This is of course a deep-rooted problem rather than anunprofessional organizational culture of the faculty (Lecturer) within the scope of privateuniversities so that private university teachers are not so motivated to further developtheir own potentials that impact on the lecturer's performance. On the other hand lecturercompetence is dominantly felt has been fulfilled through education programs that havebeen taken both formal and training. This study used a sample of 255 university lecturerswith sampling using stratified random sampling method. The variables in this researchare competence (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) Motivation (X3) and LecturerPerformance (Y). The result of this research stated that the competence, organizationalculture, motivation have a significant effect on lecturer performance.

Abstract: Effect of Labor, Technology and Farming Experience on Productivity of Farmerswith Training as Moderating Variables. This study aims to analyze the effect of simultaneousand partial labor, technology, farming experience, training and interaction of labor andtraining on the productivity of asparagus farmers in the District of Badung. The data used areprimary data, the population is all asparagus farmers. The number of samples was 93 farmers,the sample was determined by the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The dataanalysis technique is multiple linear regression with moderating variables. Based on the resultsof the analysis found simultaneously the variables of labor, technology, farming experience,training and interaction of labor and training affect the productivity of farmers. Partially thevariables of labor, technology and farming experience have a positive and significant effect onfarmer productivity, while partially training does not have a positive and significant effect onfarmer productivity. Training is a moderating variable for the effect of labor on the productivityof asparagus farmers in Petang District, Badung Regency.

The title of this research is “The Excecutives Participation and System Complexity Concerning The Development of Information System at the construction Company in Mataram City” which is intended for knowing the simultaneously and partially influence between excecutive’s participation and system complexity concerning the development of information system. The sample determined which is used in this research is the stratified random sampling method with 56 people samples. The hypothetic test which used is the double linier regression. The F test is used for knowingthe influence of independent variable concerning the dependent variable concerning the dependent variable partially.             Based on the analysis which have done before, known that the excecutive’s participation and system complexity variable is influenced simultaneously concerning the development of information system. The result of second hypothetic analysis showed that the eexecutive’s participation had influenced partially concerning the development of information system, while system complexity had it.             Based on the research result that have gotten, the next researcheris hoped to develop more sample or to add the other variable which is predicted that it has influence ininformation system development, like the communication of user developerand user affect and take a sample industry building on process (continues product).

Collecting data in this study was conducted using a survey by questionnaire to 114 students by stratified random sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, F test and test T. The result is a marketing mix that significantly is the product, place, and physical evidence. And that does not affect the marketing mix is price, promotion, place, and processes

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

The objective of the present study is to investigate the relationship between managers’ professionalism and (technical, human, and perceptual) skills in managers of Iran Poly Akril Company. The research is an applied one in terms of objectives, and a descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The population includes all experts working in the company in 2012 as 240 individuals among who 144 participants were selected using the stratified random sampling method proportionate to the population size as the sample size. The data collection instruments were two researcher-made questionnaires of Managers’ skills containing 22 items and with the reliability coefficient as 0.96, and Professionalism containing 28 items and the reliability coefficient as 0.95. Their validity was investigated and confirmed by professors and experts of management. Analyzing data was conducted at the two level of descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, SD, and presentation of tables and charts) and inferential statistics (one sample t-test, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, ANOVA, and F-test).

Abstract: This study was a causal espouse fact study intended to find out and uncover direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, organizational structure, and job-satisfaction on teachers’ jobperformance. The sample consisting of 143 out of 645 public high school teachers were selected from 10 senior high schools by using the stratified random sampling technique. The teachers were those having teaching experience of at least 10 years and they had been certified as professional teachers and received certification fees continuously, except for guidance and counseling teachers. The findings showed that organizational culture, organizational structure and job-satisfaction had a positive impact on teachers’ job-performance. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-satisfaction were 21.20%, and 10.00% respectively. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-performance were 23.20% and 22.80% respectively. The direct effect of organizational structure on job-performance was 29.50%. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of organizational structure on job-performance was not significant. Finally, the direct effect of job-satisfaction on job-performance was 18.60%. Sampel terdiri atas 143 dari 645 guru SMA yang diambil dari 10 SMA di Medan yang diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling techmiques. Sampel guru paling tidak memiliki pengalaman mengajar 10 tahun dan telah disertifikasi sebagai guru profesional. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi dan sebelumnya telah diuji normalitas dan linearitas sebarannya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memberi dampak positif terhadap kinerja guru SMA Kota Medan. Pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja masing-masing 21,20%, dan 10,00%. Efek langsung dan tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja masing-masing 23,20% dan 22.80%. Efek langsung dari struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja ada 29,50%, sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung dari struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja tidak fignificant. Akhirnya, efek langsung dari kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja ada 18,60%. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, struktur organisasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja

The Navy Debriefing Service is a central implementing agency whose main task is a series of supply chain management, which has several problems related to the uneven competence of Disbekal personnel, limited human resources and lack of creation, innovation, improvisation, as a result of the large number of personnel who have been around for a long time. served in Disbekal. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and the influence of organizational culture partially on the work productivity of Disbekal. As well as analyzing the influence of competence and organizational culture simultaneously on the work productivity of Disbekal. Descriptive verification research method with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The number of samples is 88 personnel, with data collection through stratified random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant influence between competence, and organizational culture on the work productivity of the TNI AL debriefing service partially and simultaneously. Where the direct influence of the competence variable is 30.2%, and the organizational culture variable is 18.5%. The total effect is 68.1% overall, while 39.1% is the influence of other factors that were not researched.

<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><pre>ABSTRACT</pre><pre>               Considering the importance of arabica coffee commodity for farmers, a clear picture of arabica coffee marketing channel from producer farmer to final consumer (Merchant) is needed so that the profit can be equally distributed. This study aims to determine the marketing channel, margin, marketing efficiency of arabica coffee in the village of Sitinjo II, Sitinjo Subdistrict, Dairi Regency. The method used is proportionate stratified random sampling as much as 50 farmers while collecting merchant samples taken by census method that is as much as 5 traders and for the factory is taken as many as 2 factories with Purposive sampling method. The results showed that there are two channels of arabica coffee marketing at the location of research that is, the first channel starts from the farmer to the factory in the village Sitinjo II Sitinjo District. The second channel starts from the farmers, the collecting merchant proceeds to the factory in the village of Sitinjo II, Sitinjo Subdistrict. The biggest marketing margin is RP.4.000 found on channel II and the more efficient channel is on channel I with an efficiency value of 7.51%.</pre><p> </p>

This research was aimed to define the corn farmer's behaviour  in Seluma Regency of Bengkulu  Province on inputs and outputs allocation, and determine  of production factors influencing  corn production.  The research was located in three villages in Seluma Regency, namely Riak Siabun, Sido Luhur,  and Sumber Arum. Sixty two farmers were selected using stratified random sampling  method. In this research, the analitical description was used to analyse farmer  behaviour. In order to determine the input and output allocation of the corn productions,  this research used the function of production  Cobb-Douglas  approach. The result showed found that the behaviour of the farmers to choose corn was due to the corn was easy to sell and cultivate. However, the farmers  found  that it  is  hard to access some production factors,  such as seed, fertilizer,  and pesticide. Their prices were also high, and these were contradicted  to the product's  price which was low. Tis research also found that land area is the main factor that has a significant  impacts on production  while other factors were not.Key words: corn, determined factors, production.

The banks acquired the capacity to efficiently cut costs through the introduction of E-banking technologies, to extend its reach to manage its everyday banking needs by way of the use of online banking platforms. This paper analyses Indian bank customer’s attitudes towards e-banking. A big part of why people tend to do banking at home or the ATM is that they feel like they should go at a time that is more convenient for them, rather than coming to the branch. This paper found how the impression of banking facilities that students get is affected by choice of banks they use. The researcher has used a proportionate stratified random sampling method, which is more effective for correctly selecting respondents. The data were obtained 120 individuals applying for a bank loan in India through online banking. In this category of 120, only those who replied arecited by the report. Then the data processing was performed using the Multivariate Analysis Test, the NSQ, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov analyses. Through this research, it was determined that youth, ethnicity, and income play a major role in online banking.
