The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of Organizational Climate, Education and Training and Organizational Commitment either partially or simultaneously on Auditor Performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province. This research used survey and verification methods with a quantitative approach, a population of 111 Auditors at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province, 86 Auditors were taken as research samples using the Slovin formula, data collection using questionnaires, documentation and observation techniques. Data processing using SPSS version 25 analysis tools. The results of the research that Organizational climate partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of auditors at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Education and training partially have a positive and significant effect on auditor performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Organizational Commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Organizational Climate, Education and Training as well as Organizational Commitment simultaneously affect the increase in performance with the regression amount reaching 84,5% while the other 15,5% is influenced by variations of other variables.

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and capacity building on the performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses a confirmative survey method and is verification in nature. The method used is a quantitative method through data collection in the field and direct information from a sample of 71 people. The sample measurement refers to the concept of the Krejcie-Morgan table. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t count is 4.075 <t table 2.003 that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance; The organizational climate at the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat apparently cannot affect the performance with t count 1.588> t table 2.003; Capacity Building affects the performance of the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat with t count 2.176> t table 2.003. Regression determination jointly influences organizational commitment, organizational climate and capacity building on performance, in OKI Regency only 0.285 or 28.5%. This means that as many as 71.5% are influenced by variations or combinations of other variables outside the research variables. The conclusion of this research is that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Climate and Capacity Building on the Performance of the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency are influential, but to improve the performance of the OKI DPRD Secretariat can be done by increasing the work commitment of employees; in carrying out the workload that is completed according to schedule, through increasing the organizational commitment of the DPRD Secretariat to guard against committing disgraceful acts in order to maintain the morale of the DPRD.

This study aims to determine how much influence the work experience, work performance, education and training have on the career development of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The data collection method in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees at PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kuranji, Padang City. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) work experience has a partially significant effect on career development, (b) work performance has a partially significant effect on career development, (c) education has a partially significant effect on career development, (d) training does not have a partially significant effect on career development, (e) work experience, work performance, education and training have a significant effect on career development together, (e) the contribution of variable work experience, work performance, education and training together The career development is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This research aims to know, analyse, and explain:  The extent of the relationship between education level and training on competency of participants graduates.  Partial influence between the level of education and training on the competence of graduates of participants.  Simultaneous influence between the level of education and training on the competence of graduates of participants. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and literature. The population in this research is a participant who graduated at PT Satria Tamtama Rahayu and has been placed in the industrial company with samples used as many as 135 respondent. Data obtained from respondents was processed using test aids using IBM SPSS 22. The results showed that:) There was an influence on the level of education on the competency of participant graduates. There is no training influence on the competency of participant graduates.  There are influences on the level of education and training on the competency of participant graduates. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,662 or66,2% which means that 66,2% of participants graduates competencies are influenced by education and training levels, while the remaining 33,8% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This research aims to determine the role of emotional intelligence and organizational climate in predicting the counterproductive work behavior. This study used a quantitative approach survey. The method of data collection in this research was conducted by distributing scale to the research subjects, with a total of 146 civil servants. The data was analyzed using double regression techniques using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 20.0. The result shows that the emotional intelligence and organizational climate can contribute together to decrease counterproductive behavior that occurs in the workplace (F (2, 143) = 5.266, p<.05, R2 = .069). Limitations and suggestions for further research were also discussed in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect, motivation and compensation on work discipline of employees of the Outsourcing Atmrc Unit of PT BNI Persero Tbk Palembang Regional Office partially or simultaneously. This research method uses survey and verification descriptives, field data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation. This research is an associative research, where in this study there are variables that are related and can influence other variables. The population of this study were 62 employees of the BPKP Representative Office Auditor, South Sumatra Province. Data processing using SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results of the study stated that performance had an effect on work discipline, there was an effect of motivation on work discipline, compensation had an effect on work discipline. Performance, Motivation and Compensation affect Discipline simultaneously

Competition that occurs between companies in the era of globalization requires companies to continue to make improvements or a change in order to remain competitive. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate and reward system on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample was determined by 86 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to CV employees. Wiracana and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate variables and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate, reward system and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment on CV.Wiracana.

Abstract Background Our study is intended to evaluate the Organizational Commitment of the Istanbul AFAD Search and Rescue Unit (AKB) employees operating at national and international level during disasters and to serve as a model for the other organizations that conduct national and international operations in the area of search and rescue. Methods This research was carried out with a total of 75 employees from Istanbul AFAD AKB from 02.11.18 to 01.01.2019. Introductory Information Form and Organizational Commitment Scale were used for data collection. Findings of the study were evaluated via IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Results Among 71 persons who participated in the study, it was determined that 91.5% were male, 50.7% were at the age of 40 or older, 81.7% were married, 67.6% had bachelor's degree, 63.4% were search and rescue technicians, and 50.7% were employed by their current organization for 10 years or less. Regarding the employees, it was found that 25.4% had very good organizational commitment while 54.9% faced issues in relation to the organizational commitment. OCS point average of the employees was 3.07±0.20 and the obtained Cronbach Alfa internal consistency coefficient of the scale was 0.678. OCS points of those employed for 12 years or longer in total were determined to be high at statistically significant level. Also, OCS points of those who did not face any issue in relation to the Organizational Commitment were found to be high at a statistically significant level against those who faced issues. Conclusions It is important to ensure work satisfaction, provide harmonization, and avert chaos and stress for boosting the organizational commitment. Therefore, the managers should conduct activities intended to boost the employee commitment levels within the organization. Key messages Disaster is a significant public health issue and disaster employees are special. The issues faced by the employees that perform search and rescue operations must be considered important and resolved.

In improving its performance, the village government requires to have organizational commitment that supported by apparatus competency and controlled through community participation. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational commitment, community participation, and apparatus competence on village government performance. 200 data collected from questionnaires will be analyzed to identify organizational commitment, community participation, and apparatus competency towards the village government performance. Data analyzed by using SPPS version 25.0. the result of data processing found that organizational commitment, community participation, and apparatus competency affects the village government performance, and the organizational commitment is needed to improve apparatus competency by educating and training its human resources, also the transparency as the form of responsibility of the village government to citizen
