The complexity of life is increasing in a sophisticated way. The evolution of human civilization from primitive conditions to being completely technological is a reality that cannot be denied. This is due to talking about a civilization certainly will not be separated from people's lives as a continuous activity. The development of technobily directs the activities of life to always look for opportunities behind the crevices of creative thinking piles of each individual. Therefore, the chance of getting these opportunities is getting smaller. Especially if we focus our study in the context of da’wah (an invitation to Islam) which is a noble activity to invite people on the right path according to the religious guidance that God commands through the great prophet Muhammad PBUH and its truth is highly recognized. Therefore, it is very essential to position Da’wah at a stage where Da'wah has a great opportunity to occupy a strategic position so that the visions and missions of Da'wah can reach the society which is getting more complex in today's modern era. Therefore, this paper discussed about management strategies that are correlated with Da’wah because preaching with a noble vision will not be successful without good management and strategy.

Objective To represent a cross-section of current thinking on the ethics of early (primary) prevention in schizophrenia. Method Ethical considerations presented at the First Australian Schizophrenia Prevention Conference, Sydney, March 1999, particularly from the final session on ‘Ethics’, are recorded here together with complementary referenced material. Results Ethical concerns arise in the arenas of research over clinical priorities; screening ethics, including stigma, confidentiality, informed consent and support required through waiting periods; and the ethics of prolonged assessments in the absence of disorder, the right not to know and the possible ethical prematurity or otherwise of screening for schizophrenia. Conclusions There are several legitimate ethical concerns that must be understood and addressed by those undertaking the developing of primary preventive measures in schizophrenia. Such measures must still be regarded as more experimental the further ahead the measures are undertaken from the onset of the disorder. Anticipatory ethical guidelines should be developed to inform such research.

This article demonstrates the strategic position of Lembaga Adat Negeri in the fulfilment of the long-neglected right to reparation of victims in post-conflict Ambon. Lembaga Adat Negeri were chosen as the object of analysis due to their close cultural affiliation with the Ambonese society. Due to the important role that Lembaga Adat Negeri play in local Ambonese governance, it is argued that they can assist in absorbing local aspirations and aid the reparation process. The recent enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Desa provides Lembaga Adat Negeri with ever greater momentum to spearhead reconciliation based on Ambonese traditional values and contribute to the peaceful transition of the divided people, in particular by way of fulfilling the right to reparation of victims.

The Stakeholders Communication Approach is aimed at supporting the decision process in the choice of information systems (IS) applications at the start of a hospital IS planning cycle. It promotes discussion among senior management, key stakeholders, IS Department management, end users and the Accounting Department using specific tools and a negotiation process. The IS applications portfolio profile allows visualizing the hospital's strategic position and directions for development of IS. End users' responses to a questionnaire give a measure of “user functional value added” (UFVA) to inform management about the effectiveness and usefulness of the systems implemented. Stakeholders' evaluation of recently completed IS applications uses UFVA and cost, both separately and combined, along with assessment of strategic changes; to edify the priority-balancing process for deciding on investments in further IS applications.

The future of Morocco was not an issue which suddenly began to agitate international politics at the beginning of the twentieth century, as a sort of left-over of imperialism belatedly brought to mind. ‘We are living… on the crater of a Volcano’ was neither a new, nor untypical view of the situation as seen from Tangier in 1881. Britain had already made an attempt to regenerate the ‘sick man of the West’, before he could cause as many complications as the fellow Muslim invalid to the East, by taking the initiative which led to the Madrid Conference respecting the right of Protection of Moorish Subjects in 1880. But this was not a success. Nor did the attempts which followed to persuade the so-called Shereefian Empire, in its vital strategic position at the entrance to the Mediterranean, to provide itself with the revenue, tools and incentive necessary for reform by the conclusion of a liberal commercial treaty, gain their objective. France also was concerned with Morocco, and the Algerian military point of view, which stressed the security danger of allowing any other power to establish preponderant influence there, was gradually gaining ground. One French minister at Tangier, Ordega, had gone as far as to try and present his government in 1884 with the fait accompli of a revolution in Morocco, with a French protégé on the Moorish throne. But the Paris authorities were not willing, or at this stage even able, to sanction such a forward policy. Spain was the power which, at official level, had long considered it had the right of reversion to the Moorish heritage. But internal weakness precluded direct action, and Spanish governments were reduced to other approaches. The negative one, associated with the conservative statesman Cánovas del Castillo, stressed the need to ‘prolong the dying agony of Morocco’, until Spain had recovered sufficiently to claim her rights. Others, however, argued for a more active policy, and they had an opportunity in the ‘Liberal’; ministries of the 1880's. It is in this context that the activity of Segismundo Moret, Minister of State from November 1885, was of relevance in bringing Morocco further into the international arena.

