The research was carried out at TK. IV Iskandar Muda 07.01 Hospital Lhokseumawe. The research objective was to influence work motivation, leadership, work facilities, training and service reward with nurses performance in TK. IV IM 07.01 Hospital Lhokseumawe. The method of research was a quantitative research. Data obtained by asking the questionnaire to 75 respondents. The results showed work motivation, leadership, work facilities, training and service reward  a positive and significant with nurse performance  at TK. IV IM 07.01 Hospital Lhokseumawe. Hypothesis testing using the F test with a value of F-count = 13.054 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Variables in work motivation, leadership, work facilities, training and service reward are related to nurse performance. While the F-table with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) was obtained at 2,500. Thus the results of the F test show the value of F-count> F-table that is 13.054> 2,500. This research show that there are influence between  work motivation, leadership,  training and service reward with nurse performance.   Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit TK.IV Iskadar Muda 07.01 Lhokseumawe.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, fasilitas kerja, pelatihan dan imbalan jasa terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit TK.IV IM 07.01 Lhokseumawe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif.  Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 75 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, fasilitas kerja, pelatihan dan imbalan jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit TK.IV IM 07.01 Lhokseumawe.  Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dengan nilai Fhitung= 13,054 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05. menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan imbalan jasa mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat. Sedangkan nilai Ftabel dengan tingkat sigifikansi 0,05 (5%) diperoleh sebesar 2,500. Dengan demikian hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu 13.054 > 2,500.  Hasil analisis ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa secara simultan motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan,  pelatihan dan imbalan jasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the presence or absence of and how much influence the flipped classroom learning model had on the mathematics learning outcomes of fractions. This research was conducted at MI Nurul Huda Candi Sidoarjo for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This study uses quantitative research with a sample of 40 students. The data collection after the treatment was carried out using the Mathematics Learning Outcomes Test for fractions. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes between students who were taught using the flipped classroom learning model and students who were taught using the conventional learning model with a value (tcount = 2,041 > ttable = 2, 024) at a significance level of 5%. it can be concluded that there is an effect of the flipped classroom learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at MI Nurul Huda Candi Sidoarjo. The large influence of the flipped classroom learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at MI Nurul Huda Candi Sidoarjo is 6.87%.

This study was conducted to determine how much the influence of the independent variables consisting of product quality, price and brand image on the purchase decision of the Toyota Calya car in Nasmoco slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sample in this study was 78 respondents taken from the consumer population who bought a Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in the period 2017-2018. The technique used is purposive sampling. As in general quantitative research, this research uses t-test analysis techniques for hypothesis testing, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the f test produce Fcalculate = 35,644 indicating that the variable of product quality, price and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of the Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi. The results of the t test show the most dominant price variable influencing the dependent variable (Y) with a value of t calculate = 2.688 Keywords : product quality, price, brand image, purchasing decisions

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on teacher performance in educational institutions. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were all teachers totaling 49 teachers. The research data used SPSS version 23. It was found that the F count was 22,052 > F table 3,20 so that simultaneously the variables of leadership and work motivation had a significant effect on teacher performance. the contribution of the influence of competence and work environment on teacher performance is 47.3%, while 52.7% is influenced by other factors that are not cultivated in this study.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance in the ammonia operations department 1 B PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. This research was conducted at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang with a research sample of 55 employees in the ammonia operation section 1 B PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. The sampling method uses saturated sampling where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data retrieval of this research was conducted at the Department of Manpower PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya  Palembang. The results of quantitative research show the magnitude of the effect of training on the performance of employees of the ammonia operations department 1 B PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang amounted to 20.2% and the remaining 79.8% explained other factors outside the variables studied in this study, including ability and expertise, knowledge, work design, personality, work motivation, leadership, leadership style, organizational culture, work environment, job satisfaction, loyalty, commitment and work discipline, also affect the performance of employees of the ammonia operations department 1 B PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang.

