological mechanisms of professional training of preschool students and practicing teachers for environmental education of children. The research methods are the analysis of the theory and practice of environmental education of preschoolers, professional training of teachers, generalization, and correlation of the analysis results with the goals of sustainable development, comparison, systematization, questioning of teachers of preschool educational organizations. Achieving the goals of sustainable development of society makes it necessary to focus the content and technologies of organizing environmental education for children on the knowledge of the consistency of the structure and functioning of the natural and sociocultural world, the allocation of ecosystems of different levels in it. In this case, the semantic needs of the future will be reflected in the pedagogical design of the present. Determination of the system-forming role of environmental education will optimize professional training and comprehend the unity of natural science and humanitarian knowledge. Strengthening the personal orientation of education by taking into account the level of training, individual interests, preferred styles of information processing, increases cognitive activity and creative self-realization of each student. The use of project activities and interactive forms and methods of designing environmental education for children create conditions for improving the professional qualities of teachers, increase the value of training. Thus, the directed specificity of the content of vocational education of kindergarten teachers from the perspective of the future increases their social and environmental responsibility to future generations and the effectiveness of the results of environmental education of preschoolers in the process of professional implementation. The article describes the changes taking place in culture and education of the 21st century in connection with the civilization search for ways of sustainable development. The role of environmental culture as a platform for the formation of a sustainable development culture is considered. The problem of developing methodological approaches to ensuring the continuity of the formation in general education of the foundations of a culture of sustainable development based on ecological culture is actualized. The conclusion is made about the new mission of environmental education as education for sustainable development, which forms the prerequisites for the development of the foundations of sustainable development culture. A comparative characteristic of environmental culture in its classical understanding as a result of natural-scientific ecological education of schoolchildren, and ecological culture for sustainable development, as the integration of cultural results of all general education, is given. The essence of culturological, cultural-creative, value-worldview, integrative, semiotic-hermeneutic and institutional approaches to ensuring the continuity of the formation of ecological culture and culture of sustainable development is revealed. The development degree of these approaches and the pedagogical means of their implementation in the general educational process are analyzed. It is concluded that the application of the identified methodological approaches requires a rethinking of the theory of constructing the environmental education content, its sources, criteria and indicators of its results, primarily personal

The year 2017 is called the year of ecology, because the state of the environment is constantly deteriorating and requires a serious attitude towards itself. The lack of proper environmental education entails misunderstanding and the inability to adequately assess the catastrophic ecological situation that has developed. The article analyzes the components of the university environmental education in Russia: a scientific one, including the theory and methodology of the issue of environmental protection; normative, studying moral, legal and aesthetic issues; value, considering ideals, ideas, goals and defining nature, as a primary value. The problem of environmental education for economists, financiers, managers in the conditions of the “new economy” has been studied. Conclusions are drawn about the need for comprehensive environmental education, which includes economic, social and educational aspects for improving the ecological culture of the society, with a special role of the educational aspect of environmental education.

In accordance with the educational objectives described in the National Education System Act No. 20 of 2003, that education in Indonesia is not only intended to educating the life of the nation but also shape the character of students. To develop character and a good attitude for students an educational institution is needed. Educational institutions in Indonesia consist of formal, informal and non-formal education channels. Through extracurricular activities, it was expected to develop abilities and have discipline in students, as well as the potential and achievements of students. Extracurricular activities are expected to be able to meet the needs of students, to gain knowledge and experience that will someday be useful for students in daily life. The research was carried out at SMPN 2 Casasari with the object of the paskibra supervisor and female students. to achieve that above goals, the researcher uses a qualitative approach and presents a type of descriptive research, using data collection techniques through methods: 1) observation; 2) interviews; 3) documentation. The results of the study showed that (1) the role of the paskibra in SMPN 2 Cadasari was quite good, because there was a United Nations and there was discussion through character guidance activities so that it would improve discipline. (2) constraints faced by SMPN 2 Cadasari, paskibra there are clearly obstacles such as coming late, using attributes that are incomplete or different uniforms, late in attending extracurricular activities. (3) efforts to increase discipline in paskibra. Character guidance is conducted once a month, can shape the discipline of Paskibra members by giving advice, motivation and sharing experiences. More often participate in outside activities such as marching races.

