The aim of the study is to analyse factors impacting upon students satisfaction on Muhammadiyah Aceh University library services as there is a belief that different in satisfaction level did occur among students.             This study was performed at Muhammadiyah Aceh University library. Students satisfaction measured through five factors in service quality namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangible. The population in the study is all 212 Muhammadiyah Aceh library registered-member students.  They are from six faculties and two academies within Muhammadiyah Aceh University. From those, 64 persons was sampled using stratified random sampling method.The result of the study shows that service quality positively associated with the students satisfaction on Muhammadiyah Aceh library services. The most positive association is between service quality and responsiveness. On the other hand, the least positive association is between service quality and reliability.

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the level of academic service quality, (2) the level of student satisfaction, (3) the level of student achievement, (4) the influence of the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. (6) the influence of satisfaction on the achievement of learners, and (7) the influence of the quality of academic services on the achievement of learners mediated by the satisfaction of learners. The research method used, namely quantitative approach with descriptive-correlational. Population in this research was as many as 1582. For sampling by using purposive sampling technique and stratified random sampling so that obtained by sampel as much as 323 respondents. In this study the questionnaire is used to collect data. The data analysis by using path analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) the quality of the academic service quality is in the high category, (2) the students' satisfaction level in the high category, (3) the achievement level of the students is in the medium category, (4) 6) there is a significant influence of students' satisfaction on student achievement, and (7) there is significant influence of academic service quality toward the achievement of students who mediated with student satisfaction variable at SMPN in Ponggok sub-district, Blitar regency. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat kualitas layanan akademik, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik, (4) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, (5) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif-korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1582. Untuk pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 323 responden. Dalam penelitian ini angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Adapun untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat kualitas kualitas layanan akademik berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik pada kategori tinggi, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan peserta didik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan peserta didik pada SMPN se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar.

Current competitive environment induced by 4.0 industrial revolution has forced companies to focus on managing service to customer by provide added value to customers, so that it will increase competitiveness. This study aims to find out and analyze impact of service quality and service innovations on competitive advantage. Analysis method is descriptive statistical and Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS software. The sampling Technique was purposive sampling with combination cluster proportional stratified random sampling, the instrument to collect the data was questionnaire with manager, supervisor or employee of retailing. The results indicate that the service quality and service innovations impact on competitive advantage.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived price and its implication towards student satisfaction in Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). This research is quantitative in nature. Both primary and secondary data were obtained from various source such as journals. Primary data were gathered using questionnaire which were distributed to the target respondent. The population consists of active students from Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Economy actively studying in 2017 using a purposive sampling. Total sample of 100 students were obtained. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The research found that the brand image, service quality and perceived price are affecting students satisfaction of Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Researcher suggests UMT to improve their brand image, also to improve administration services and lecturer quality. In addition UMT shall adjust their tuition costing structure to win the competition in pricingPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan bersifat explanatory, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner dan dokumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari fakultas teknik dan fakultas ekonomi yang aktif berkuliah pada tahun 2017. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan metode probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang diambil sebagai responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di UMT. Peneliti menyarankan UMT perlu meningkatkan citra merek, dan juga melakukan peningkatan di kualitas staf administrasi dan pengajar. Selain itu UMT perlu meninjau kembali biaya perkuliahan yang dikenakan ke mahasiswa agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing

Inhabiting level is defined as the number of tasks to be performed in a setting in relation to the number of people who will perform those tasks and has been found to influence the behaviors and psychological experiences of participants. In this study, the structural organization of a children's game was manipulated to create three different levels of inhabiting. Boys ( n = 108) were classified as having low, medium, or high throwing skills. Teams consisting of one player from each skill level were created using stratified random sampling. Teams then played an underinhabited game (two ongoing tasks per player), an adequately inhabited game (one ongoing task per player), and an overinhabited game (one task rotated among three players). Satisfaction with each game was measured by a questionnaire following play. Observational rating scales were used to assess players' degree of involvement and affective expression during play. Boys reported significantly greater satisfaction and displayed significantly greater involvement and positive affect in the underinhabited game than in either one or both of the other games.

