ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions among college student. The five independent variables was used include need for achievement, locus of control, self-efficacy, instrumental readiness, entrepreneurship experience. Sample in this research is students on Pattimura University totaling 160 people. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to measure this study. The results of this study indicate that need for achievement, locus of control, entrepreneurship experience have no effect on the intentions of entrepreneurial among students. Whereas instrumental readiness and self-efficacy variable has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention between students of Pattimura University. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Flores Management Faculty of Economics. This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Flores in the class of 2015-2016 who had passed the entrepreneurship courses of 170 people. Samples taken in this study were 105 respondents, with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 1.060 + 0.594X1 + 0.114X2 + 0.421X3 + e. The coefficient of determination R2 for the variables X1, X2, X3 is 0.675, which means that entrepreneurial interest can be influenced by emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment by 67.50% and the remaining 32.50% is influenced by other factors including factors of education, skills, motivation and others. F test results show the value of Fcount> Ftable (28.442> 2.69) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment together on the entrepreneurial interest of the Faculty of Management Study Program Students The economy. Partial test results (t) show 1) Emotional intelligence factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 2) Family environment factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 3) Independent attitude factor has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

This study studies to analyze the factors that influence general suppliers to choose FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) on quality and quality B and calculate the business expenses to be received. This research was conducted in the period August - September 2018 at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari (SIL). The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and risk analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the factors that influence general suppliers choose to sell FFB at quality A and quality B at PT. SIL is the average factor of the weight of FFB supplied, the weight of FFB sorted, the distance to the plant and transportation costs, while the factors that do not significantly affect the long period of receiving FFB at the plant then for the risks received are known that the risk of selling FFB quality A is greater because of loss while FFB that sells quality B is smaller because it avoids losses.Keyword: Suppliers, FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches), quality A and B, risk

<p>This study examines the factors that affect the company's capability to perform integrated reporting. The analysis used in testing the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Results show that company’s size has positive and significant connection and stakeholder’s pressure has negative and significant connection with the company’s capability in performing integrated reporting. In contrast, level of company’s profitability, company’s managerial ownership, and company’s institutional ownership did not have enough connection with company’s capability in performing integrated reporting.</p><p> </p>

The objective of the chapter is to examine the factors that are essential for the green purchase behavior among the young consumers in India. The study consists of 343 young respondents, who were surveyed with the help of structured measurement instrument. The sample has been analyzed with the help of exploratory factor analysis and linear regression analysis. It was found in the study that the awareness towards the green product, attitude towards eco-labeling, and satisfaction via green products are significantly and positively linked to the green purchase behavior, whereas the attitude towards green pricing and ecologically concerned consumers are not associated with the green purchase behavior.

A mixed research methodology was deployed to show that cultural differences and perceived risk-taking must be considered in charting competences in advancing household enterprises in the Southern African Development Communities and the USA. The consequences were that triumphant households were those that took cognizance of multiculturalism in assessing and measuring performance. Multiple Linear Regression analysis demonstrated that capacity must be customized to suit organizational vision and that the vital predictor of perceived success in the USA was performance orientation while uncertainty avoidance topped the list in the SADC. Results indicate that diversity was understood in all successful enterprises.

The growth in construction productivity is low and do not continue for a long span of time. The purpose of the present research paper is to analyse the factors affecting on-site construction productivity in Indian construction industry. The tools used for the analysis are reliability analysis to check the consistency of the data, Pearson correlation analysis to mathematically validate the factor analysis, and linear regression analysis to propose a framework of factors affecting construction productivity. The findings of the reliability analysis concludes that the all the factors having a value of more than 0.67, which is considered to be good for the study, and the findings of the study conclude that the most significant 3 attributes grouped in linear regression analysis change in scope (R2), revision in drawings (R15), and response to change orders (R3) having maximum impact over the construction productivity. The research paper attempts to provide an insight and better understanding of the factors affecting on-site construction productivity in India and the ways and means to control and improve construction productivity of construction projects."This paper is the revised version of the paper that has been published in the proceedings of the Creative Construction Conference 2018: Dixit, S., Mandal, S. N., Thanikal, J. V, & Saurabh, K. (2018). Critical Analysis of Factors Affecting the on-site Productivity in Indian Construction Industry, (July), 38–45. https://doi.org/10.3311/CCC2018-006"
