The purpose of this study was to test the effect of managerial effectiveness to employee performance, task commitment to employee performance, work ethic on the performance of employees, managerial effectiveness to task commitment, managerial effectiveness to the work ethic and the work ethic of the commitment of the employee's duties Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. This research was conducted using the method suryey with path analysis in hypothesis testing. In this study, employees were selected as sample there are 96 employees who selected a random sample by strata or stratified random sampling from a total population of 127 respondents. Took this instrument before being used for the data to test the validity and reliability. The results of this study are as follows: There is a direct positive influence on employee performance managerial effectiveness. There is a direct positive influence on employee performance task commitment. There is a direct positive influence on employee performance work ethic. There is a direct positive influence on the effectiveness of managerial task commitment. There is a direct positive effect managerial effectiveness to the work ethic. There is a direct positive effect on the work ethic of commitment to the task.

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

<p><em>Abstrak -<strong> </strong></em><strong>U</strong><strong>ntuk dapat mencapai hubungan yang sinergis, perusahaan harus dapat memperhatikan pola kinerja karyawannya.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>K</strong><strong>aryawan yang bermutu dan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi adalah karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi. Peran yang sangat vital dalam mewujudkan prestasi kinerja seorang karyawan adalah dirinya sendiri. Bagaimana dia memiliki semangat dan etos kerja yang tinggi untuk dapat memberikan pengaruh positif pada lingkungannya. Karyawan yang memiliki pemikiran yang luhur mengenai pekerjaannya dapat bekerja dengan tulus. Suatu pandangan dan sikap terhadap kerja dikenal dengan istilah etos kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji teoritik mengenai pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AE. Untuk menguji pengaruh variabel etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menyebar 132 kuesioner pada karyawan PT. AE. Setelah dianalisis didapat hasil R square 0.724 dengan signifikansi</strong><strong> </strong><strong>(p&lt;0.05), yang berarti etos kerja memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan</strong><strong> </strong><strong>terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 72.4%.</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci</em></strong><em>: Etika Kerja, Performa Kerja </em></p><p> </p><p><em>Abstract - </em><strong>T</strong><strong>o be able to achieve a synergistic relationship, the company should be able to notice employee performance. How does he have the spirit and high work ethic to be a positive influence on the environment. Employees who have lofty thoughts about the job can work sincerely. An outlook and attitude towards work is known as the work ethic. This study aims to perform a theoretical test on the effect of the work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. AE. To test the effect of variables on the</strong> <strong>performance of the employee's work ethic multiple linear regression analysis was used, by spread 132 questionnaires to employees of PT. AE. Having analyzed the results obtained R square 0.724 with 0.000 significance (p &lt;0.05), which means the work ethic significant influence on employee performance amounted to 72.4%. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence between work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance either partially or jointly in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Branch Jagorawi. Results of analysis that Work Discipline positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.871, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.759 or 75.9%. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.915, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.838 or 83.8%. And Discipline of Work and Organisational Culture jointly have a positive influence on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.920, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.847 or 84.7% indicates the significance of the effect given by the Discipline of Work and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. ANOVA analysis showed that the obtained value obtained Fvalue of 283.961 greater value to Ftable 3.940 at alpha (α) 5% = (267.551> 3.940) means there is a rejection of H0. It means that the variable labor discipline and organizational culture together significantly affect employee performance variables, and there is a very strong influence of the value stated.

As for this research problem formula is how to influence Motivation and work ethic to employee performance at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar. Design of this research was done by using the design of library research and field research. The population used in this research is all employees at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar which amounted to 27 employees. Considering responder amount less than 100 people to reply the questionnaires which writer propagate and availibility of writer time and also for the accuracy of result of research. Types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Technique of data collected by questionnaires, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative analysis. The result of analysis from linear regression modestly that is Ŷ= 6,518 + 0,827X1 + 0,314X2, it means there is a positive influence between motivation and work ethic to employee performance at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar. The strength of relationship between the is high correlation, that is r = 0,791. From coefficient determination can be explained that the level of employee performance can be explained by motivation and work ethic as big as 62,5%, and the rest 37,5% can be explained by the other factor that was not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that motivation and work ethic applied by Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Pematangsiantar have an effect to employee performance. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where the result test fhitung (20,020) > ttabel (3,40) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05. This study will look further at how the effects or effects of career development and motivation on employee performance at the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Institution (LKC). The problem that underlies why this research is conducted is because of employee dissatisfaction with the management of LKC Dompet Dhuafa related to the opportunity to get a job promotion so that it causes deviations in employee behaviour at his workplace. The method used in this research uses multiple linear analysis techniques. This multiple linear analysis is used to see or measure the extent of the influence of independent variables consisting of; career development and motivation, on the dependent variable represented by employee performance. In conducting its analysis, this study also uses SPSS 16.0 software with a total of 54 employees from the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Institution (LKC). The results of this study indicate that career development has a significant influence on employee performance; this is indicated by the efficiency variable where career development has a positive influence of 0.383 and sig. 0,000 <0,10. Likewise important motivation for employee performance, this is indicated by efficiency variables where motivation has a positive effect of 0.212 and sig. 0.011 <0.10. This study also shows that the relationship between career development and motivation has a simultaneously significant influence on employee performance, based on the results of the test of determination of 0.573 or 57.3%, while other factors influence the remaining 42.7%. This also shows the results of the f test with the efficiency of career development and the motivation variable has a positive effect of 36,611 and a sig value of 0,000 <0,10.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, training, and motivation on employee performance (a case study of a Surakarta municipal water company). This type of research is quantitative. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 112 respondents taken from Surakarta regional water company (PDAM) employees who had competence in their fields, and had received training and motivation from the company. The sampling technique uses simple purposive. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that competency had a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 4.381; a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The training did not significantly influence the performance as evidenced by the t value of 1.232; a significance value of 0.221> 0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 3.074; significance value 0.003 <0.05.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal's leadership and teacher's work motivation, either individually or jointly on employee performance. The research was conducted in SDN in Dumai Barat sub-district, Dumai City with the research subjects being teachers in SDN in Dumai Barat sub-district, Dumai City, the method used was a survey with correlation technique, the research sample was teachers at SDN in the sub-district of West Dumai City. Dumai totaling 150. The instrument used to collect data on principals' leadership, work motivation and performance was using a questionnaire. The validity of the test items using the product moment formula and the instrument reliability coefficients were calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant and positive influence between the principal's leadership on performance; 2) there is a significant and positive effect between teacher work motivation on performance; 3) there is a significant and positive influence between the principal's leadership and the work motivation of teachers on performance together. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvement and improvement of the performance of principals and teachers in public elementary schools throughout the West Dumai sub-district, Dumai City.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at Wahana Surya Bengkulu.The object of this research was Wahana Surya Bengkulu with the selection of samples in this study conducted by using total sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 65 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaire.The results of the study show that The first, there is a positive effect of job satisfaction toward the employees’ performance of  Wahana Surya Bengkulu, if the ability is getting better or improved, there is a positive influence of work organization commitment toward the employees; performance of Wahana Surya Bengkulu, if the work discipline of employees increases, it will affect the performance of employees of Wahana Surya Bengkulu,  if employee work motivation increases, of course employee performance will also increase in line with increasing employee motivation, there are effects of job satisfaction, organizational commitment on the performance of employees of Wahana Surya Bengkulu employees, where job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect performance by 61.4%Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment,  Performance