Abstract: This paper presents the results of a documentary search about factors that motivate the use of university library. Literature about these factors was not found, either not standards or indicators used to measure those factors’ impact. On the other side, evidence was found about the decrease in library attendance, reported by the university libraries themselves; however, no evidence about the causes of this phenomenon was found. In sucha context, this article presents a research project that will be applied in 3 universities at Northeast Mexico, in which a methodology to identify and analyze motivation in students to use the university library is proposed.Keywords: academic library, library use studies, library users, motivation, library services, user satisfactionResumen: En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de la revisión documental sobre el tema de los factores que motivan el uso de la biblioteca universitaria. No se encontró literatura sobre estos factores y tampoco se encontraron normas o indicadores de referencia que permitan medir su impacto. Por otro lado, se encontró evidencia de un descenso en la asistencia reportada por las bibliotecas de las instituciones de educación superior, pero no se encontró evidencia de sus causas. This study aims to analyse the effect of relationship marketing and service quality on customer satisfaction and its implications on customer loyalty. Based on observations and interviews from June 8, 2018, that is using at PTSI outside of the marketing team, and customer loyalty is the primary goal of each team member. Customer loyalty also becomes an instruction of the administration that can see from the existence of the policy of daily visits to its clients. The population of this study is customers who made purchases in the last six months. The sample of this study is 100 clients of PT Precision Tooling Service Indonesia, which made purchases during the previous six months. The sampling method of this study using stratified random sampling. The analytical method used is path analysis. PROCESS Macro Hayes assists the data analysis used in this study in version 23 of SPSS. The results showed that (1) relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, (3) relationship marketing has an effect positive and significant in customer loyalty to customers satisfaction as a full mediator, (4) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a full mediator, and (5) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analize how much impact of the internet usage as a learning media on study achievement of colleger in business administration majority of state politechnic of jakarta.. Variable of internet usage as a learning media will be tested by three kinds of indicator and variable of study achievement will be tested by three kind indicator. Methodology which is used in this research is quantitative approach. This research involved 88 respondens as sample which has choosen based on proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on analization result from normality testing 0,995 > 0,10 shows that data distribution is normal. Then, result of linier testing 0,878 > 0,05 shows that two variables has linier relationship. Result of simple regression analization between both variables has positive direction relationship 20,368 and increased or decreased 0,638. Then result of analization testing and simple corelation testing 0,530 shows that there is strong corelation relationship between internet usage as a learning media and study achievement. Then, result of analization from coeficient testing shows that impact of internet usage as learning media on study achievement is 28% while 72% has affected by the other variable.Key words: slovin formula, internet usage as learning media, study achievementAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan internet sebagai media belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Niaga. Variabel penggunaan internet sebagai media belajar diuji menggunakan 3 (tiga) indikator dan variabel prestasi belajar menggunakan 3 (tiga) indikator. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian secara kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 88 responden sebagai sampel penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan proportionate stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan normal. Kemudian, hasil analisis uji linearitas 0,878 > 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel mempunyai hubugan yang linear. Hasil uji analisis regresi sederhana kedua variabel memiliki arah hubungan yang positif sebesar 20,368 dan mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan sebesar 0,638. Kemudian hasil analisis dari uji korelasi sederhana 0,530 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang cukup kuat antara penggunaan internet sebagai media belajar dengan prestasi belajar. Kemudian, hasil analisis dari uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tayangan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 28% sedangkan 72% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata kunci: Rumus Slovin, Penggunaan Internet Sebagai Media Belajar, Prestasi Belajar

Over the past two decades, library development in both the functional and physical fields is inseparable from the change in the paradigm of libraries and librarians towards libraries. Increasing competitiveness in university library services is carried out through several aspects; one of which is through the improvement of facilities or infrastructure, products or services produced or personnel responsible for the product to provide customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to analysis the attributes of library services and performance of service quality attribute at Wuhan University of China and University of Mercu Buana. The research method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative research with a case study approach and Service Quality method. The population of this study were visitors at the Wuhan University and Mercu Buana University with sample of 100 peoples. As a result of this research libraries of the University of Mercu Buana priority should be given to the improvement are available room, convenience facilities, the availability of the closet, book collection added, Internet services by providing information search/catalogue and appearance of the staff are the dimensions of the material (X1). Reliability variable (X2) is formed with four level indicators expectation was perceived as very high by respondents. The response variable (X3) level expectations is perceived as very high by respondents. Variable reliability (X4), the answers respondents was perceived as very high by respondents. The empathy (X5) variable is very high by respondents, as seen from the responses of the average 4.65 found between a score of 4 (A) and a score of 5 (SA).

