ABSTRAKPembuatan kode batang (barcode) merupakan salah satu kegiatan perpustakaan dalam penerapan pencariankembali buku dan pengembalian ke tempat rak buku dengan lebih mudah dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi.Slims Senayan merupakan salah satu program perpustakaan yang dalam pilihan menunya ada pembuatan barcode yangbisa digunakan pustakawan dengan cara yang mudah digunakan sehingga bisa lebih bermanfaat dalam pengelolaankoleksi perpustakaan dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Dalam proses pengecekan barcode digunakan hardware“barcode scanner”. Dengan penggunaan barcode ini diharapkan pustakawan dan perpustakaan dapat menerapkan danmemanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi secara akurat dan menjadikan pelayanan lebih efektif dan efisienABSTRACTBarcode is one of the library activities in the application of book retrieval and return to the bookshelf more easilyby using information technology. Slims Senayan is one of the library program in the choice of menu for the manufactureof barcodes that librarians can use in a way that is easy to use so it can be more useful in the management of librarycollections. In the barcode process used hardware "barcode scanner". With the use of this barcode is expected librariansand libraries can apply and utilize the use of technology accurately and make the library services more efficient andeffective.

Research purposes is identify, analyze and describe the influence of libraries on the Student Center Learning based learning system at Hasanuddin University. This research is quantitative. The research samples students and lecturers of Hasanuddin University who took advantage of all library services. Respondents were determined using the accidental sampling method, namely whoever comes to use the library when the researcher is doing research and 50 samples from various study programs. Data collection by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using the spss program. The research results show that the UPT Hasanuddin University Library at collections, information technology and services are very important, because they support the implementation of learning activities, especially the application of learning methods based on the student center learning system. The library is a center for information sources and science has a function as a teaching facility or facility in meeting the needs of lecturers and students for information. However, the components of collections and information technology based on the research results have no effect. Library collections in universities are very important and must be considered. Good collection is a collection that is complete, adequate, relevant, and updated.Information technology is important, because information technology is a medium for library management activities and automatic dissemination of information. The use of technology can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of library management activities and further provide convenience and efficiency for users to find information sources.

Libraries as nonprofit institutions are required to continue to develop their services<br />even though sometimes they have to face very limited budget conditions. The existing<br />facilities and opportunities must be optimized so that the library program continues and<br />reaches as many users as possible. Information technology and telecommunications<br />are both opportunities and challenges for librarians in order to enforce the existence<br />of libraries amid the shifting patterns and lifestyles of librarians in addition to the<br />limitations possessed by libraries. Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

This study aims to use information technology, uncertainty or moderation duties and interactions between task uncertainty with the use of information technology to end user computing satisfaction. In this study used 70 respondents who actively use computers and working with several companies banking on the city of Padang. The data used are the primary data obtained through questionnaires. The study used three types of variables, the first is the independent variable, namely the utilization of information technology, both moderating variables, namely the uncertainty of the task, the third is the dependent variable is satisfaction of end user computing. The stages of hypothesis testing is done by using a regression model of moderating and statistical t-test. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis (HI) was found to significantly influence the utilization of information technology to the satisfaction of end user computing. The second hypothesis (H2) testing results found that task uncertainty did not significantly influence the end user computing satisfaction. The third hypothesis (H3) testing found that the interaction or moderation between the use of technology with task uncertainty no significant effect on end user computing satisfaction.

