The paper discusses the possibilities of using educational mathematical content in the implementation of educational testing. Distance learning requires a significant revision of educational content. This research is based on the analysis of the accumulated experience in the implementation of training testing. An analysis was carried out in the field of improving educational content and the main directions were determined. Variants of designing the content of test tasks for students of secondary vocational education institutions are proposed, taking into account the specifics of educational activities in the specialty 15.02.07 Automation of technological processes and production (by industry). A new methodological approach to the development and testing process is proposed. The test tasks and their sequence, designed adequately to the logical structure of the educational material, contribute to the formation of systemic knowledge and ways of working with them. It is advisable to include in the content of test materials tasks that focus on building logical conclusions. These techniques and tests are carried out at the Nizhnevartovsk Oil College.

The article discusses the possibilities of the formation of system design and organization of educational activities in educational institutions of the system of secondary vocational education. The substantiation of a systematic approach to the design activity of a pedagogical worker is proposed, a procedural scheme for the system design of the educational process in the context of modern changes in production requirements is proposed. The conducted studies allow us to conclude that it is necessary to divide the design process into three stages, which differ in priority determining goals. The structure of the system design of educational and methodological activities in the system of secondary vocational education is given. The purpose of the article is to identification and formation of the theory of system design, which is the need for the formation of teachers’ understanding of the essence of system design educational and methodological activities, its features, development prospects in the context of the renewing system of secondary vocational education. Methodology. The research is carried out on the basis of practical methodology, focuses on solving practical problems and purposefully solving the issues of organizing educational activities in professional educational institutions of the region. The article discusses the issue of the formation of the theory of system design and the organization of educational and methodological activities, in the conditions of timely, advanced updating and changes in curricula, which guarantee the training of a specialist with the necessary set of competencies. Results The results are in the significance of theoretical research: identifying the links between the educational activities of students with the stages of educational and methodological activities of pedagogical workers; the introduction of an educationally developed system of principles for system design of educational and methodological activities; formation of the system design structure; determining the level of readiness of open source software for the implementation of system design of educational and methodological activities to achieve goals to improve the quality of education. The drawbacks of the existing theory and practice of systemic pedagogical design are revealed in relation to the developed theory of systemic design of educational and methodological activities in the system of secondary vocational education, the elimination of which will ensure an increase in the effectiveness of the educational process. In conclusion, the demand for system design is noted as a necessary element of the activity of a pedagogical worker, who, within the framework of this project, should act as a creator of everything necessary to ensure the educational process aimed at achieving a predictable and predictable result. The work is an analysis of the potential for improving the quality of training students of secondary vocational education, as a priority task of modern society.

The article discusses the experience of forming the foundations of professional creative activity of students, on the example of training specialists in educational institutions of secondary vocational education. The relevance of the issue is closely related to the introduction of foreign production technologies at domestic enterprises. The influence of the experience of participation of students in professional competitions on the formation of a creative personality is considered. A number of theoretical provisions are proposed that make it possible to form the creative activity of students from the standpoint of the competence approach. Analysis of production requirements and educational standards made it possible to single out such components as technological, rationalization, modernization, organizational and management activities in the future graduate’s activities. The potential possibility of optimizing the system of secondary vocational education is analyzed. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate a model of a multicomponent structure of the formation of professional creative activity of a student in the system of secondary vocational training. Methodology. The research is carried out on the basis of practical methodology, focuses on solving practical problems and purposefully solving the issues of organizing educational activities in professional educational institutions of the region. The article discusses the issue of organizing the work of colleges, in the context of timely, anticipatory updating and changes in curricula that guarantee the training of a specialist with the necessary set of competencies. Results consist in the dissemination of experience in the formation of the foundations of the professional creative activity of students and the organization of educational activities of professional educational institutions within the Siberian region, contributing to the creation of a situation of success in the system of secondary vocational education and allowing to increase the efficiency of the educational process. In conclusion, the importance of the formation of skills of professional creative activity among students is noted as an effective resource that has an impact on social development. The study explains the peculiarities of the work of educational institutions in the formation of professional skills. The author focuses on the criteria that determine the promising areas of activity and efforts of employers and educational institutions in the aspect of the development of professional creative activity. The work is an analysis of the potential for improving the quality of training students of secondary vocational education, as a priority task of modern society.

