This article presents a methodology aimed at increasing the force of the rear-hand straight punch at the torso-level (gyaku zuki chudan). To accomplish the tasks of the survey, a video-computerized system was used to record and analyze the parameters of the punches performed by the participants. The results concerning the force of the torso-level rear-hand straight punch were registered in identical ways for each of the participants in order to make sure that the survey was performed under uniform conditions. The input data was processed by means of kinematics analysis software. To prove the credibility of the data registered the necessary statistical analysis methods were applied. If more and more coaches start using modern tools and methods to develop the sports and technical skills of their entrusted athletes, this will increase the quality of the karate training process.

In this work the analysis on description of rural settlements boundaries of the Republic of Bashkortostan, based on the experience of other sub-federal units of Russian Federation was made. A range of weak points in collected input data was defined. In total, of 54 municipal districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan (818 rural settlements), 44 districts showed nonconformity of feed data details to regulatory requirements. And the main reason for this is a low quality of input materials such as base maps at scale 1

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between soccer players’ performance of receptions of passes in tests of both isolated technical skills and more match-realistic situations in small-sided games (SSGs). In addition, this study investigated whether the involvement in SSGs (number of receptions) correlated with the quality of receptions in the respective SSGs. The participants were 13 male outfield youth soccer players from teams in the first division of the regional U18 league. The quality of receptions was scored by educated coaches according to set criteria of performance. Statistical analyses of correlations were determined using Spearman’s rank-order correlation coefficient (rs). The main results were (1) a significant correlation in the quality of ball reception between 4vs1 SSGs and 5vs5 SSGs (rs = −0.61, p < 0.01) and (2) a trend towards moderate correlation between the quality of ball reception using a ball projection machine and 5vs5 SSGs (rs = −0.48, p = 0.10). (3) A significant correlation was found between the number of receptions in 5vs5 SSGs and the quality score of receptions in 5vs5 SSGs (rs = −0.70, p < 0.01). The trend towards moderate correlations between 5vs5 SSGs and the isolated technical reception test could imply the importance of training in the technical aspects of ball reception. Moreover, it seems as though the players with the best reception performance are the players who are most involved in SSGs, that is, having the most receptions.

Current reverse engineering systems can generate boundary representation (B-rep) models from 3D range data. Such models suffer from inaccuracies caused by noise in the input data and algorithms. The quality of reverse engineered geometric models can be improved by finding candidate shape regularities in such a model, and constraining the model to meet a suitable subset of them, in a post-processing step called beautification. This paper discusses algorithms to detect such approximate regularities in terms of similarities between feature objects describing properties of faces, edges and vertices, and small groups of these elements in a B-rep model with only planar, spherical, cylindrical, conical and toroidal faces. For each group of similar feature objects they also seek special feature objects which may represent the group, e.g. an integer value which approximates the radius of similar cylinders. Experiments show that the regularities found by the algorithms include the desired regularities as well as spurious regularities, which can be limited by an appropriate choice of tolerances.

Purpose: The aim of this work was to analyse all the applied movements when extracting healthy upper and lower jaw premolars for orthodontic purposes. The authors wanted to demonstrate that the different bone densities of the mandible and maxilla are not a significant parameter when related to the extraction force applied. The buccal and palatal rocking movements, plus the twisting movements were also measured in this in-vivo study during premolar extraction for orthodontic purposes. Methods: The physical strains or forces transferred onto the teeth during extraction are the following three movements: gripping, twisting, and traction. A strain measurement gauge was attached onto an ordinary dentistry plier. The strain measurement gauge was constituted with an extensimetric washer with three 45º grids. The system operation was correlated to the variation of electrical resistance. Results: The variations of resistance (∆R) and all the different forces applied to the teeth (∆V) were recorded by a computerized system. Data results were processed through Microsoft Excel. The results underlined the stress distribution on the extracted teeth during gripping, twisting and flexion. Conclusions: The obtained data showed that the strength required to effect teeth extraction is not influenced by the quality of the bone but is instead influenced by the shape of the tooth’s root.

In this paper the authors proposed a database sampling framework that aims to minimize the time necessary to produce a sample database. They argue that the performance of current relational database sampling techniques that maintain the data integrity of the sample database is low and a faster strategy needs to be devised. The sampling method targets the production environment of a system under development that generally consists of large amounts of data computationally costly to analyze. The results have been improved due to the fact that the authors have selected the users that they had more information about them and they have made the data table denser. Therefore, by increasing the data and making the rating more comprehensive for all the users they can help to produce the more and better association rules. The obtained results were not that much suitable for Jester dataset but with their proposed methods the authors have tried to improve the quantity and quality of the rules. These results indicate that the effectiveness of the system greatly depends on the input data and the applied dataset. In addition, if the user rates more number of the items the system efficiency will be more increased.

This research was conducted from Maret until June 2008, in Big Hall of Development Marine Aquaculture Lampung. The research used experimental methodology, with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The aimed of research are toknow effects of vitamin C to increase a haemoglobin of blood and survival rate and measured effective C vitaminin prawn of humback grouper. The result showed that the highest haemoglobin rate of at PC (2 g/kg prawn), equalto 0,915 g/100 mL. The lowest haemoglobin found at treatment PA. equal to 0,066 g/100 mL. Result of variansianalysis indicate that addition of vitamin C at food give influence to increase the haemoglobin rate (P<0.05).Survival rate after experiment are 100 %. Parameter of water quality of were: temperature 29.3-30.2 oC, pH 7.81-8.27, salinitas 31-32 psu, DO 3,65-5 mg/L, and ammonia content (NH 3) 0.044-0.069 mg/1

The growth of cooperatives in Indonesia today is very fast, especially the growth of cooperatives in Bali. Based on data from the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Bali Province the number of cooperatives in bali per June 30, 2016 as many as 4934, this is certainly a positive picture for the growth of cooperatives. The development of micro-credit activities undertaken cooperative is also growing very rapidly, but this is not matched by the quality of the performance of the cooperative itself. These conditions encourage the government oversight of credit unions and savings and loans by issuing a decision on guidelines for the rating of the cooperative based on Regulation Supervision Deputy Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. The process of calculating the cooperative health assessment has now been made but there is still a conventional manner using Microsoft Excel so that experienced problems in the calculation and delivery of information on the results. Supervision of the cooperative in question is difficult because the delay of information and the lack of technology used. Computerized system and geographic information system support can be used to assist in the process of assessment of the level of health and also facilitate cooperative Cooperative Agency in monitoring the cooperative in question.
