Natural science is one of the subjects contained in the elementary or elementary level curriculum. In line with the learning of natural science in elementary school, learning natural science is one of the subjects that is still considered difficult by. In science learning there are several obstacles, namely the low student learning achievement, in the learning process in the classroom still using conventional learning models only with lectures and centered on textbooks only, there is no group discussion students tend to be passive and the teacher becomes the center of the learning process, so that students in science learning in the classroom feels boring and less challenging so students are less active in class. Based on the problem of difficulties in the learning process, the application of the power of cooperative tipe the power of two expected to be able to improve student learning achievement on magnetic material of class IV SDN Cililitan. The study uses quantitative research methods with experimental research methods using quasi-external design with nonequivalent control group design. The study was conducted at SDN Cililitan with a population of eighteen students by using a saturated sample that divides students into two classes, namely the control class of ten students and the experimental class of ten students. Data collection techniques were performed using pretest and posttest tests and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.

The study uses quantitative research methods with experimental research methods using quasi-external design with nonequivalent control group design. The study was conducted at SDN Puspajaya with a population of twenty students by using a saturated sample that divides students into two classes, namely the control class of ten students and the experimental class of ten students. Data collection techniques were performed using pretest and posttest tests and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 23.

Metacognitive ability and student learning achievement are two things that needed in the learning process, especially on science subject. By using Team Assisted Individualization Method it can improve metacognitive ability and student learning achievement. This research aims to know about the process of appliying the influence of Team Assisted Individuality (TAI) method on science subject in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatut Thowalib Pare. This research uses quantitative research method of quasi experiment control group design. It uses TAI method in experiment class and conventional in control class. After doing the learning process, metacognitive ability is measured by using questionnaires and learning achievement is measured by using pre'test and postest. The results can be seen from the cumulative average of students’ metacognitive ability of 30 students amount 93.3% in the ekserimental class and 85.1% in the cotrol class. The difference between the experimental and control class is 8.2%. While teh average result of student achievement in the experimental class using TAI Method taken from 30 student is 83.16 and the average result of student achievement in the control class is 77.37. this research uses the validity test and the reliabilty of the questionnaire that amount 20 items and followed by 57 repondents both in the experimental class and the control class. The are 30 student repondents in the experimental class and 27 student repondents in the control class that are valid. This data can be seen with significant level = 0.05 and rtable = 0.36. an item is called to be valid when rcount  ≥ rtable. While for the reliabilty of item in the experimental class and in the control class are reliable, with cronbach’s Alpha = 0.731 ≥ 0.70. in this research, normality test distributed normaly because it has asymp. Sign ≥ 0.05 while the result learning of the experimental class has a significant 704 and 432 for the control class. It means that the data is normally distributed.  The experimental class consisting of 30 student respondents has the average 9.333 Tcount 5.234 while Ttable 2.045 with significant level of 0.05 or 5%. Based on the data, it can be counclude that Tcount  ≥ Ttable. It means Ho is rejected and Ha is accpeted. Based on the explanation above, TAI method has an influence on metacognitive ability and student achievement of grade IV on science subjects in MI Hidayatut Thowalib Tegalsari Pare For Academic year 2017-2018.

Science learning achievement is low in some elementry schools in Bali and it is suspected that learning process is one of the factors that has caused this. Hence, there is a need for innovations in learning to improve learning process which has so far taken place (conventional). This study wasa aimed at finnding out the difference in science learning achievement  between students who are taught  through contextual learning which uses three dimension media and those who are taught through conventional learning..this is a quasi-experimental research with non equivalent post-test only control group design. The population used in this study was the fourth grade students af elementary schools in Gugus 1 Singaraja with the total number of eight schools. The sample in this study was selected  using  random sampling. Out of the eight schools in Gugus 1 Singaraja, two schools wereselected, namely SD No. 5 Banyuning as experiment group and SD No.6 Banyuning as conrol group.. the data gathered inthis study was in the form of science learning achievement. The instrument used to collect the data was an objective test or multiple choice.  The data were analyzed  using inferential statistics or t-test.  The result showed that  science learning achievement in the group where  three dimension media were used  had  the mean score of 20.75 , which is higher than  the group where conventional learning was used , whose mean score was 17. 08. This result  was confirmed by hypothesis testing in which it was obtained that tobs. > tc.v.. This means that  the implementation of contextual  learning approach  which was aided with three dimenisionmedia had  a positive effect on  science learning achivement.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the approach of the natural environment with the learning outcomes of students in grade V SD N 3 Klaten Grabag Magelang. The learning that is happening now has increased material that is taught increasingly difficult how to teach teachers is still conventional lack of media and facilities learning especially in natural science learning that requires concrete understanding.  For this reason teachers need to innovate in learning one of them using the natural environment approach that can be used in science subjects.  The subjects of this study were students of grade V SD N 3 Klaten as many as 32 children 16 children of the experimental group and 16 control groups selected by the object random sampling system in this study were natural science learning outcomes using a natural environment approach around data collection techniques used in the form of observation and documentation. this type of research is a quasi-experimental with pretest posttest control group design research method used is quantitative data analysis techniques in this study using t test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study showed that the experimental group obtained the calculated thitung (7,580) > t tabel(df:15) (2,145),  and the p (0,000) < dari 0,05 value with the results of the study meant that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in grade V SD N 3 Klaten using a significant natural environment approach to student learning outcomes so that it could be concluded that there was a significant relationship between the approaches  the surrounding natural environment with student learning outcomes in the material Adjustment of living things with the environment in grade V SD Negeri 3 Klaten Grabag Magelang.