In recent years, there has been a demand to include doctoral students and researchers in the curriculum for information literacy. Not only information search, but also the expertise of the librarians in scientific publishing, bibliometric analysis is demanded. As a result of the demand the two universities in Turku/Åbo have developed their research services. The libraries have also met for benchmarking and further cooperation is being discussed. 1.The implementation of three focus group interviews with 18 researchers at Åbo Akademi University The Focus Group survey methodology has its roots in social science qualitative research. It is widely used in the library world and is considered to be suitable particularly well for the evaluation and development of library services. The overall purpose with our interviews was to obtain feedback on how library users (in this case, researchers and graduate students) wish ÅAUL to develop its services to better meet their needs. Three group interviews were conducted, with 6-8 participators. The following questions were, among others, discussed in every session: How do the researchers perceive the library's role in their daily work? What is the starting point for retrieving information (e.g. The MetaLib portal, Google Scholar or other)? Is there a need for courses/more supervision in information search and reference management? Is there a need for tailored and integrated library services? As a result of the sessions and analysis of the group discussions a number of measures were proposed: Targeted teaching of subject-specific databases, more topic-specific sessions in the library portal and RefWorks. Compulsory information retrieval course for first year doctoral students. Information Weeks or "hands on" sessions on campus libraries. The library should participate more in workshops and seminars to increase their visibility and their services. The library should actively consider how to measure the impact and influence of such as the teaching of information retrieval and databases to better develop and monitor the results. More individual supervision and focus on the personal touch. The presentation will also discuss the pros and cons of the focus group method. 2.Transferable skills for researchers in Turku University Library (TUL) In Turku University Library the need for IL among doctoral students and researchers had also been recognized and when the University of Turku Graduate School (UTUGS) was established in 2011, the library immediately contacted the coordinator of UTUGS. Already in the first meeting both parties agreed that the first training of which the library would be responsible would take place in Spring 2012. The course blended well into the other transferable skills training of UTUGS. The IL course contents were then planned with the UTUGS Coordinator who had the best knowledge of what the PhD students would need from the library. E-resources, reference management, affiliation, plagiarism etc. were discussed and the first course description was written. One of the key elements was that other experts in the university were asked to lecture also. They covered subjects like ethics and plagiarism. For all three courses the library has asked for feedback and adjusted the content respectively. For the most part the feedback has been encouraging but there are still things to be done. Which are the interfaces with the other UTUGS courses? How can the course participants benefit more of the interdisciplinary groups they are studying in? Does the training have effect on the research the participants are doing? 3.Cooperation and benchmarking Since 2004, The Information Literacy Network of the Finnish Universities has coordinated further education and exchanges of experiences. Some of the members were appointed in 2012 to develop the recommendations of information literacy in universities and universities of applied sciences in Finland. The recommendations are now under consideration by the libraries and will be used in negotiations with the university administration to implement compulsory studies of information skills among doctoral students. On a local level, ÅAUL and TUL, as neighbouring libraries, have strengthen the exchange of ideas and experiences during the last years. As ÅAUL started with focus group surveys and abstracts before implementing information literacy courses, TUL started with customized courses for doctoral students last year. There have been fruitful, professional discussions and more elaborative benchmarking sessions between the libraries. Together the both libraries have also hosted the University Library of Gothenburg and arranged a two-day-long benchmarking seminar about research services.

This is of course a deep-rooted problem rather than anunprofessional organizational culture of the faculty (Lecturer) within the scope of privateuniversities so that private university teachers are not so motivated to further developtheir own potentials that impact on the lecturer's performance. On the other hand lecturercompetence is dominantly felt has been fulfilled through education programs that havebeen taken both formal and training. This study used a sample of 255 university lecturerswith sampling using stratified random sampling method. The variables in this researchare competence (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) Motivation (X3) and LecturerPerformance (Y). The result of this research stated that the competence, organizationalculture, motivation have a significant effect on lecturer performance.
