Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the level of academic service quality, (2) the level of student satisfaction, (3) the level of student achievement, (4) the influence of the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. (6) the influence of satisfaction on the achievement of learners, and (7) the influence of the quality of academic services on the achievement of learners mediated by the satisfaction of learners. The research method used, namely quantitative approach with descriptive-correlational. Population in this research was as many as 1582. For sampling by using purposive sampling technique and stratified random sampling so that obtained by sampel as much as 323 respondents. In this study the questionnaire is used to collect data. The data analysis by using path analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) the quality of the academic service quality is in the high category, (2) the students' satisfaction level in the high category, (3) the achievement level of the students is in the medium category, (4) 6) there is a significant influence of students' satisfaction on student achievement, and (7) there is significant influence of academic service quality toward the achievement of students who mediated with student satisfaction variable at SMPN in Ponggok sub-district, Blitar regency. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat kualitas layanan akademik, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik, (4) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, (5) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif-korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1582. Untuk pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 323 responden. Dalam penelitian ini angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Adapun untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat kualitas kualitas layanan akademik berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik pada kategori tinggi, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan peserta didik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan peserta didik pada SMPN se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar.

This study aims to find out the quality of Islamic Economy Study Service in completing the administration of student satisfaction and its impact on the image of Islamic Economics Program. The analysis technique used is through t test and R² test. Then in this study there are variables between, then automatically direct and indirect influence must be done so that used path analysis. The results showed that simultaneously tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty variables significantly influence students' satisfaction in administrative settlement in sharia economic process. Then partially only the responsiveness and empathy variable that has no significant effect on student satisfaction. Student satisfaction variable has a significant influence on image of Islamic Economics Study Program. The tangible variables affect the image of the Islamic Economy Study Program through the students' satisfaction of 60.2%. The variable of reliability affects the image of Islamic Economics Program through student satisfaction of 0.7%. Responsiveness variable affects the image of Islamic Economics Program through student satisfaction of 18%. Assurance variables affect the image of Islamic Economics Program through student satisfaction of 6.7%. Emphaty variables affect the image of Islamic Economic Prodi through student satisfaction of 28.8%.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi eksternal persepsi yang meliputi: peralatan untuk pelayanan, warna dari obyek-obyek pelayanan, keunikan atau kekontrasan stimulus, gaya individu dalam menarik perhatian, dan motion atau gerakan pelayanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap mutu layanan di FK Universitas Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional teknik kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 91 sampel dari populasi sebanyak 771 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling sebanyak 10% untuk masing-masing angkatan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode statistik inverensial dengan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara peralatan untuk pelayanan, warna dari obyek-obyek pelayanan, keunikan atau kekontrasan stimulus, gaya individu dalam menarik perhatian, dan motion atau gerakan pelayanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap mutu layanan di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung.Abstract:The purpose of this study is to decide the effect of external dimensions of perception which include: service equipment, the color of service objects, uniqueness or contrast of stimulus, personal style of attracting attention, and motion or service movements both partially and simultaneously to service quality at the FK, University of Lampung. This type of research is a correlation research technique questionnaire given to 91 samples from a population of 771 students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung. Sampling uses a proportional stratified random sampling technique of 10% for each class. Data were analyzed using inferential statistical methods with linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the equipment for service, the colour of service objects, the uniqueness or contrast of stimulus, the personal style of attracting attention, and the motion or movement of service both partially and simultaneously to the quality of service in FK Lampung University.

This research aims to analyze the significant influence of quality academic services to student loyalty with student satisfaction and organizational performance as intervening. The sample in this study as many as 40 people, data collection using questionnaires, and then analyzed with SEM PLS using smart software PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the analysis show that the quality of academic services has an effect on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 2.532, the quality of academic services has no effect on organizational performance with a statistical value of 0.026, the quality of academic services has an effect on student satisfaction with a value of 1.988 statistics, student satisfaction has an effect on organizational performance with a t-value of 1.891, student satisfaction has no effect on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 0.370, organizational performance influences student loyalty with a statistical T value of 8.380, student satisfaction does not mediate the effect of academic service quality with a statistical t-value of 1.201, student satisfaction does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 0.319, organizational performance mediates the effect of student satisfaction on student loyalty self with a statistical t-value of 1.778, student satisfaction and organizational performance does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 1.169, organizational performance does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical T value of 0.025.