This research aimed at increasing student learning achievement on Ion and pH Saline Solution Equilibrium lesson by using Schoology blanded Learninglearning model. Qualitative method was used in this research with quasi- experimental research design. All the eleventh-grade students of Natural Science of State Senior High School 1 TapungHilir in the Academic Year of 2018/2019 were the population of this research, and the samples were the eleventh-grade students of Natural Science 1 as the experimental group and the students of Natural Science 2 as the control group. Pretest-posttest control group design was used in this research. Sampling was done by using random technique. Analyzing the data was using one-way ANOVA. The data were analyzed by using inferential statistic with the help of SPSS 16.0 software. The results of calculating the data showed that the score of Sig. was lower than α, the significance score was 0.003. It showed that the learning achievement mean on Ion and pH Saline Solution Equilibrium lesson was increasing through the use of Schoology based Blended Learning. It could be concluded that there was an effect of using Schoology- based Blended Learning toward student learning achievement on Ion and pH Saline Solution Equilibrium lesson.

This study aimed to know the effect of cyclical e-evaluation of learning achievement in chemistry at second class even semester in Multimedia of SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. A set of learning was developed by modification of the development of the 3-P model of learning that adapted from Ibrahim. Planning applied in taking data is modification from design "The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, Using Matched Subjects". Statistical result of calculation using t test  sample correlated, shows there are influence cyclical e-evaluation is having  to achievement of student learning chemistry  at SMK in significance. Cyclical e-evaluation can be used as an alternative of recording of students' cognitive abilities, so that teachers can know the student's cognitive condition easily and quickly. Cyclica l e- evaluation can also encourage students to learn more intense because the students knew directly the score obtained and they will be directed by feedback.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-evaluation bersiklus terhadap prestasi belajar kimia pada siswa kelas XI semester II jurusan Multimedia SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. Perangkat dikembangkan dengan modifikasi pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran model 3-P yang diadapatasi dari Ibrahim. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam mengambil data adalah modifikasi dari rancangan “The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, Using Matched Subjects”. Data statistik hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji t sampel berhubungan, menunjukkan ada pengaruh e-evaluation bersiklus terhadap prestasi belajar kimia siswa SMK secara signifikan. E-evaluation bersiklus dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif perekaman kemampuan kognitif siswa, sehingga guru dapat mengetahui kondisi kognitif siswa dengan mudah dan cepat. E-evaluation bersiklus juga dapat mendorong siswa untuk belajar lebih intens karena siswa langsung tahu perolehan skornya dan mereka akan terarahkan oleh balikan atau feedback yang tersedia

