The purpose of this study are: 1. To determine the description of work discipline and communication and the employee’s performance at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Pematangsiantar. 2. To determine the influence of work discipline and communication on employee’s performance at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Pematangsiantar simultaneously and partially. This research is done with library research and field research. The data types are cualitative and quantitative data, the data sources are primer and secondary data. The population in this research is as much as 31 respondents. The data collection is done with questionnaire, interview and documentation. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test F test and t test. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. work discipline, communication and employee’s performance is good. 2. The results of regression analysis is Ŷ= 34,319 + 0,445X1 + 0,638X2 it means that work discipline and communication had a positive influence on employee’s performance. 3. The results of correlations analysis get value r= 0,826, it means that there is a high and positive correlation between work discipline, communication with employee’s performance. Further obtained coefficient of determination (R) = 0.682 means the level of employee’s performance can be explained as much as 68,2% by work discipline and communication. 4. The results of hypothesis test H0 is rejected, it means that work discipline and communication had a positive and significant influence on employee’s performance simultaneously and partially. The suggestion of this research is to improve the work discipline, 1. the leadership must be more firmly to give sanction for anyone who violates the rules. 2. To influence communication, the leadership and the subordinates must create good relations in order to achieve a conducive working environment. 3. to optimize the employee’s performance, the leadership have to apply the rules so that employees can implement the rules properly. This study is to determine the effect of product quality partially on consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in Pamulang Subdistrict Area, to determine the effect of partial promotion on consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in Pamulang Subdistrict Area, to determine the effect of product quality and promotion together with consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in the Pamulang District Area, and to find out the company's efforts to improve consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in the Pamulang District Region .Quantitative associative research methods with a verification approach. The population in this study Pam-Pam Fried Chicken consumers amounted to 7,108 consumers in the District of Pamulang, while the sample taken was 100 respondents using the slovin formula, then a proportional random sampling was done because the research object contained 4 (four) branches. Collecting observational data, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test (product moment), determination coefficient test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test) . The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between product quality partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.65. The coefficient of determination is 0.6%, t count 2.719> t table 1.984. There is a positive and significant influence between promotion partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.32. The coefficient value of determination is 0.2, t count 2.112> t table 1.984.

As for this research problem formula is how to influence Motivation and work ethic to employee performance at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar. Design of this research was done by using the design of library research and field research. The population used in this research is all employees at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar which amounted to 27 employees. Considering responder amount less than 100 people to reply the questionnaires which writer propagate and availibility of writer time and also for the accuracy of result of research. Types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Technique of data collected by questionnaires, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative analysis. The result of analysis from linear regression modestly that is Ŷ= 6,518 + 0,827X1 + 0,314X2, it means there is a positive influence between motivation and work ethic to employee performance at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar. The strength of relationship between the is high correlation, that is r = 0,791. From coefficient determination can be explained that the level of employee performance can be explained by motivation and work ethic as big as 62,5%, and the rest 37,5% can be explained by the other factor that was not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that motivation and work ethic applied by Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar have an effect to employee performance. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where the result test fhitung (20,020) > ttabel (3,40) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Korem 031 / WB is a Strategic Sub compartment directly under the I / BB command. In theexecution of his duties assisted by the agency in Pekanbaru. In carrying out his duties fully responsible to Kodam I / BB located in Medan. The purpose of this study is to know the Influence of Leadership Types, Work Motivation and Education to Soldiers Performance at Korem 031 / Wirabima Pekanbaru. The type of research is quantitative. Research methods are as follows Field Research (Field Research) and Library Research (Library Research). The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data. The population of this study is all Soldiers at Korem 031 / Wirabima Pekanbaru as many as 177 people. The sample to be targeted didala this research amounted to 56 people Soldiers at orem 031 / Wirabima Pekanbaru. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on these findings the variables of leadership, work motivation and education have a significant effect on the performance of soldiers at Korem 031 / Wirabima Pekanbaru. Types of leadership, work motivation have a direct effect on performance due to the path coefficient is significant, so also the type of leadership and motivation through education influence directly to the performance of the coefficient of the path significantly (&lt;0.05). Leadership in Korem031 / Wirabima Pekanbaru is expected to provide motivation or encouragement to subordinate aga rlebih giat in working in an effort to improve performance. Leadership is expected to pay attention to subordinates in work and a conducive working environment and the relationship between superiors and subordinates harmoniously improve performance with efficient results and selective according to the expectations of Korem 031 / Wira Bima Pekanbaru unit.