<p>Highly competition requires university to be more sensitive to the interest students as one of stakeholders. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Cimone has many competitors amid the dynamics of increasingly fierce competition of higher education. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, Price and Brand Image of Students Satisfaction. A theory used in research is based on opinion from Andriyani, Suwandi Mananeke &amp; Taroreh, Fatriansyah. There is an effect between Service Quality, Price and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction. This research use a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire. The amount of population are 408 students and the sample is 80 people by Slovin formulas. Based on research result using linear regression analysis multiple SPSS version 20 indicated that: The independent variable Service Quality, Price and Brand Image jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on the Student Satisfaction and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) was 41,8 %. To test the hypothesis of the use F test and t test. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived price and its implication towards student satisfaction in Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). This research is quantitative in nature. Both primary and secondary data were obtained from various source such as journals. Primary data were gathered using questionnaire which were distributed to the target respondent. The population consists of active students from Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Economy actively studying in 2017 using a purposive sampling. Total sample of 100 students were obtained. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The research found that the brand image, service quality and perceived price are affecting students satisfaction of Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Researcher suggests UMT to improve their brand image, also to improve administration services and lecturer quality. In addition UMT shall adjust their tuition costing structure to win the competition in pricingPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan bersifat explanatory, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner dan dokumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari fakultas teknik dan fakultas ekonomi yang aktif berkuliah pada tahun 2017. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan metode probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang diambil sebagai responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di UMT. Peneliti menyarankan UMT perlu meningkatkan citra merek, dan juga melakukan peningkatan di kualitas staf administrasi dan pengajar. Selain itu UMT perlu meninjau kembali biaya perkuliahan yang dikenakan ke mahasiswa agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on e- loyalty with e-satisfaction as an intervening variable for muslim travellers. The population are Traveloka users in Java. Purposive random sampling are used. The sample was obtained from 170 respondents by online collecting data questionnaire. SPSS 21.0 program are used to data analyze. The analytical tool were Multiple Regression and Path Analysis. The results showed that: e-service quality aspects of reliability, tangible, and empathy had a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction. E- satisfaction and E-Service have a positive and significant impact on e- loyalty. E-satisfaction can mediate the impact of reliability, tangible, and empathy on e-loyalty, while responsiveness and assurance do not mediate the effect of e-satisfaction on e-loyalty The results of this study can theoretically strengthen the existing theory that e-satisfaction can mediate the effect of reliability, tangible and empathy on e-loyalty, while responsiveness and assurance do not mediate the impact of e-satisfaction on e-loyalty. The practical implications in this study are used as input for platform provider to improve the quality of services provided by platform provider to muslim travelers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat mutu layanan akademik dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, juga untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutu layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 mahasiswa salah satu universitas di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat mutu layanan akademik berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian lembaga perlu meningkatkan mutu layanan akademik agar kepuasan mahasiswanya pun meningkat.Kata Kunci: mutu layanan akademik, kepuasan mahasiswaACADEMIC SERVICE QUALITY AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT SATISFACTIONThe aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the level of academic service quality and student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education, also to analyze the influence of academic service quality on student satisfaction. The respondents in this reseach were 348 student of university in Bandung.  The data was analyzed by using simple regression. The result of the data analysis revealed that academic service quality was classified as middle category, also student satisfaction classified as middle category. Based on the analyzed of simple regression, the result revealed that academic service quality has the positive and significant influence toward student satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to reveal the influence of supervision, commitment and discipline to employee perfomance. Sample of the research have 46 employees of the Cooperative Department and UMKM in West Sumatera Province, with applied a stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Results of the analysis proves that supervision has positive and significant influence to work discipline. Influence of the commitment is positive and significant to work discipline. Influence of supervision is positive and significant to perfomance of employee. Influence of the commitment is positive and significant to perfomance employee and work discipline, that positive and significant impact to perfomance of Cooperative Dapartment and UMKM in West Sumatera Province.

This study attempts to examine the relationship between service quality dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) and students’ satisfaction. Furthermore, this study is also examining critical factors in service quality dimensions (tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy) that contribute most to the satisfaction of the students. The study employed both purposive and stratified sampling technique by using a set of questionnaires that was distributed to 120 college students in three of the colleges (Balkumari College, Saptagandaki Campus and Birendra Multiple Campus) in Chitwan. However the study found that there is a positive significant relationship between service quality dimensions and students’ satisfaction. The study also found that Empathy has significant relationship with student’s satisfaction in the students’ perception of service quality rendered by their colleges. Finally the study concludes that assessing level of satisfaction and continuous improvements of the quality of services that colleges provide to their students will help management and other staff of these colleges to reach organizational success.

The aim of the study is to analyse factors impacting upon students satisfaction on Muhammadiyah Aceh University library services as there is a belief that different in satisfaction level did occur among students.             This study was performed at Muhammadiyah Aceh University library. Students satisfaction measured through five factors in service quality namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangible. The population in the study is all 212 Muhammadiyah Aceh library registered-member students.  They are from six faculties and two academies within Muhammadiyah Aceh University. From those, 64 persons was sampled using stratified random sampling method.The result of the study shows that service quality positively associated with the students satisfaction on Muhammadiyah Aceh library services. The most positive association is between service quality and responsiveness. On the other hand, the least positive association is between service quality and reliability.
