<p><em>Abstract</em> : <strong><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of knowledge, religiosity, and halal against the decision of choosing through attitude and brand trust on the </em></strong><strong><em>3 top brand </em></strong><strong><em>modern bakeries. The sample used was the one who bought the product at one</em></strong><strong><em> of the three</em></strong><strong><em> baker</em></strong><strong><em>ies </em></strong><strong><em>in the last two months of 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, correspondence analysis, and path analysis.</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>The results found that (1) knowledge, religiosity, and halal are not significantly influence the attitude of the modern bakery. (2) in the modern bakery Bakeri 1, knowledge significantly influence brand trust, while religiosity and halal are not significantly influence brand trust. In modern bakery Bakeri 2, knowledge and religiosity does not significantly affect brand trust, while halal significantly influence brand trust. In modern bakery Bakeri 3, knowledge and religiusias significantly influence brand trust, while halal not significantly influence brand trust. (3) In the modern bakery Bakeri 1, halal significantly influence the decision to choose, whereas knowledge, religiosity, attitude, and brand trust did not significantly influence the decision to choose. In modern bakery Bakeri 2, attitude, and brand trust significantly influence the decision to choose, whereas knowledge, religiosity, and halal are not significantly influence the decision to choose. This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. Independent  variables  used  in  this  study  are  brand  image  and  brand  trust,  while  the  dependent variable  is  customer  satisfaction  and  brand  loyalty.  The  type  of  research  used  in  this  research  is descriptive causal method. Samples used in this study were as many as 97 respondents with the form of  sampling  using  techniques  Purposive  Sampling  and  Accidental  Sampling.  Data  analysis  method used in this research is path analysis method. Result of research indicate that brand image influence to  customer satisfaction,  brand  trust  influence  to  customer  satisfaction,  brand  image does  not influence to brand loyalty, brand trust influence to brand loyalty and customer satisfaction influence to brand loyalty. Variabel  independen  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  citra  merek  dan kepercayaan  merek,  sedangkan  variabel  dependen  adalah  kepuasan  pelanggan  dan  loyalitas merek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kausal. Sampel  yang  digunakan  pada  penelitian  ini  yaitu  sebanyak  97  responden  dengan  bentuk pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  teknik Purposive  Sampling dan Accidental  Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode path analysis. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  citra  merek  berpengaruh  terhadap  kepuasan  pelanggan, kepercayaan merek berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap  loyalitas  merek,  kepercayaan  merek  berpengaruh  terhadap  loyalitas  merek  dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek.

ABSTRACT This study aims To find out the constraints faced by extension workers in providing agricultural extension in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and To know the response of farmers to the implementation of agricultural extension in the Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was carried out in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in March to May 2017. The research method used is qualitative methods. While the sampling method used is simple random Purposive sampling will 28 samples of palm oil farmer. So the sample studied from members of the population as a whole that is as much as 28 oil palm farmers. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation methods. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Method of processing and analysis of data used is using descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The results showed that agricultural extension facilities used extension workers are motorcycles, aids and props. Infrastructure that is not yet supported is not yet all extension workers get a service house near the location of counseling, Distance taken by agricultural extension workers in carrying out their duties is about 3 km for the location of the activities of the farmer's house and about 5 km for the location of agricultural gardens. Farmer's response to the organik fertilizer extension activiti b using cattle manure for oil palm plantation with total score or 47,50 which means getting high score.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi penyuluh dalam memberikan penyuluhan pertanian di Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dan Untuk mengetahui tanggapan petani terhadap pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah acak sederhana Purposive sampling dengan anggota populasi sebanyak 28. Maka sampel yang diteliti dari anggota populasi secara keseluruhan yaitu sebanyak 28 petani kelapa sawit. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sarana penyuluhan pertanian yang digunakan penyuluh adalah sepeda motor, alat bantu dan alat peraga. Prasarana yang yang belum mendukung adalah belum semua penyuluh mendapatkan rumah dinas di dekat lokasi penyuluhan, Jarak yang ditempuh penyuluh pertanian dalam melaksanakan tugasnya adalah sekitar 3 km untuk kelokasi kegiatan dari rumah petani dan sekitar 5 km untuk lokasi kebun pertanian. Tanggapan petani terhadap kegitan penyuluhan pertanian pupuk organik dengan menggunakan kotoran ternak untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dengan jumlah keseluruhan skornya 47.5 yang artinya memperoleh nilai tinggi.