The factors that cause the students have deviating behaviour in school. The research uses qualitative approach because it is in line with the statement of problem, the objective of study, and significances of the study. Therefore, the technique of data collection is based on interview, observation, and documentation. Finally, the research result in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 Batola says that any kinds of students’ deviating behavior illustrate the lowness of morality. It needs the serious attention from the stakeholder of school, parents, and society in order to form the personality in line with goals of national education. In a word, the research result ends that there have been students’ deviating behavior (1) because the role of parents are minus in guiding and controlling their children, (2) because the situation of home does not support the implimentation of education, (3) because the environment does not support the implimentation of education, (4) because of effect of media, such as TV, internet, and entertainment, and (5) because of no figure from the teachers. Because of such previous findings, it is important to make suggestions whether for the parents or the teachers. It means that program for making students get accustomed to the values of togetherness and nationalism in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 is very necessary. The teachers and parents surely are the models for the students to develop their competences in character building.   Key words: The role of school, the of constructing, character , the students’ deviating behavior

Today, the question of the need for environmental education is of particular importance. It is necessary to restore harmonious ties between man and nature, and this is possible only in contact with the natural environment itself. The irrational use of natural resources, the progressing economic activity of man, which does not take into account the laws of the development of natural systems, lead to a change in natural processes, a violation of the balance of the biosphere. Analysis of various approaches to educational activities in the field of environmental culture revealed the importance of specially protected natural areas in environmental education. They have unique benefits for biodiversity education by providing visual illustrations of the diversity of natural ecosystems.

Abstract: The role of the teacher is also very necessary to instill character values ​​in students.  That the education of character values ​​is only possible if the values ​​given to the students' life practices are not only cognitive in mind.  But also in daily practice the value of habituation activities, extracurricular activities, and attitude of behavior in teaching and learning activities.  The objectives of the research are 1). To know the role of PPKn learning in instilling character values ​​in grade VIII MTs Miftahul Ulum Sitiaji Student , 2). To know the process of planting character values ​​through  PPKn learning in grade  VIII MTs Miftahul Ulum Sitiaji students , This research uses qualitative research. Researcher's data includes interviews, observations and documentation but  because of he covid 19 outbreak this observation and documentation cannot be done. The results of this study are 1).  The role of Pancasila nd civics educasion  very important that involves a lot of character values ​​so that it can make the younger generation better directed, do positive things both not harming oneself or others. 2). The process of instilling character values ​​through learning PPKn is appropriate because it is already in the RPP listed.   Abstrak: peranan guru ppkn sangat diperlukan  untuk  menanamkan  nilai-nilai karakter pada siswanya. pendidikan nilai-nilai karakter  hanya dimungkinkan apabila nilai-nilai diberikan pada praktik-praktik hidup siswa itu sendiri tidak hanya dalam penilian kognitif. Namun juga dalam praktik keseharian yang dinilai dari kegiatan pembiasaan , kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, dan  sikap perilakunya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan penilitian adalah 1).untuk mengetahui peranan pembelajaran PPKn dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada siswa kelas VIII di MTs Miftahul Ulum Sitiaji, 2). Untuk mengetahui proses penanaman nilai-nilai karakter melalui pembelajaran PPKn pada siswa kelas VIII di MTs Miftahul Ulum Sitiaji. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Data peneliti yaitu wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi namun dengan adanya wabah covid 19 ini observasi dan dokumentasi tidak bisa dilakukan.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1). peranan  pembelajaran  ppkn  sangatlah penting  dalam pemebelajaran ppkn banyak  yang  menyangkut nilai-nilai karakter sehingga bisa membuat generasi muda lebih terarah dengan baik,melakukan hal-hal positif baik tidak merugikan diri sendiri ataupun orang lain.2).proses penanaman nilai arakter melalui pemebelajaran PPKn sudah sesuai karena sudah ada dalam RPP yang  tercantum.

The article considers the role of environmental education in the formation of the ecological culture of students of adolescents as the ultimate goal. Based on the analysis of the results of experimental work, the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions for the formation of ecological culture in the process of educational activity in the lessons of natural sciences is revealed.
