This research is to find out the effect of organizational commitment and performance on the organizational climate and its implications for capacity building in the South Sumatra Regional Police Sarpras Bureau. The number of samples used by 60 people from the South Sumatra Regional Police Sarpras personnel was taken by questionnaire, data processing using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 24.0. The results of the study showed that organizational commitment influenced the organizational climate positively and significantly with t counted 7,364> t. 2,000, the performance affected the organizational climate positively and significantly with t counted 2,054> t. Table 2,000, organizational commitment and performance together influence organizational climate with F. count 27.127> F. table 1,534, with R Square out put effect coefficient 47%, organizational commitment affects capacity building positively and significantly with count 3.451> t.table 2,000, performance influences capacity building positively and significantly with a count of 2,201> t.table 2,000, the organizational climate influences capacity building positively and significantly by calculating 1,882> t. 2,000 table and organizational commitment, performance, organizational climate jointly influences capacity building with F. count 16,136> F. table 1,534, with the R Square out put effect coefficient of 43.5%.

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and capacity building on the performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses a confirmative survey method and is verification in nature. The method used is a quantitative method through data collection in the field and direct information from a sample of 71 people. The sample measurement refers to the concept of the Krejcie-Morgan table. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t count is 4.075 <t table 2.003 that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance; The organizational climate at the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat apparently cannot affect the performance with t count 1.588> t table 2.003; Capacity Building affects the performance of the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat with t count 2.176> t table 2.003. Regression determination jointly influences organizational commitment, organizational climate and capacity building on performance, in OKI Regency only 0.285 or 28.5%. This means that as many as 71.5% are influenced by variations or combinations of other variables outside the research variables. The conclusion of this research is that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Climate and Capacity Building on the Performance of the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency are influential, but to improve the performance of the OKI DPRD Secretariat can be done by increasing the work commitment of employees; in carrying out the workload that is completed according to schedule, through increasing the organizational commitment of the DPRD Secretariat to guard against committing disgraceful acts in order to maintain the morale of the DPRD.

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of Organizational Climate, Education and Training and Organizational Commitment either partially or simultaneously on Auditor Performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province. This research used survey and verification methods with a quantitative approach, a population of 111 Auditors at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province, 86 Auditors were taken as research samples using the Slovin formula, data collection using questionnaires, documentation and observation techniques. Data processing using SPSS version 25 analysis tools. The results of the research that Organizational climate partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of auditors at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Education and training partially have a positive and significant effect on auditor performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Organizational Commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Organizational Climate, Education and Training as well as Organizational Commitment simultaneously affect the increase in performance with the regression amount reaching 84,5% while the other 15,5% is influenced by variations of other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of budgetary participation, information asymmetry, budget pressure, and organizational commitment to budgetary slack. Population in this research is all government institution in Banyumas Regency. The sample selection was conducted by census method. Dependent variable used in this research is budget slack, while the independent variable used in this research is budget participation, information asymmetry, budget pressure, and organizational commitment. The data has been collected through questionnaires, then processed with the help of SPSS software. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis concluded that budgetary participation, information asymmetry, and organizational commitment affect the budget slack while budget pressure has no effect. The results of this study increasingly complement previous studies in the field of management accounting, especially in the scope of budgeting.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran, asimetri informasi, tekanan anggaran, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap senjangan anggaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh instansi pemerintahan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah senjangan anggaran, sedangkan variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipasi anggaran, asimetri informasi, tekanan anggaran, dan komitmen organisasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui isian kuesioner, selanjutnya diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran, asimetri informasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap senjangan anggaran sedangkan tekanan anggaran tidak berpengaruh. Hasil penelitian ini semakin melengkapi penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya di bidang akuntansi manajemen khususnya di lingkup penganggaran.

Tujuan dan kegunaan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan Dengan Keadilan Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian kausal komperatif.  Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik total sampling yaitu metode pemilihan sampel yang diaplikasikan pada seluruh anggota populasi. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu survei. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang disebarluaskan kepada responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Iklim organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 2) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 3) Iklim organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 4) Keadilan organisasional memediasi pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Since 2003 the number of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has increased exponentially in Iraqi Kurdistan. To facilitate further growth the owners and chief executive officers of these enterprises have sought to improve their leadership skills. This study examined the effect of transactional and transformational leadership styles on organizational commitment and performance in Iraqi Kurdistan SMEs, and the mediating effect of organizational commitment in these relationships. We distributed 530 questionnaires and collected 400 valid responses (75% response rate) from 115 SME owners/chief executive officers and 285 employees. The results demonstrate there were positive effects of both types of leadership style on organizational performance. Further, the significant mediating effect of organizational commitment in both relationships shows the importance of this variable for leader effectiveness among entrepreneurs in Iraqi Kurdistan, and foreign entrepreneurs engaging in new businesses in the region.
