The complexity of life is increasing in a sophisticated way. The evolution of human civilization from primitive conditions to being completely technological is a reality that cannot be denied. This is due to talking about a civilization certainly will not be separated from people's lives as a continuous activity. The development of technobily directs the activities of life to always look for opportunities behind the crevices of creative thinking piles of each individual. Therefore, the chance of getting these opportunities is getting smaller. Especially if we focus our study in the context of da’wah (an invitation to Islam) which is a noble activity to invite people on the right path according to the religious guidance that God commands through the great prophet Muhammad PBUH and its truth is highly recognized. Therefore, it is very essential to position Da’wah at a stage where Da'wah has a great opportunity to occupy a strategic position so that the visions and missions of Da'wah can reach the society which is getting more complex in today's modern era. Therefore, this paper discussed about management strategies that are correlated with Da’wah because preaching with a noble vision will not be successful without good management and strategy.

Abstract Background Inguinal endometriosis (IEM) is a rare extra pelvic endometriosis. Here, we study the clinical characteristics, management strategies, and long-term gynecological outcomes of IEM patients at Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. Case presentation Three patients presented with a total of four lesions (one on the left side, one on the right side, and one bilaterally). The diameters of the four lesions were 2 cm, 2 cm, 3.5 cm and 1.5 cm, respectively. Two patients were admitted with inguinal hernias. Two patients were admitted with endometrioses—one with ovarian endometriosis and one with pelvic endometriosis. The hernia sac was repaired concomitantly via excision of the round ligament in two patients. One patient underwent a concomitant laparoscopy for gynecologic evaluations, including an ablation to the peritoneal endometriosis, and resection of the left uterosacral ligament endometriosis and pelvic adhesiolysis. All lesions were located on the extraperitoneal portion of the round ligament and were diagnosed histologically. No recurrence was observed in the inguinal region. All patients diagnosed with adenomyosis were treated with medication alone without any complaints. Conclusions Inguinal endometriosis can occur simultaneously with pelvic endometriosis. In most cases, a concomitant hernia sac appears together with groin endometriosis. Clinical management should be individualized and performed in tandem with general practitioners and obstetrics & gynecology experts. Pelvic disease, in particular, should be followed-up by a gynecologist.

Information systems built in the form of social media and the internet make us able to carry out various activities without having to meet face to face. Social media is currently the main attraction for people to communicate and find information quickly. This is a great opportunity for companies to reach and expand their market. With an information system built in the form of social media and the internet, all obstacles, both distance and high costs, can be suppressed and communication can be carried out effectively. So far, PT. Red Eye Utama conducts marketing through radio advertisements, newspapers / billboards, this is what causes problems, due to limited space and time, as well as high costs to carry out all these processes. The negotiation process between the company and the customer is one of the obstacles that affects the company's service to customers. Therefore, one solution to the problems in this system is to build a Social Media Advertise Maintenance Information System. By using PIECES method analysis for improvements based on performance indicators, indicator information, economic indicators, control indicators, efficiency indicators and service indicators. To design the new system, object-oriented modeling is used, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is the right tool to use in describing the system design that will be made according to User needs.

AbstractIntroduction: In this article, we want to point out what kind of pedagogical and didactic change is being recorded in Slovakia’s education system and we will point out where it could go and develop to achieve positive results. This article is one of the upcoming outputs in the form of paper and study on the provision of structured, analytical and critical thinking (SAC). In the article, it is shown how the situation has changed and how we perceive the attitude of students during the educational process. Next, it is described current problems and inadequacies in the educational process and define how to use a change of thinking to increase motivation and improve access to knowledge.Purpose: In general, there is a consensus that it is important for teachers to be able to guide their students to problem-solving skills (Aktaş & Ünlü, 2013). It is pointed out that, with the right educational tools, such skills can be stimulated, developed and improved (Jordaan & Jordaan, 2005). This article is designed for all levels of education, but we are mostly concerned with educating future educators. Methods: In this paper, there are described methods that can help to improve the quality of thinking of students and thus increase the level of thinking of the whole society. This article take inspiration from important historical personalities as well as relevant current personalities in their professions. Critical, analytical and creative thinking, also based on logical and structured thinking, is our main method of our educational process. Conclusion: In conclusion, it is pointed out the need to develop SAC as a whole. It is important for the general publica to have better skills in SAC, for example, from the point of view of cognitive mistakes in experts, in the field of political literacy, recognition of misinformation and a better general awareness of rational thinking. As can be seen, SAC is not only about education, but it also closely affects society as a whole. It can thus influence the operation of the company, prevent the development of the first-class solutions offered and raise the whole company to a higher level.