The amount of dividends distributed to shareholders depends on the company's dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability on dividend policy with an investment opportunity set as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at companies classified as LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain 87 observations. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on research results, it is known that profitability has a positive and significant effect on investment opportunity set. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set is able to mediate the effect of profitability on dividend policy.

This research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The population of this research is all stocks that are included in the largest market capitalization for the period January - March 2020 with a total of 50 shares. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method, so that 28 stocks were obtained as the research sample. The variables of this research are stock price, JCI, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risk, Selected Shares and Proportion of Funds. The data analysis method used in this study is the Single Index Model. Based on the research results, it is concluded that there are 3 stocks that meet the criteria for optimal portfolio formation and the proportion of funds for each of these stock, namely PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) 53.40%, 45.48% stock of PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) by 45.48% and stock of PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) by 1.12%. The implication of this research is to provide an overview or information for investors about the advantages and disadvantages of Islamic stocks during the Covid-19 pandemic.   Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham yang masuk dalam kapitalisasi pasar terbesar periode Januari – Maret tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 50 saham. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehhingga diperoleh 28 saham sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel penelitian ini adalah harga saham, IHSG, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risiko, Saham Terpilih dan Proporsi Dana. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Model Indeks Tunggal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan, bahwa terdapat 3 saham yang memenuhi kriteria pembentukan portofolio optimal dan besar proporsi dana masing-masing saham tersebut, yakni saham PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) sebesar 53,40%, 45,48% saham PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) sebesar 45,48% dan saham PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) sebesar 1,12%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran atau informasi bagi para investor tentang potensi keuntungan dan kerugian saham syariah pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19.

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the shape of social capital that exist in the centers of craft bags and suitcases Tanggulangin. Identify the role of social capital in improve the effectiveness of employees in the center of bags and suitcases craft Tanggulangin. Identify the use of social capital by craftmen in their business development. Sampling method used in this study are done by purposive, decide the informant by selective informant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result showed that social capital is formed in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases Tanggulangin started from family, relatives, neighbors and their friends, and grow together with local habit. The role of social capital to form a network, a sense of trust, social norms, leadership, and solidarity among employees and craftsmen in Tanggulangin. The benefits of social capital in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases in Tanggulangin found to form a good mutual cooperation among them, the knowledge transfer, and maintained good communication. Efforts to increase social capital is done by sharing the workload and remuneration managed transparently and in accordance with the capabilities and contributions of employees.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of farmers saving at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sonder Unit. This research has been carried out for three months, namely from April 2019 to June of 2019 starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The sampling method in this study was intentional (purposive sampling) The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from 79 farmers who save at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder using a questionnaire. Secondary data is data obtained from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder, such as data on consumer saving farmers. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis method and uses Likert scale analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of farmers saving at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder belongs to the Satisfied category. .+eprm*

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. To achieve the research objectives, data analysis using Path Analysis and Sobel Test. Sampling by non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and the size of the sample taken is 120 respondents. The results of the analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Furthermore, relationship marketing also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali and customer satisfaction can significantly mediate the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty at Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Suggestions that can be recommended to the management of Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali are to always build better relationship marketing to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the intention to buy KAI Access tickets online through an trust as an intervening variable. The population in this study were millennials generation of Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) users service in Kebumen Regency. This study sample was 100 respondent using the purposive sampling method. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis using path analysis with SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant effect on trust. While perceived ease of use do not affect the intention to buy KAI Access tickets online, while the perceived usefulness and trust significantly influences the intention to buy KAI Access tickets online.