The problem of preparing future teachers for educational activities in the organizations of secondary vocational education is actualized. It is noted that the fact is conditioned by the increased importance of education in the teaching/learning process, specific cohort of college students, the necessity of forming soft skills by means of educational operations.The views of the Russian and foreign researchers on the problem of training future teachers for educational activities at the organizations of secondary vocational education are analyzed. The content of contative activity component of preparing future teachers for educational activities in the organizations of secondary vocational education is revealed. Изучены технические характеристики платформы, определены основные положительные стороны использования в педагогическом процессе платформы Discord. The article considers the practice of using distance learning in the system of professional education. The result of the implementation of distance learning in the college using the Discord platform is presented. The technical characteristics of the platform are studied, the main positive aspects of using the Discord platform in the pedagogical process are determined.

This article examines the main opportunities that exist in the modern system of secondary vocational education for the multicultural educational environment organization. The first part of the article examines the need for the formation of such an environment at the present stage of education, including secondary vocational education, as well as the main approaches to the interpretation of this concept. The purpose of the study is to identify problems in the legal regulation of the activities of the secondary vocational education system in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and to formulate proposals for their leveling. The subject of study is individual institutions of educational legislation in the field of secondary vocational education, the implementation of which is directly related to the activities of educational organizations in the context of countering the spread of COVID-19.The key issues of the use of e-learning and distance learning technologies, the provision of paid educational services in the changed conditions are considered; practical issues, as well as the positions on them of the federal executive authorities and judicial practice. The main problems associated with the legal regulation of the education system in a pandemic are presented.Conclusions are made about the inadmissibility of giving assignments during the holidays to students; that the use of e-learning and distance learning technologies does not change the form of education, while maintaining the volume of compulsory classes of a teacher with students; on situations of application of these technologies, requiring free provision of students with the necessary equipment; on the need to change the content of the contract for the provision of paid educational services, as well as on the inadmissibility of increasing its cost.

Statement of the problem. The rapidly improving, easily accessible, well-designed and reliable digital technology transforms all spheres of life, including educational system. The expected results of the federal project “Modern school” include updating of contents and technologies of teaching general education programmes, including ones in professional educational organizations by the end of 2024. Active use of interactive sheets of mathematical content, contributing to not only intellectual and cognitive activities, but also to development of communicative skills among secondary vocational education students, is relevant. This requires that mathematics teachers should understand better the concepts of visualization of educational content and master new tool programmes for their creation and integration into the educational process. Vizualization tools can be not only maps, scale matrices, presentations, educational films, and printed workbooks, but also interactive, multimedia worksheets created on educational platforms that can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet, and computer at any time if this access is available. This individualizes educational process and develops communicative skills among future mid-level professionals, because the labor market places new demands on graduates with secondary vocational education which imply certain professional competences of future mid-level managers. The purpose of article is to determine the reasons for visualization of mathematical training material, its structure, instruments for its creation and application in the educational process. Methodology of research includes the principle of system quantization and cognitive visualization. Research results. The need to visualize training material used in mathematics classes has been identified and justified; the structure of worksheets has been presented; tools for development and use of interactive worksheets stimulating development of communicative interaction has been proposed. Conclusion. The article defines the technologies of educational content visualization as conditions for development of students’ communication competences in mathematics education. Worksheet structure has been identified and validated, digital tools for their creation and use in face-to-face and distant training in mathematics classes have been tested.

In the article, based on the analysis of studies devoted to the implementation of distance learning in vocational education against the background of the fight against the pandemic and the self-isolation regime, the authors of the study highlight the main problems of the implementation of distance learning, which both the organizers of this type of education and teachers and students faced. The authors, based on the practice of implementing distance learning, indicate its advantages and disadvantages. The importance of the problem of the formation of ICT competence of teachers for the high-quality organization of distance learning, including in terms of the formation of digital educational content, is substantiated. The article presents an overview of various digital tools and web services tested by the authors that can be used to create digital content in the organization of distance learning, many of which are freely distributed and in demand among educational organizations, including professional education. The experience of the implementation of distance learning at GAPOU “Chita Pedagogical College” is described, where proven digital tools were used in the new conditions. The results of the implementation of distance learning at the Trans-Baikal State University and the Chita Pedagogical College are analyzed; both the positive aspects of this process and the problems that require further reflection and decision-making are identified.
