Abstract - Leadership is the attitude and behavior to influence subordinates so that they are able to work together, so as to form a harmonious relationship with the consideration of efficiency and effectiveness aspects to achieve the predetermined work productivity figures. Path-goal leadership theory explains how a leader's behavior affects the motivation and work performance of his subordinates, in different work situations. Research into leadership began in 1945, initiated by the Bureau of Affairs and Research at Ohio State University. The ability to control resources and other factors to achieve organizational goals is an effort that must be made in every organization. In analyzing the data in this study, the process carried out by the author was to compile interview transcriptions, field notes, and other collected materials. The process of analysis involves working with data, organizing and breaking it down into manageable units, summarizing them, searching for patterns, and discovering what is important and what needs to be learned. Communication is very important in management because it is one of the tools to guide, motivate, monitor or observe and evaluate the implementation of company management. Usually communication will have different functions and benefits according to the conditions, themes and participants involved in the communication event. Organizations need to communicate fluently and effectively when achieving their goals to ensure continuous improvement or quality improvement in organizational performance and human resource performance. Therefore, almost all members of the organization must understand the organizational communication process in order to understand correctly that there are no errors in communication between them. Abstrak – Kepemimpinan adalah sikap dan perilaku untuk memengaruhi para bawahan agar mereka mampu berkejasama, sehingga membentuk jalinan kerja sama yang harmonis dengan pertimbangan aspek efisiensi dan efektivitas untuk mencapai angka produktivitas kerja sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan. Teori kepemimpinan jalan-tujuan menerangkan bagaimana perilaku seorang pemimpin memengaruhi motivasi dan prestasi kerja bawahannya, dalam situasi kerja yang berbeda-beda. Kemampuan mengendalikan sumber daya dan serta faktor lain untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi merupakan usaha yang harus dilakukan dalam setiap organisasi. Dalam melakukan analisis data pada penelitian ini, proses yang dikerjakan oleh penulis adalah dengan menyusun transkripsi wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan materi-materi lain yang dikumpulkan. Proses analisis melibatkan pekerjaan dengan data, penyusunan, dan pemecahannya ke dalam unit-unit yang dapat ditangani, perangkumannya, pencarian pola-pola, dan penemuan apa yang penting dan apa yang perlu dipelajari. Komunikasi sangat penting dalam. .manajemen karena .merupakan salah. .satu .alat untuk memandu, memotivasi,. memantau atau. .mengamati dan mengevaluasi .pelaksanaan .manajemen perusahaan.. Biasanya komunikasi. .akan .memiliki .fungsi dan .manfaat yang .berbeda sesuai dengan kondisi,. tema dan peserta .yang .terlibat .dalam acara .komunikasi tersebut. .Organisasi perlu berkomunikasi dengan lancar dan efektif ketika mencapai tujuan mereka untuk memastikan peningkatan berkelanjutan atau peningkatan kualitas dalam kinerja organisasi dan kinerja sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, .hampir .semua .anggota organisasi. .harus .memahami .proses komunikasi. .organisasi .agar dapat memahami dengan benar bahwa tidak ada kesalahan dalam komunikasi di antara mereka.

