Research purposes is identify, analyze and describe the influence of libraries on the Student Center Learning based learning system at Hasanuddin University. This research is quantitative. The research samples students and lecturers of Hasanuddin University who took advantage of all library services. Respondents were determined using the accidental sampling method, namely whoever comes to use the library when the researcher is doing research and 50 samples from various study programs. Data collection by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using the spss program. The research results show that the UPT Hasanuddin University Library at collections, information technology and services are very important, because they support the implementation of learning activities, especially the application of learning methods based on the student center learning system. The library is a center for information sources and science has a function as a teaching facility or facility in meeting the needs of lecturers and students for information. However, the components of collections and information technology based on the research results have no effect. Library collections in universities are very important and must be considered. Good collection is a collection that is complete, adequate, relevant, and updated.Information technology is important, because information technology is a medium for library management activities and automatic dissemination of information. The use of technology can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of library management activities and further provide convenience and efficiency for users to find information sources.

The application of information technology governance (IT Governance) plays an important role in utilizing information technology to fit the company's vision, mission and goals. However, there are still many companies that have not implemented IT Governace due to various factors such as: the existence of internal companies that refuse the application of information technology, the limited human resources who master information technology competence, the unavailability of frameworks and policy foundations in the information technology environment, the lack of commitment from top management, the high cost of investment in IT Governance and so on. The greater use of technology has not been accompanied by greater support for the achievement of strategies so that investments made are in vain. research and research results show that the lack of understanding of IT Governance makes unproductive investments made by companies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which presents a systematic review of the problems in the implementation of Information Technology Governance (IT Governance).

GPO (Online Learning Teacher) is a program developed by Kemdikbud post-UKG (Teacher Competency Exam) 2015 which aims to improve teacher competence. Learning Teachers Online mode consists of 3 (three) models: GP Full Dedicated Mode, GP Front Facing Mode and GP Combination Mode Mode. In the application of the GP program does not necessarily run as planned, while the conditions that occur in the field to meet the problems in the application, due to factors that affect users GP program itself, such as the use of information technology used is sometimes considered by some teachers as a difficulty due to lack of knowledge will be computer technology. Participant-centered training that uses digital classes leads to changes in the current learning system that focuses on the domain of knowledge. The use of technology in the modern era can be a solution to overcome the issue of expenditure and the quality of educational institutions. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Webqual methods were chosen in this study because Webqual can translate user opinions in the form of questionnaires and the IPA method is used in managing the results of questionnaire data so that it can produce IPA quadrants. The purpose of this study is to evaluate e-learning websites based on the results of the webqual questionnaire and calculations with the importance-performance analysis method. The questionnaire was distributed to 95 students with various types of study programs at Stikubank University. The results of the calculation of the IPA method indicate that the average student is satisfied with the quality of the e-learning website at 86.75%. Although there are still some parts that can be improved on e-learning websites such as clear instructions, accurate information, and ease of communication.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui tingkat pengelolaan pustaka di Digital Library, (2) mendeskripsikan tingkat layanan pustaka di Digital Library, (3) menginvestigasi tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa FIP terhadap Digital Library, (4) mengetahui korelasi antara pengelolaan pustaka dengan motivasi belajar di Digital Library, dan (5) mengetahui korelasi antara layanan pustaka dengan motivasi belajar di Digital Library. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional, menggunakan metode korelasi product moment. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemustaka (mahasiswa) yang sedang menempuh gelar sarjana S1 dengan target presentase 15% dari program studi yang ada di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat pengelolaan pustaka di Digital Library senilai 3,2 kategori sangat tinggi, (2) tingkat layanan pustaka di Digital Library senilai 3,1 termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, (3) tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa FIP terhadap Digital Library senilai 3,1 kategori sangat tinggi, (4) korelasi pengelolaan pustaka dengan motivasi belajar berdasarkan teori Pearson Corelation nilai significancy menunjukan (p = 0,000 <0,05). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel adalah positif. (5) korelasi layanan pustaka dengan motivasi belajar berdasarkan teori Pearson Corelation nilai significancy menunjukan (p = 0,000 <0,05), dengan demikian hal ini membuktikan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel adalah positif. Abstract This study aims to: (1) determine the level of library management in the Digital Library, (2) describe the level of library services in the Digital Library, (3) investigate the motivation level of student learning towards the Digital Library, (4) find out the correlation between library management and motivation of learning in the Digital Library, and (5) knowing the correlation between library services with motivation of learning in the Digital Library. This type of research conducted in this study is quantitative correlational, using the product moment correlation method. The sample in this study is the user (student) who is pursuing a bachelor's degree with a target percentage of 15% of the existing study programs at the Faculty of Education UNY. The results showed that: (1) the level of library management in the Digital Library worth 3.2, categories is very high, (2) the level of library service in the Digital Library worth 3.1 is included in the very high category, (3) the level of students’ motivation of learning towards Digital Library worth 3.1 categories is very high, (4) correlation of library management with learning motivation based on the Pearson Corelation theory significance value shows (p = 0,000 <0.05), this proves that the relationship between the two variables is positive, (5) correlation of library services with motivation of  learning based on the Pearson Correlation theory significance value shows (p = 0,000 <0.05), thus this proves that the relationship between the two variables is positive.

Complex issues in school libraries are very diverse, from human resources, budget funds, book procurement, the technology system used is something that deserves attention, because the purpose of the school library is as a learning center, and information, as a learning resource center means that the school must try and clean up to present the latest collections, informative and according to the needs of the school.                    The school library has a very important role in the success of education. Therefore, school library facilities need attention. One of the facilities that help librarian activities is information technology-based library management. With library management, all library activities can run according to good library standards. Also, students can more easily and freely take advantage of the library collections in it. Information technology-based library management is activities that aim to assist library managers, the school, in creating libraries that comply with the standards set by the National Library. The activities carried out include (a) Providing information about how to manage library services, especially the Tsanawiyah library in Probolinggo Regency. (b) Providing knowledge on the procedures for managing the library at the Information Technology-based Tsanawiyah Library 2. (c) Instilling skills in Tsanawiyah library managers while studying. MTsN 2 Malang is under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion,  course it must also have a good library, well managed, and course there is a role for the teaching staff in the library department to make the library the heart of information and the heart of education.

The scenes in the trailer shown are all sorts of interesting and prominent scenesto attract the attention of potential viewers and be able to describe the entire contents of the movie without giving too much information. The trailer was created to promote theatrical release of the movie and the movie trailer was a clip containing all the parts of the advertised movie, shown before other movie screenings in the cinema, and aimed for the audience to come to watch. The best way to teach English is to use interesting material, appropriate teaching methods, the use of technology that can be one of the important and effective support tools. Meta-analysis is essentially a synthesis of a topic taken from several research reports. Based on the synthesis is drawn conclusions about the topic under study. This research uses some similar research results as basic data in conducting studies and conclusions. From the same five studies, it is concluded that Movie Trailer is effective as a learning medium because it can improve understanding in English learning.

Implementation of E-learning in addition to providing benefits are also still faced with various problems that become challenges in the application of E-learning resulting in a variety of perceptions that develop in society. This article aims to describe the opportunities, challenges, and implementation of E-learning in Indonesia. This paper is a literature review by using relevant sources related to theoretical and empirical reviews of E-learning challenges, opportunities, and implementation. Sources of theoretical reviews use books, other documents on E-learning, while for empirical reviews using research results published in scientific journals.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.
