As for this research problem formula is how to influence Motivation and work ethic to employee performance at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar. Design of this research was done by using the design of library research and field research. The population used in this research is all employees at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar which amounted to 27 employees. Considering responder amount less than 100 people to reply the questionnaires which writer propagate and availibility of writer time and also for the accuracy of result of research. Types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Technique of data collected by questionnaires, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative analysis. The result of analysis from linear regression modestly that is Ŷ= 6,518 + 0,827X1 + 0,314X2, it means there is a positive influence between motivation and work ethic to employee performance at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar. The strength of relationship between the is high correlation, that is r = 0,791. From coefficient determination can be explained that the level of employee performance can be explained by motivation and work ethic as big as 62,5%, and the rest 37,5% can be explained by the other factor that was not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that motivation and work ethic applied by Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar have an effect to employee performance. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where the result test fhitung (20,020) > ttabel (3,40) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05. As for this research problem formula is how To determine the influence of motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction in PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar. Research Method used in this writing is library research and field research. The population in this research is the employee of PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar which are 24 employees. The Data used is data by qualitative and quantitative, and technique of data collecting by questionnaires, interview and documentation. Then technique analyse the data use the descriptive method qualitative and quantitative descriptive method.Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ = 16,518 + 0,402 X1 + 1,011 X2meaning there are positive influence between motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,843. From coefficient determinasi can explainable high and low of customer’s purchase decision 71,9 %, and the rest 28,1 % explained by other factor which is not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that motivation and career development have positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction in PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where result test the fhitung (26,888) > ttabel (3,47) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Keywords: Motivation, Career Development and Employee Job Satisfaction

Research Method used in this writing is library research and field research. Its population and sample is employees Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar  amount to 28 people. Considering responder amount less than 100 people to reply the questionnaires which writer propagate and availibility of writer time and also for the accuracy of result of research. In this study using  qualitative data and quantitative data, and technique of data collecting by questionnaires, interview and documentation. Then technique analyse the data use the descriptive method qualitative and quantitative descriptive method.Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ=35,010 + 0,491X1 + 0,763X2 meaning there are positive influence work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,781. From coefficient determinasi can explainable high and low of customer’s purchase decision 61%, and the rest 39 % explained by other factor which is not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that work ethics and job satisfaction applied by work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar.an effect on to working discipline. The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Balimbingan Business Unit. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Balimbingan Business Unit amounted to 59 people. Given the number  of respondents less than 100 people to answer the quetionaiere that the author distributed and the availability of time of the author and for the accuracy of the results of research. The data used is data by qualitative and quantitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ=8,697 + 0,809X1 + 0,6439X2 meaning there are positive influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,775. From coefficient determinasi can be explainable high low employee performance 60 %, and the rest 40 % explained by other factor not discussed in this study. From result of processing and calculation of questionnaires,the authors get the assumption that the motivation and work environment applied  PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Balimbingan Business Unit . This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where result test the fhitung (42,034) > ttabel (3,16) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05.   Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. The purpose of this study are: 1. To determine the description of work discipline and communication and the employee’s performance at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Pematangsiantar. 2. To determine the influence of work discipline and communication on employee’s performance at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Pematangsiantar simultaneously and partially. This research is done with library research and field research. The data types are cualitative and quantitative data, the data sources are primer and secondary data. The population in this research is as much as 31 respondents. The data collection is done with questionnaire, interview and documentation. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test F test and t test. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. work discipline, communication and employee’s performance is good. 2. The results of regression analysis is Ŷ= 34,319 + 0,445X1 + 0,638X2 it means that work discipline and communication had a positive influence on employee’s performance. 3. The results of correlations analysis get value r= 0,826, it means that there is a high and positive correlation between work discipline, communication with employee’s performance. Further obtained coefficient of determination (R) = 0.682 means the level of employee’s performance can be explained as much as 68,2% by work discipline and communication. 4. The results of hypothesis test H0 is rejected, it means that work discipline and communication had a positive and significant influence on employee’s performance simultaneously and partially. The suggestion of this research is to improve the work discipline, 1. the leadership must be more firmly to give sanction for anyone who violates the rules. 2. To influence communication, the leadership and the subordinates must create good relations in order to achieve a conducive working environment. 3. to optimize the employee’s performance, the leadership have to apply the rules so that employees can implement the rules properly. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study are to determine the influence of intellectual ability and work decipline on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Siantar Sitalasari Kota Pematangsiantar. The research was done by using the design of library and field research. The research method used is the causality method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The sources of data used in this research are primary and secondary. The population in this study were all employee which amounted to 46 employees. The datawere collected through questionnaire, interviews and documentation.  The analysis technique used is qualitative and descriptive quantitative analysis which consists of multiple linear regression, correlation test and test of determination and hypothesis. Theresults of this study can be summarized are the intellectual ability, the work discipline and the employee performance are good. Then the intellectual ability have a positive and significant influence to the employee performance. Next work descipline have a positive and significant influence to the employee performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan beban kerja, dan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar. 2. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar dan semuanya dijadikan sampel. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1. Beban kerja sudah rendah dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik. 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dibuktikan dengan regresi Ŷ = 46,931 - 0,190X2. 3. Terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara beban kerja dengan kinerja pegawai, diperoleh nilai korelasi senilai 0,321. 4. Hasil uji hipotesis: H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.The purpose of this study was to describe the description of workload, and employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Branch of BPJS Kesehatan. 2. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Low workload and good employee performance. 2. There is a negative influence between workload on employee performance as evidenced by regression Ŷ = 46.931 - 0.190X2. 3. There is a low correlation between workload with employee performance, the correlation value is 0.321. 4. Hypothesis test results: H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence on workload on employee performance either simultaneously or partially.