In general, companies in carrying out their business in trade, of course, inventory of merchandise is very prominent in supporting the course of trade. Sales is one of the important activities in a trading company because the results of the sale of a company can be assessed whether or not good in running its business. This research aims to analyze the effect of inventory on sales both simultaneously and partially on BTIB companies in the textile trade in Jakarta. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis (R), the coefficient of determination (R2), the classic assumption test, the regression coefficient test, the hypothesis test, the F statistical test, the statistical test t. The result shows that a significant influence of Inventory (X) on Sales (Y).

As for this research problem formula is how To determine the influence of motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction in PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar. Research Method used in this writing is library research and field research. The population in this research is the employee of PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar which are 24 employees. The Data used is data by qualitative and quantitative, and technique of data collecting by questionnaires, interview and documentation. Then technique analyse the data use the descriptive method qualitative and quantitative descriptive method.Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ = 16,518 + 0,402 X1 + 1,011 X2meaning there are positive influence between motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,843. From coefficient determinasi can explainable high and low of customer’s purchase decision 71,9 %, and the rest 28,1 % explained by other factor which is not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that motivation and career development have positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction in PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where result test the fhitung (26,888) > ttabel (3,47) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Keywords: Motivation, Career Development and Employee Job Satisfaction

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan beban kerja, dan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar. 2. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar dan semuanya dijadikan sampel. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1. Beban kerja sudah rendah dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik. 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dibuktikan dengan regresi Ŷ = 46,931 - 0,190X2. 3. Terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara beban kerja dengan kinerja pegawai, diperoleh nilai korelasi senilai 0,321. 4. Hasil uji hipotesis: H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.The purpose of this study was to describe the description of workload, and employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Branch of BPJS Kesehatan. 2. To determine the effect of workload on employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Branch of BPJS Kesehatan. This research uses library research design and field research. The population in this study amounted to 39 employees of BPJS Kesehatan Pematangsiantar Branch and all of them were sampled. The type of data in this research is qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Low workload and good employee performance. 2. There is a negative influence between workload on employee performance as evidenced by regression Ŷ = 46.931 - 0.190X2. 3. There is a low correlation between workload with employee performance, the correlation value is 0.321. 4. Hypothesis test results: H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence on workload on employee performance either simultaneously or partially.

The method uses analysis in the form of test equivalence, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing with the f test and the T test with the help of the program (SPSS) 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis, the regression equation Y = 0.150 + 0.365X1 + 0.370X2 + 0.390X3 + 0.433X4 + e constant is 0.150. meaning that if the free value is 0, then the Y value is 0.150 with the coefficient of cultural variables (X1) of 0.365, social (X2) of 0.370, personal (X3) of 0.390 and psychological (X4) of 0.433 which means that it is positive. From the results of the t hypothesis test, it was obtained that the tcount of cultural variables was 2.562, social variables were 1.911, personal variables were 1.715, and psychological variables were 1.542. Only cultural variables have an effect with a value of 2.562 so that the tcount> is compared with the ttable value of 2.05954. Based on the simultaneous F test, the value of Fcount is 5,628> F table 2,7822 and the significance is 0,000

From coefficient determinasi can explainable high and low of customer’s purchase decision 61%, and the rest 39 % explained by other factor which is not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that work ethics and job satisfaction applied by work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar.an effect on to working discipline. The Influence of Location and Facilities Against Satisfaction of Container Unloading Service User at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.This study aims to determine how much influence the location and facilities to the satisfaction of service users. Locations have indicators: access, visibility, traffic and facilities have indicators: organizational characteristics and objectives, land availability and space and space requirements, flexibility, aesthetic factors, communities and the environment, construction and operation costs while service user satisfaction has indicators: customer satisfaction , dimensions of customer satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, repurchase interest, willingness to recommend, customer dissatisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method by using the technique of processing descriptive data, data collecting technique with interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Sampling technique used incidental sampling. The measurement using likert scale and processed using SPSS version 23 program to calculate the validity and reliability test, calculate hypothesis test that is t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. Itcan be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between location and facility to the satisfaction of service users of loading and unloading of containers at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. It can be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between location and facility to the satisfaction of service users of loading and unloading of containers at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.