Based on preliminary studies in Air Saga Village, the problems faced by villages to form BUM Desa are lack of ability to map village potentials, it is difficulty to find human resources who will manage BUM Desa, lack of understanding to start establishing BUM Desa, and lack of ability to compile BUM Desa administration.  These problems must be addressed immediately by conducting research activities aimed at formulating management strategies for the formation of BUM Desa, especially in Air Saga Village. The research method uses qualitative methods with the following steps: (1) conducting observations to obtain information about the potential of the village, (2) conducting interviews with village heads and BPD, (3) conducting FGD. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that an aggressive strategy is the right strategy to form a BUM Desa in Air Saga Village, Tanjungpandan District, Belitung Regency. The implementation of the strategy for establishing BUM Desa must involve village facilitators and be evaluated in each of its activities

The English lawyer has been notoriously unwilling to admit the relevance of social sciences to his discipline. In part, this may be attributed to his lack of formal training in economics or sociology. As regards the latter, there are some signs of the handicap being overcome: much current research effort is now being directed to the interpretation of law and the legal system as social phenomena. But the application of economic reasoning to legal instruments and institutions has been limited and tentative. Although it has long been recognised that a marriage of the two disciplines is necessary for the procreation of effective norms in areas where the law clearly governs economic activities, for example, the regulation of trade and income redistribution, so far, in this country at least, creative thinking about central legal institutions such as tort, contract, property and crime has remained relatively untouched by such a mode of analysis. Yet, as Americans have demonstrated, there is nothing inappropriate in such an exercise. At first sight the subject areas of economics and law will appear to diverge significantly: the former is “concerned with the manner in which a society produces, distributes and consumes wealth when it is constrained by scarcity, either of tangible resources or of intangible resources,” while the latter is often viewed as a system of norms governing the conduct of individuals and institutions. Yet such conduct will generally involve the transfer and acquisition of resources. With this congruence of interest, therefore, the opportunity exists to compare economic analysis with prevailing legal rules on particular issues to see whether the “right” solution is reached.

Abstract Geohazards and external loads are a significant threat to the integrity of pipelines in hilly terrain, at river crossings and where ground subsidence is taking place. Well designed pipelines can tolerate strains that exceed the nominal strain of 0.5% that corresponds specified minimum yield strengths, however the presence of weld defects and stress corrosion cracking can reduce the load capacity dramatically. Welds that are to specification but are under-matched on actual strength to the adjacent parent pipe have also been recognised as potentially vulnerable to low strain failures in high strength pipes. Modern pipelines in terrain susceptible to geohazards normally include design studies to identify and avoid or mitigate the threats. Surveillance of the right-of-way is also routinely carried out for pipelines with good integrity management practices, and particularly for major strategic lines. In-line inspection using an inertial measurement unit (IMU) is a well-known method to detect ground movement loads and contributes to the integrity management of pipelines. In this paper we illustrate : 1. How IMU inspection is an important tool in the management of geohazards and how it compliments other methods of geohazard assessment. 2. How locations of elevated pipe strain are identified and evaluated for external loading threats, and can be aligned with other data sets that indicate the pipeline load capacity. 3. How the locations of bending strain can be prioritised for further action. 4. How the loading profile in the pipeline can be incorporated into crack management strategies in order prioritise locations for further investigation or assessment.

: Obesity has become a worldwide health problem. It triggers additional co-morbidities like cardiovascular diseases, cancer, depression, sleep disorders, gastrointestinal problems and many more. Excess accumulation of fat in obesity could be caused by many factors like sedentary lifestyle, consumption of high fat diet, genetic predisposition, etc. Imbalanced energy metabolism i.e., greater energy consumption than utilisation, invariably underlies obesity. Considering the high prevalence and continuous, uncontrolled increase of this major public health issue, there is an urgent need to find appropriate therapeutic agents with minimal or no side effects. The high prevalence of obesity in recent years has led to a surge in the number of drugs available in the market that claim to control obesity. Although there is a long list of medicines and management strategies that are available, selecting the right therapeutic intervention and feasible management of obesity is a challenge. Several phytochemicals like hydroxycitric acid, flavonoids, tannins, anthocyanins, phytohaemagglutins, thymoquinone and epigallocatechin gallate have been shown to possess promising anti-obesity properties. However, studies providing information on how various phytochemicals exert their anti-obesity effects are inadequate. This calls for more experimentation in this less explored area of research. Additionally, the complication of obesity arises when it is a result of multiple factors and associated with a number of co-morbidities. In order to handle such complexities combinatorial therapeutic interventions become effective. In this review, we have described the medicinal chemistry of different highly effective phytochemicals which can be used in the effective treatment and management of obesity.

Abstract Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the colon is a rare malignant tumor occurring as either a primary or secondary lesion. Few cases of metastatic or secondary colonic SCC have been published. We report an unusual case of a 59-year-old female patient who was treated by Wertheim hysterectomy and adjuvant chemoradiation for stage IIB SCC of the uterine cervix. Two years later, she developed a metastatic location in the caecum causing an acute intestinal obstruction. She underwent an emergency open right hemicolectomy with ileocolic anastomosis and resection of two nodules of the umbilicus and the right parietal peritoneum. Histopathological examination confirmed a triple metastatic location of SCC. She is disease-free 11 months after surgery. We discuss the clinicopathological features, management strategies, and the prognosis of this rare entity.