Competitive advantage is an ability to create products that have more added value that can be used as strength to win the competition. The study was conducted on the furniture business of the City of Sukabumi, which wants to win the competition in an increasingly increasing number of competitors with similar businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine and understand the effect of differentiation strategies as an effort to realize competitive advantage in furniture SMEs. Starting with the desire to realize competitive advantage, the company needs to create a difference or privilege that is not owned by competitors to be used as strength in winning the competition. The method used to process this research data is quantitative with associative methods. With 50 respondents, namely furniture business owners or managers using IBM SPSS Version 23. The results of this research show that this research is categorized as having a very strong correlation with a value of 0.896. So that the conclusions in this research reveal the differentiation strategy has an influence in realizing competitive advantage by creating a difference both from product, service, personnel and image.

This study aims to determine how much influence liquidity, activity, and efficiency of the use of working capital on financial performance. This study includes several independent and dependent variables including: the independent variable is financial performance, while the dependent variable is liquidity, activity, and efficiency of the use of working capital. The population used in this study is a company engaged in the automotive sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period, using a sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling. the number of samples of automotive sub-sector companies that fulfill criteria is 8 companies. Based on partial testing between liquidity (CR) and financial performance (ROA) shows that 𝑡𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡(0.250) >𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 (1.684). Because the significant value is 0.804> 0.05 which means it is not significant, then 𝐻0is rejected 𝐻𝑎is accepted. Activity shows that 𝑡𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡(-5.002) >𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒(1.684). Because a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 which means significant, then 𝐻0is accepted𝐻𝑎is rejected. Efficient use of working capital (NWC) shows that 𝑡𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡 (-0,385) >𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒(1,684). Because the significant value is 0.703> 0.05 which means it is not significant, then𝐻0is is rejected 𝐻𝑎 accepted. For the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, namely the F test, the value of 𝐹𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡 (10,531)>>𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒(2.87) with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that liquidity, activity and efficiency of working capital use on financial performance is influential simultaneously on financial performance.

This study aims to examine empirically whether there is influence between job involvement to organizational commitment. The subject were 221 lecturer of State University of Jakarta (UNJ) selecting using incidental sampling technique. This type of research is a quantitative research, data collection techniques using research data obtained through survey instruments adapted from previous researchers. Instruments made have been tested for validity and reliability, and belonging to the reliable criteria. Research hypothesis testing was performed using linear regression analysis of the predictors, with the job involvement as a predictor variable. The analysis shows a correlation coefficient of 0,000, less than the significance level (0.05). This value is interpreted that there are significant job involvement to organizational commitment. The influence of job involvement against organizational commitment in this research is 24.2%. So this research indicates that the influence of job involvement against organizational commitment lecturers of the State University of Jakarta.

The results of this study use quantitative research. Data were collected using a questionnaire of 90 respondents and the population in this study were management students at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang with the research sample used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the result that the effect of convenience partially had a significant effect on the electronic money payment system with a value of t arithmetic> t table and a significant value <0.05. The effect of partial benefit has a significant influence on the electronic money payment system with a value of t arithmetic> T table and a significant value <0.05. While simultaneously the effect of convenience, and expediency has a significant effect on the electronic money payment system by producing a significant probability value <0.05, simultaneously the ease and benefit variable has a significant effect on the electronic money payment system with case studies of ovo, go-pay users and funds to management students at the Malang Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University.

This study aims to examine the effect of financial attitude and financial behavior on financial literacy (case study on the housewives in the Lito Village, Moyo Hulu Subdistrict, Sumbawa District). This research is a quantitative research with a causal method. The method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 125 respondents, namely the housewives in the Lito Village, Moyo Hulu Subdistrict, Sumbawa Regency. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that financial attitudes a significant positive effect on financial literacy with a value of 4.382> 1,657 and a significance level (α) 0,000 <0.05, financial behavior has a significant positive effect on financial literacy with a value of 5,060> 1,657 and a significance level (α) of 0,000 <0.05 and the level of financial literacy of housewives is very high 98.4% (>76%).
