The Covid-19 pandemic has made school libraries unable to provide their services, plus there is still a lack of school library programs to respond to the way of learning from offline to online. Even though libraries can use technology to continue to provide services for their users. The purpose of this research is to design library e-magazines at High School Libraries in Bandung city as a form of innovation for school library programs that can be run in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research can be used as an e-magazine blueprint that can be used at other school libraries. The research using a design and development model. The design of the e-magazine consists of three processes: 1) pre-production, which includes determining the theme, searching for articles, writing articles and correcting the text; 2) production, including magazine design, proofreading of design results, and trial printing; and 3) post-production, including printing and marketing. The results of the needs analysis show that suitable content in e-magazine are light reading types such as short stories, tips and tricks, various recommendations such as food, tourist attractions, movies, and books, as well as light like crossword puzzles. The response of librarians and students to the e-magazine is very good in terms of theme selection, material and language, and appearance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online library services and attitudes on student satisfaction. Either partially or simultaneously. Using a survey method with correlational techniques. Respondents were 300 students taken from 20 universities, using quota sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire, Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of online services on student satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.275. This shows that the strength level of the relationship is weak. And the coefficient of determination R Square (r2) 0.073. This means that the effect of variable X1 on Y is only 7.30%. (2) There is no influence of student attitudes on satisfaction, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.005. This shows the level of strength of the relationship is very weak. And the coefficient of determination R Square (r2) 0,000. This means that the variable X2 has no effect on Y (0.00%). (3) There is an effect of online library services and attitudes simultaneously on student satisfaction, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.271. This shows that the level of strength of the relationship is simultaneously weak. The coefficient of determination R Square is 0.073, which means that the simultaneous influence of the variables X1 and X2 on student satisfaction is only 7.30%. The results of this study are very useful for the improvement and improvement of online library services, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic in Riau Province. Preservation of library materials or library collections is an effort made so that library materials can be used by future generations. This paper describes the "Malaysian" binding method used by the Sub Division of Technical Binding Materials of the National Library of Indonesia in preserving the collection of periodicals such as tabloids and newspapers. Apart from that, this paper also describes some of the advantages and disadvantages seen in the use of the "Malaysian" method as well as the early history of using this method in preserving the collection of periodicals in the National Library of Indonesia. This writing aims to make readers, especially library managers, know and gain insight into the "Malaysian" binding method. This writing method is through descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection are carried out through the field research, interviews, and literature study. The results show that the National Library of Indonesia uses this method after studying it from Malaysia in May 1990. From observations it is also known that this method has several advantages, namely the binding result is stronger, the collection is more preserved, the binding can be assembled and has an aesthetic side. Meanwhile, the disadvantages of this binding method are that the process tends to be longer, more expensive, cannot be put on too many shelves because the collection will shift backwards, the pages tend to come off easily if the stitches are not strong enough, and can only be used in binding periodical collections.

The covid-19 outbreak in the world and in Indonesia since last March 2020, has caused the activities of most people to be carried out from home. The library is an institution that is obliged to carry out work from home. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine the activities carried out during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses the literature review method. The data source used was EBSCOhost which was accessed fro the E-Resources of the National Library of Indonesia on May 6, 2020. The search used the keyword covid-19 and objectives. The data obtained from the search results are then analyzed against each article with the aim of solving and identifying important information contained therein. Furthermore, the synthesis of all the articles obtained is carried out, namely integrating and identifying conclusions that can be drawn from all articles. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that abroad, during the covid-19 pandemic, both public libraries, college libraries, although there are some closed, there are those who postpone activities, but they still provide services to users by utilizing various information technology platforms and social media. In addition to providing information services to users, libraries even provide infrastructure to be used as a place to distribute aid resources to communities affected by covid-19. The experiences of several librarians who are involved in the response to covid-19, such as the participation of a librarian in providing face shield can provide information to the public that librarians are also contributing to the prevention of the covid-19 outbreak.