The aim of this research was to find out the effect of cooperative learning type snowballthrowing to improve student learning achievement on the reliance mutualin in theecosystem concept. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru at firstsemester in academic years 2014 / 2015. Design of the research was quasi-experimental,The Matching Only Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design. Sample of the research wastaken two classes with the number of students in each 40 people who were taken by usingsimple random sampling technique. The data were collected by using pretest, posttest andteacher’s and students’ activities observation sheets. The data analysis technique used inthis research was 2 sample independent t test, if the data were normal and homogen. Themean N-gain experimental class was 0.72 high category and the control class was 0.44medium category. Based on the result of statistical test that there were significantdifferences between the mean N-Gain experimental class and control class. Thereby canbe conluded that there were significant application of cooperative learning type snowballthrowing to improve student learning achievement on the reliance mutualin in theecosystem concept class VII SMPN 18 pekanbaru academic year 2014 / 2015.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya interaksi antara guru dan siswa serta siswa dan siswa sehingga siswa kurang aktif dalam belajar. Kurangnya interaksi dapat terjadi karena disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti metode pembelajaran yang membuat siswa kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan menerapkan metode Pembelajaran Talking Stick. Metode ini melibatkan siswa yang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Keaktifan belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sangat penting, karena dengan siswa mengambil peran aktif, siswa akan merasa belajar lebih bermakna. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1). Bagaimana penerapan  metode pembelajaran talking stick pada mata pelajaran  Alquran dan Hadits di MTsN 1 Lebak, 2). Bagaimana keaktifan belajar  siswa dalam mata pelajaran Alquran dan Hadis dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran talking stick di MTsN 1 Lebak, 3). Apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran talking stick terhadap keaktifan belajar pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Hadits pada MTsN 1 Lebak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Untuk mengetahui penerapan metode pembelajaran talking stick pada mata pelajaran Alquran dan Hadits pada MTsN 1 Lebak 2). Untuk mengetahui keaktifan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Alquran dan Hadis dengan menggunakan metode learning stick dalam MTsN 1 Lebak, 3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran berbicara tongkat pada keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Hadits di MTsN 1 Lebak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsN Lebak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain kelompok kontrol tidak setara. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keaktifan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah menerapkan metode pembelajaran talking stick pada mata pelajaran Alquran dan Hadis. Dari nilai posttest siswa di kelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata = 88,4. Untuk kelas kontrol memiliki nilai posttest rata-rata = 82,0 dan pengujian hipotesis dengan t hitung> t tabel maka Ha diterima. Ada pengaruh dari penerapan metode pembelajaran talking stick terhadap keaaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Alquran dan Hadis. Based on the background above, the formulation of the problem in this study are: 1). How to apply the talking stick learning method to the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith in MTsN 1 Lebak, 2). How is the active learning of students in the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith using the talking stick learning method in MTsN 1 Lebak, 3). Is there any effect of the talking stick learning method on student learning activeness in the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith on MTsN 1 Lebak. The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the application of the talking stick learning method to the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith on Lebak 1 MTsN. 2). To find out the learning activeness of students in the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith by using the talking stick learning method in MTsN 1 Lebak, 3). To find out the effect of the talking stick learning method on student learning activeness in the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith on Lebak 1 MTsN. This research was conducted at Lebak 1 MTsN. The research method used in this study was a quasi-experimental research design with non-equivalent control group design. Data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that student learning activeness has increased after applying the talking stick method to the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith. From the posttest value students in the experimental class had an average = 88.4. For the control class has an average posttest value of = 82.0 and hypothesis testing with the price of t count > t table then Ha is accepted. There is an influence from the application of the talking stick learning method to the active learning of students in the subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran IPA menggunakan metode eksperimen ditinjau dari keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar IPA, dan (2) mengetahui perbedaan keefektifan antara pembelajaran IPA menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan demonstrasi ditinjau dari keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar IPA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Diponegoro Depok Sleman pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Sampelnya adalah satu kelompok eksperimen yang proses pembelajarannya menggunakan metode eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol yang proses pembelajarannya menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pretest dan posttest untuk hasil belajar sedangkan untuk keterampilan proses diambil dari data kemampuan awal dan kemampuan akhir yang merupakan hasil observasi pada LKS. Untuk mengetahui efektif tidaknya metode eksperimen dilakukan uji one sample t-test. Kemudian untuk mengetahui perbedaan keefektifan metode eksperimen dan demonstrasi dilakukan uji multivariat dengan uji T2 Hotelling dan dilanjutkan analisis univariat dengan uji independent sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pembelajaran IPA menggunakan metode eksperimen efektif ditinjau dari keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar IPA, dan (2) pembelajaran IPA menggunakan metode eksperimen lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar IPA dibandingkan dengan metode demonstrasi.Kata kunci: Keefektifan, metode eksperimen, keterampilan proses, hasil belajar IPA. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EXPERIMENT METHOD ON PROCESS SKILLS AND THE SCIENCE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF GRADE VIII STUDENTS IN SMPAbstractThis study aimed to (1) find out the effectiveness of science teaching-learning using experiment method on the process skills and science learning achievement, and (2) find out the difference of effectiveness between science teaching-learning using experiment method with demonstration method on process skills and science learning achievement. This research was a quasi experiment research. The population of the research was all of students of SMP Diponegoro Depok Sleman grade VIII in the academic year of 2013/2014. The sample consisted of the experiment group that the teaching-learning process used experiment method and the control group that the teaching-learning process used demonstration method. A pretest and posttest were used to collect the data of the learning achievement, while the process skill was taken from the prior ability and the final ability which were the result of observation on the LKS (Students Worksheet). To obtain the effectiveness of the experiment method on each variable, the data were analyzed with one sample t-test. Then, to find the difference between the effectiveness of the experiment and demonstration method on all variables used multivariate technique with T2 Hotelling and followed by univariate analysis with independent sample t test. The results of the research showed that (1) the teaching-learning process of science using the experiment method was effective in terms of process skills and science learning achievement of the students, and (2) the teaching-learning process of science using experiment method was more effective in improving the process skills and science learning achievement than that using the demonstration method. This research is motivated by the problem of the low learning outcomes of students in natural science learning at elemantaryschool 58 Balai Makam, Mandau District. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning process and improve thelearning outcomes of science in the fourth grade students of elementary school 58 Balai Makam through the application ofdemonstration methods. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students totaling 26 people. This study consisted of twocycles. Student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average of 67.42 with 16 students who were completed and 10 studentswho were not completed, while in cycle II obtained an average of 75.80 with 22 students who were complete and 4 students whohad not complete. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that through thedemonstration method it has been proven to be able to improve the learning outcomes of students in grade IV elementary school58 Balai Makam.