Restorative Justice is a settlement of criminal cases involving perpetrators, victims, families of perpetrators / victims, and other concerned parties to jointly seek a fair settlement by emphasizing restoration back to its original state, rather than retaliation. Restorative Justice actually has a strategic position as a means of defending the rights of children in conflict with the law. But the constraint is how Restorative Justice can not run efficiently if applied not in the right way. The aim of this research is to find out the synchronization / harmonization of Restorative Justice idea formulation in various laws of child in Indonesia, both current (ius constitutum) and in the future (ius constituendum). By using the Normative Juridical method in a broad sense, this research is not only limited to looking logically / systematically in the whole set of norms but also includes the philosophical, sociological, historical, and comparative background of the implementation of the idea of ??restorative justice itself. The study shows that the idea of ??Restorative Justice has been implemented in the provisions of the laws and regulations of children in Indonesia, but still shows that the application has not been maximized. In the hope of implementing Restorative Justice idea in the future, RKUHP is formulated to meet the shortcomings contained in the provisions relating to Restorative Justice ideas in the present.

Many think that eating meat is nutritionally necessary and beneficial. Industrialising livestock production provides meat that is often “cheaper” than fruit and vegetables. In reality, this has come at a cost for human, animal and ecological welfare. Western mainstream meat consumption is a leading cause of increasing ill-health, diabetes, cancers, non-communicable and chronic diseases, malnourishment, obesity, antibiotic resistance, spread of infectious diseases, hunger and possible global epidemics as well as climate change, biodiversity loss, water and land degradation. Rather than stop this, vested interests continue to promote meat consumption. If people are deliberately misinformed or have no access to reliable information, what chance do they have to make the right food choices? This paper outlines flexitarianism (flexible vegetarianism) as a personal user-driven opportunity to combat the geopolitical and industrial duplicity about meat. Consumers should have enough information about the implications of their nutritional choices. In addition to health benefits, flexitarianism can help mitigate climate change, environmental and social destruction and reduce animal suffering. The proposed information policy interventions are assessed against their impact on key stakeholders and overall value for public health and environmental wellbeing. They offer an opportunity to reclaim personal health and improve the health of the planet.

This article focuses on an eHealth application, CogniViTra, to support cognitive and physical training (i.e., dual-task training), which can be done at home with supervision of a health care provider. CogniViTra was designed and implemented to take advantage of an existing Platform of Services supporting a Cognitive Health Ecosystem and comprises several components, including the CogniViTra Box (i.e., the patient terminal equipment), the Virtual Coach to provide assistance, the Game Presentation for the rehabilitation exercises, and the Pose and Gesture Recognition to quantify responses during dual-task training. In terms of validation, a functional prototype was exposed in a highly specialized event related to healthy and active ageing, and key stakeholders were invited to test it and share their insights. Fifty-seven specialists in information-technology-based applications to support healthy and active ageing were involved and the results and indicated that the functional prototype presents good performance in recognizing poses and gestures such as moving the trunk to the left or to the right, and that most of the participants would use or suggest the utilization of CogniViTra. In general, participants considered that CogniViTra is a useful tool and may represent an added value for remote dual-task training.