Organizational performance is the end result of the work done to achieve organizational goals that have been established. All that is determined by the existence of good labor productivity. There are several things that affect the productivity of labor, including the provision of wages and discipline work. One way to reward and acknowledge the existence of manpower is through the provision of wages. In addition to wage factors, labor productivity can also be influenced by work discipline factors. This study aims to determine the effect of wages and discipline of work on the productivity of labor at the company's Duta Trans Jaya Jakarta. The population of the research ani there are 40 employees, so researcher uses saturated samples by using all the popolation. So the sample in this study is 40 people. Based on the above data it can be seen that the value for wage variables, and work discipline (simultaneously) has a significant effect on work productivity, where the significant value of F of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha accepted and Ho rejected this means that there is A significant influence between wage and work discipline variables on work productivity at PT. Performance management is a collection of activities designed to help individuals and organizations improve performance. It includes setting expectations, monitoring progress, providing feedback, evaluating results, and using performance information to make talent decisions. Despite decades of research, little evidence supports the assertion that performance management leads to improvements in either individual or organizational performance, leading to a fierce debate about its usefulness. Critics charge that performance management is often too time-consuming and cumbersome, providing little value for all the effort required. Proponents argue that performance management is essential for aligning individual work to organizational goals, ensuring fairness in rewards, and protecting organizations against legal challenges. Controversies aside, the vast majority of organizations have a performance management system that includes formal performance reviews, the results of which are tied to compensation or other talent decisions. Organizations are increasingly seeking ways to streamline the process, simplify practices, and find more value. Achieving these goals entails defining the purpose that performance management should serve and implementing the specific components of performance management that are most likely to foster effective performance.

In recent decades, the number of theoretical studies related to the psychological aspects of human resource management has increased. In the context of behavioral sciences, the orientation of scientists and researchers to the inner essence of individuals, to thought processes and the feelings of people at the workplace, and hence to the resulting work behavior, is completely natural. Work productivity stems from a certain type of employee behavior, and a number of factors influence this behavior in people’s work activity. Emotional intelligence is one of the key factors influencing the work behavior of business organizations' leaders. This component encompasses abilities and skills that orient the behavior of managers in their work performance in a direction consistent with the organizational goals and the personal goals of each of these leaders.

Sustainable human resource management is one of the distinguished approaches for ensuring the organizational performance of an organization in today's turbulent business environment. Human resource management ensures the achievement of the organizational goals through practices of managing human resources. Sustainable human resource management thereby ensures the development and maintenance of the potential of all employees in the organization. The main goal of this paper is to present the results of research in the field of human resource management with respect to different generations of employees in industrial enterprises operating in the Slovakia. The research sample consisted of n = 1 471 respondents (employees of industrial enterprises). The most important results of the prezented research is the finding that employees of industrial enterprises consider work performance, which influences their remuneration, to be important. The research showed that there are statisticaly significant relationships between employees at managerial and production positions and the perceived importance of work performance when determining the income of managers and production employees (rs = 0.274 and rs = 0.363).

This study discusses the relationship between discipline and employee productivity performance through job satisfaction in organizational performance. In organizational goals, employee productivity is needed so that the organization's business continuity can be sustainable, therefore the importance of an appreciation for employee work activities. Employees also feel satisfied with the results of their performance. This study aims to show the importance of employee productivity for the company by looking at and paying attention to discipline as part of a sense of responsibility in realizing what is expected by the company. The research method used is quantitative by using research samples consisting of 83 employees who work in companies that move in the industry that produces furniture collections. Research models are carried out and tested using an analysis program applying the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. This study indicates that work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee productivity, and the field is having a considerable impact on work productivity through job satisfaction.Keywords                    : Work Discipline; Productivity; Job SatisfactionCorrespondence to      : [email protected] Studi ini membahas hubungan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja produktivitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja dalam sudut pandang kinerja di organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan pentingnya produktivitas kerja karyawan bagi perusahaan, dengan melihat dan memperhatikan kedisiplinan sebagai bagian daria rasa tanggung jawab dalam mewujudkan apa yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yakni kuantitatif melalui penggunaan sampel penelitian terdiri dari 83 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan yang melakukan pergerakan pada industri yang memproduksi koleksi mebel dan model penelitian yang dilakukan serta pengujian menggunakan program analisis menerapkan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci                        : Disiplin kerja, Produktivitas, Kepuasan Kerja

ObjectivesAlmost all healthcare today is team-based in collaboration over professional borders, and numerous students have work-based learning in such contexts. However, interprofessional learning (IPL) in clinical settings has mostly been systematically explored in specially designed contexts dedicated to interprofessional education (IPE). This study aimed to explore the possibilities for IPL activities, and if or how they occur, in an acute ward context not dedicated to IPE.Design and settingBetween 2011 and 2013 ethnographic observations were performed of medical and nursing students’ interactions and IPL during early clerkship at an acute internal medicine ward in Sweden. Field notes were taken and analysed based on the framework of IPE:learning with, from and about.Participants21 medical, 4 nursing students and 30 supervisors participated.ResultsLearning with—there were no organised IPE activities. Instead, medical and nursing students learnt in parallel. However, students interacted with staff members from other professions.Learning from—interprofessional supervision was frequent. Interprofessional supervision of nursing students by doctors focused on theoretical questions and answers, while interprofessional supervision of medical students by nurses focused on the performance of technical skills.Learning about—students were observed to actively observe interactions between staff and learnt how staff conducted different tasks.ConclusionThis study shows that there were plenty of possibilities for IPL activities, but the potential was not fully utilised or facilitated. Serendipitous IPL activities differed between observed medical and nursing students. Although interprofessional supervision was fairly frequent, students were not learning with, from or about each other over professional borders.

Among themost efficient employee related management practices identified in both the developed and the developing nations is performance appraisal system, which is alsorecognized as a strong motivator for employees. It also enables smooth functioning of managerial decision making, administrative decision making and the employee development. The present study reviews prominent and key studies conducted in recent past systematically in order to assess how organizational performance appraisal systems and competency management frameworks affect employees’ work performance in the telecomsector.


Organizational structure refers to the established pattern of relationship among the parts of an organization. Financial management is directly concerned with finance of any organization. For achieving the organizational goals of a university finance is an integral part of management which depends on great deals of institutional policies. The sample of this study comprises of two universities i.e. Gauhati University as state university and Tezpur University as central university. Secondary sources were used as tools for data collection. The result derived indicated that there was a difference between state and central university regarding organizational structure and financial resource management.

Purpose. We show the main directions of work of the West Siberian archaeological detachment (team) of the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography SB RAS, demonstrate the methods used and present the results and the possibilities of their interpretation. Results. In 2018, the West Siberian archaeological detachment celebrates the 45th anniversary of its formation. The long-term head of the team is academician V. I. Molodin. All studies are carried out within the framework of a multidisciplinary approach starting from the search for archaeological objects (sites Tartas-1, Vengerovo-2, -2A, -6, Staryi Tartas-5, Ust’-Tartas-1,-2; Chicha-1, Vengerovo-6 and others) to their laboratory investigation. We widely apply a range of analytical methods in all of our activities including almost all stages of research: from the search for archaeological sites to their processing in close cooperation with various scientists. We collaborate with specialists from the Institute of Geology and Mineralogy SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia; the Institute of Petroleum Geology and Geophysics SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia; the Institute of Solid State Chemistry and Mechanochemistry SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia; the Institute of Cytology and Genetics SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia; the Institute of Nuclear Physics SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia; Novosibirsk National Research State University, Novosibirsk, Russia; the Center of Collective Use (CCU) “Geochronology of Cenozoic”, Novosibirsk, Russia; Heidelberg University, Heidelberg, Germany; Ludwig-Maximilian Munich Institute, Munich, Germany; the Center of Archaeology of Kurt Engelhorn, Mannheim, Germany and others. Conсlusion. Studies of the West Siberian archaeological detachment, which were carried out over the recent two decades, have provided new data that develop existing points of view, clarify existing concepts or allow to build new concepts of historical and cultural processes. It is obvious that the modern paradigm of science requires participation of specialists in natural sciences at all stages of archaeological research.

One effort to increase effective learning in schools is the role of the principal in supervising learning, because the success or failure of teaching programs in schools is largely determined by the principal as a leader. Leadership is a very important factor in influencing organizational work performance, because leadership is the main activity where organizational goals can be achieved (Nuchiyah: 2007). According to Muhani (2016: 1465) leadership is one of the problems that arise along with human awareness of the importance of living in groups to achieve common goals.