The aim of the study was to identify the perceived factors of the students of the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University with information technology and its impact on the reality of their use of the "Twitter" in the educational process. To achieve this, follow the analytical descriptive method, and use the questionnaire as a tool to collect field data, On the model Acceptance Model Technology (TAM), in proportion to the characteristics of the study community, and was distributed after verifying its validity and stability statistically; a simple random sample of the students of the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University numbered 240 students, The most important results of the study were as follows: The level of students' awareness of the factors of their dealing with information technology and their use of the Twitter code in the educational process was high with an average score of (5.00) Of factors in their degree of use of the Twitter code in the educational process. The communication factor has had the greatest impact on students 'use of Twitter in the educational process. There is no difference in the level of students' perception of the perceived factors and the degree to which they use the code in the educational process according to gender, with the exception of one factor which is the trend factor towards the use of technology. The study concluded a number of recommendations, including: Promoting the culture of optimal recruitment of the means of social communication in the educational process, and considering it as a technique of education techniques, and promoting the proficiency of its use by the employees of the academic university and students.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the community reading inter- est at Community Library, the implementation of the Community Library program based on information technology, and the third, the impact of Community Library program based on information technology to increase the community interest in the Community Library. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative ap- proach. subjects numbered  ve persons consisting of one manager, three participants, and one facilitator of Community Library. The results of this study is: (1) the community interest in reading at Community Library arising from internal factors and external fac- tors. however, that has more in uence that external factor because people tend to be always invited, persuaded, and given encourage- ment from others; second implementation of the Community Library based information technology is done through of the following stag- es: organizing, mobilizing, and coaching; thrid impact of Commu- nity Library based technology infornmation views of the cognitive domain, it is known that the citizens involved in the Community Library program has subsequently internalized the new knowledge, and applied in everyday. in the a ective domain, citizens have a pos- itive a itude towards the movement of at least ten minutes reading through the “games” in Community Library. In conclusion, Com- munity Library has increased the ability to read community that are useful in performing activities of daily living. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk me-nganalisis minat baca masyarakat di wilayah Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Sukamulya Cerdas, pelaksanaan kegiatan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat ber- basis Information Technology, dan dampak pe-ngelolaan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) berbasis IT terhadap peningkatan minat baca masyarakat di wilayah TBM Sukmulya Cerdas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian berjumlah lima orang terdiri dari satu orang pengelola, tiga orang peserta kegiatan, dan satu orang fasilitator TBM Sukamulya Cerdas. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa minat baca masyarakat sekitar TBM timbul dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal (faktor eksternal lebih berpengaruh karena masyarakat cenderung harus selalu diajak, dibujuk, serta diberikan dorongan dari orang lain), pelaksanaan kegiatan TBM berbasis teknologi in- formasi dilakukan melalui tahapan pengorganisasian, peng- gerakkan, dan pembinaan, dampak kegiatan TBM berbasis teknologi informasi dari ranah kognitif (masyarakat memi- liki pengetahuan baru yang selanjutnya diinternalisasi dan diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari), dan ranah afektif (warga masyarakat memiliki sikap positif terhadap gerakan membaca buku minimal sepuluh menit melalui “games” di TBM). Simpulan penelitian adalah bahwa TBM telah menin- gkatkan kemampuan membaca masyarakat yang bermanfaat dalam menjalankan aktivitas hidup sehari-hari.

The new trend of information technology and communications has been adopted by court systems. A similar path follows other powers in the republics: executive branches with e-government portals and legislative branches with informative and participatory portals. Despite the fact that technology has reached the judiciary branch, we know very little about the changes, advantages or disadvantages of this adoption. The purpose of this chapter is to explore the use of technology, especially in the websites portals in the Latin America region. An assessment model, which has been developed by Sandoval and Gil-García (2015) and that has four components: information, interaction, integration and participation, has been implemented on a sample of 25 countries during the month of July, 2015. Findings reveal a great disparity among the different countries in the region.

Higher educational institutions are widening participation through the introduction of new programs, using different approaches to deliver learning so that many people can have access to education. With the growing number of students in our higher educational institutions, coupled with learners who are working and by virtue of their job commitments cannot do traditional face-to-face education, using information technology (IT) to support lessons in higher education institutions has become very laudable. The introduction and use of technology have brought changes in the way we teach and support students in our higher education institutions. This, therefore, calls for effective IT leaders who will be able to motivate, inspire, and meet the learning needs of the diverse students in our institutions while improving teaching and learning. The IT leaders should not only be individuals who can only lead the change crusade but should be able to manage the change process.

This chapter examined how the use of technology in inventory control impacts organizational performance since inventory is the most valued asset of an organization. From the summary of this study, it can be concluded that the adoption of technology as RFID in inventory management leads to improve the organizational performance in both financial and customer responsiveness. In the business performance, RFID could improve the organizational performance in terms of reducing inventory carrying costs on the warehouse, such as lowering the expiring cost of the product stocked, increasing space in a warehouse, avoiding exceed inventory, and decreasing labor costs. Moreover, from the perspective of customer service, the adoption of RFID could increase customer responsiveness in terms of reducing stock out risk, increasing the accuracy of product delivery, and increasing the interaction between customers with the organization.