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of managerial effectiveness to employee performance, task commitment to employee performance, work ethic on the performance of employees, managerial effectiveness to task commitment, managerial effectiveness to the work ethic and the work ethic of the commitment of the employee's duties Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. This research was conducted using the method suryey with path analysis in hypothesis testing. In this study, employees were selected as sample there are 96 employees who selected a random sample by strata or stratified random sampling from a total population of 127 respondents. Took this instrument before being used for the data to test the validity and reliability. The results of this study are as follows: There is a direct positive influence on employee performance managerial effectiveness. There is a direct positive influence on employee performance task commitment. There is a direct positive influence on employee performance work ethic. There is a direct positive influence on the effectiveness of managerial task commitment. There is a direct positive effect managerial effectiveness to the work ethic. There is a direct positive effect on the work ethic of commitment to the task.

<p><em>Abstrak -<strong> </strong></em><strong>U</strong><strong>ntuk dapat mencapai hubungan yang sinergis, perusahaan harus dapat memperhatikan pola kinerja karyawannya.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>K</strong><strong>aryawan yang bermutu dan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi adalah karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi. Peran yang sangat vital dalam mewujudkan prestasi kinerja seorang karyawan adalah dirinya sendiri. Bagaimana dia memiliki semangat dan etos kerja yang tinggi untuk dapat memberikan pengaruh positif pada lingkungannya. Karyawan yang memiliki pemikiran yang luhur mengenai pekerjaannya dapat bekerja dengan tulus. Suatu pandangan dan sikap terhadap kerja dikenal dengan istilah etos kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji teoritik mengenai pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AE. Untuk menguji pengaruh variabel etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menyebar 132 kuesioner pada karyawan PT. AE. An outlook and attitude towards work is known as the work ethic. This study aims to perform a theoretical test on the effect of the work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. AE. To test the effect of variables on the</strong> <strong>performance of the employee's work ethic multiple linear regression analysis was used, by spread 132 questionnaires to employees of PT. AE. Having analyzed the results obtained R square 0.724 with 0.000 significance (p &lt;0.05), which means the work ethic significant influence on employee performance amounted to 72.4%.
