This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and capacity building on the performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses a confirmative survey method and is verification in nature. The method used is a quantitative method through data collection in the field and direct information from a sample of 71 people. The sample measurement refers to the concept of the Krejcie-Morgan table. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t count is 4.075 <t table 2.003 that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance; The organizational climate at the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat apparently cannot affect the performance with t count 1.588> t table 2.003; Capacity Building affects the performance of the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat with t count 2.176> t table 2.003. Regression determination jointly influences organizational commitment, organizational climate and capacity building on performance, in OKI Regency only 0.285 or 28.5%. This means that as many as 71.5% are influenced by variations or combinations of other variables outside the research variables. The conclusion of this research is that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Climate and Capacity Building on the Performance of the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency are influential, but to improve the performance of the OKI DPRD Secretariat can be done by increasing the work commitment of employees; in carrying out the workload that is completed according to schedule, through increasing the organizational commitment of the DPRD Secretariat to guard against committing disgraceful acts in order to maintain the morale of the DPRD.

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of Organizational Climate, Education and Training and Organizational Commitment either partially or simultaneously on Auditor Performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province. This research used survey and verification methods with a quantitative approach, a population of 111 Auditors at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province, 86 Auditors were taken as research samples using the Slovin formula, data collection using questionnaires, documentation and observation techniques. Data processing using SPSS version 25 analysis tools. The results of the research that Organizational climate partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of auditors at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Education and training partially have a positive and significant effect on auditor performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Organizational Commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance at the BPKP Representative Office of South Sumatra Province; Organizational Climate, Education and Training as well as Organizational Commitment simultaneously affect the increase in performance with the regression amount reaching 84,5% while the other 15,5% is influenced by variations of other variables.

This research is to find out the effect of organizational commitment and performance on the organizational climate and its implications for capacity building in the South Sumatra Regional Police Sarpras Bureau. The number of samples used by 60 people from the South Sumatra Regional Police Sarpras personnel was taken by questionnaire, data processing using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 24.0. The results of the study showed that organizational commitment influenced the organizational climate positively and significantly with t counted 7,364> t. 2,000, the performance affected the organizational climate positively and significantly with t counted 2,054> t. Table 2,000, organizational commitment and performance together influence organizational climate with F. count 27.127> F. table 1,534, with R Square out put effect coefficient 47%, organizational commitment affects capacity building positively and significantly with count 3.451> t.table 2,000, performance influences capacity building positively and significantly with a count of 2,201> t.table 2,000, the organizational climate influences capacity building positively and significantly by calculating 1,882> t. 2,000 table and organizational commitment, performance, organizational climate jointly influences capacity building with F. count 16,136> F. table 1,534, with the R Square out put effect coefficient of 43.5%.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

<p><em>This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance.</em></p><p><em>The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.</em></p><p><em>The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824&gt; 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931&gt; 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.</em></p>

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, organizational climate and work commitment on the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of The Department of Education and Culture in Banten Province. The research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. To analyze the effect of exogenous variables on the endogenous variables, the path analysis was used. As for respondents, samples of 66 employees were taken. The result of the research indicated that (1) compensation had positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (2) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (3) work commitment had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employee, (4) compensation had a positive direct influence on work commitment, and (5) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees. Thus, improving employees’ performance can be done with increased compensation, good organizational climate, and work commitment.

Competition that occurs between companies in the era of globalization requires companies to continue to make improvements or a change in order to remain competitive. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate and reward system on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample was determined by 86 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to CV employees. Wiracana and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate variables and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate, reward system and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment on CV.Wiracana.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

The objective of this research is to study information about the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employe’s citizenship behavior (OCB) .This research by using survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The sample size in this research was done to 65 employe’s with samples taken using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analyses, regressive analysis, and line analysis method. The result shows that there are direct influence of the followings: (1) there is a positively direct effect of organizational climate on employe’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). .(2) there is a positively direct effect of organizational commitment on employe’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) there is a positively direct effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment .It is expected that the results of the research could be implied in increasing and optimalizing employe’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational climate and organizational commitment should be taken into account.

The problem in this study is whether the understanding of tax regulations, quality of tax services, tax rates and tax sanctions affect individual taxpayer compliance. This study aims to determine the effect of understanding tax regulations, quality of tax services, tax rates and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance at the Kebayoran Baru Tiga Tax Office, South Jakarta. This type of research is a quantitative method that uses the Slovin formula as a sample, so that the sample obtained is 100 individual taxpayers. Methods of data collection using survey methods, namely the authors distribute questionnaires directly and using google form. This study can explain the independent variables (tax regulations, quality of tax services, tax rates and tax sanctions) that strengthen or weaken the dependent variable (taxpayer compliance). Based on the results of the SPSS test version 25 of the tests that have been carried out, the t test results indicate that understanding of tax regulations and service quality tax authorities have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, tax rates and tax sanctions have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance.AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pemahaman peraturan perpajakan, kualitas layanan fiskus, tarif pajak dan sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman peraturan perpajakan, kualitas layanan fiskus, tarif pajak dan sanksi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kebayoran Baru Tiga, Jakarta Selatan. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan rumus slovin sebagai penentuan sampel, sehingga sampel yang didapat yaitu 100 wajib pajak orang pribadi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, yaitu penulis menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung dan menggunakan google form. Penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan variabel independen (pemahaman peraturan perpajakan, kualitas layanan fiskus, tarif pajak dan sanksi perpajakan) yang memperkuat atau memperlemah variabel dependen (kepatuhan wajib pajak). Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS versi 25 dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peraturan perpajakan dan kualitas layanan fiskus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sedangkan tarif pajak dan sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Peraturan Perpajakan; Kualitas Layanan Fiskus; Tarif Pajak; Sanksi Perpajakan; Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak
