This research intent to test Subjective implement effectiveness Human Relation, Condition of Environment Physical, Organization Based Self Esteem to job and Performance Ethos. Base former observational result, condition of environment physical constitute molded environment of implemented subjective human squire. Relationship among human contain mean a communication since its character that orientation on behavioral. Therefore, organization righteously has give freedom to fire an employee to get that communication they can collaborate properly in their work. This research is done on BPR Kedung Arto at Semarang. Method that is utilized as method of census via pervading questionnaire of population a number 102 person. Two phase regression analysis is utilized as quantitative analysis. Coefficients arithmetic result determinant totaled point out that 72% changing variable dependent can be worded by independent variables. Meanwhile its rest as big as 28% worded by outdoor other variables model observational. Hypthothesis testing result partially of each step points out to mark sense influence positively and significant of job Ethos to Performance. Hereafter, Human Relation, Condition of Environment Physical and OBSE each have influence positively and significant to job Ethos.

This study applies multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. To get estimate and good interpretation of this study, the samples studied are set to 32 respondents. Data are collected through a questionnaire to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between independent variables on dependent variable, and it can be explained that: (1) Remuneration variable does not have significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.181 and significant rate 0.104 (> 0.05). (2) Motivation variable has significant impactt on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.559 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). (3) Independent variables simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance with regression coefficient of 1.094 and significant rate 0.000 (<0.05). R² value shows 0.589 or 58.9%. Employee performance variable is affected by Remuneration and Motivation Variables and the remaining 41.1% is affected by other variables.Keywords : Remuneration, Motivation and Performance

This research aims to study the relationship between independent variables (value, motivation, brand personality, attitude toward product and demographic factor) and dependent variables (purchasing behavior and trend to buy in the future) of Thai silk industry in Northeastern region, Thailand. Quantitative analysis is allowed in this study. This research includes 400 customers who buy Thai silk in two provinces (Roi-Et and Khon-Khen) in the Northeastern region in Thailand. Multiple regression analysis was employed in this study. The result shows that motivation and value are strong influenced on purchasing behavior and trend to buy product in both provinces. However, brand personality and attitude toward product are partially supported our expectations.

The entrepreneurship sector is one of the business fields which is the choice for women to prove their ability in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the motivation of women, especially housewives in entrepreneurship in Pekanbaru. The data used are primary and secondary data with qualitative descriptive methods. From the pre-survey conducted on housewives in Villa Bunga Arengka Residance, 27.5% of housewives are involved in entrepreneurship which mostly use online services in marketing their sales products. Independent variables used in this study are independence, capital, emotional and education. While the dependent variable in this study is entrepreneurial motivation of housewives. Data collection using online questionnaires and data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis tools.

<div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em>The problem which is used as the object of this research is two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely organizational communication and leadership with employee performance. This study aims to: (</em><em>1) Analyze and determine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance, (</em><em>2) Analyze and determine the effect of leadership on employee performance, (</em><em>3) Analyze and determine organizational communication and leadership together on employee performance, at PT. Ahura Quasantra technology. This type of research is descriptive quantitative analysis. The sample used in this study were all employees of PT. Ahura Quasantara technology. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study using the SPSS 26 program resulted in three conclusions, namely: 1) there is a very significant effect of organizational communication on employee performance, a significant value of 0.000 is obtained smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 &lt;0.05, 2) there is a very significant influence. The significant value between leadership and employee performance is obtained a significant value of 0.002 smaller than 0.05 or 0.002 &lt;0.05, 3) there is a very significant relationship between organizational communication and leadership together on employee performance. f count is 92,87 bigger than f table of 3.17 or f count&gt; f table is 92,87&gt; 3.17.</em></p></div>

Transportation is a means that acts as a support, impetus and driving force. So thatpeople are more selective in choosing something, because people want servicesand facilities that exceed consumer expectations. This study aims to determine theeffect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Notohadi NegoroAirport, Jember. This study use two independent variables, namely the qualityservice and facility with a dependent costumer satisfaction. After a literaturereview and a hypothesis, the data for this study was collected through questionnaires with a total of 100 respondens who used the services of NotohadiNegoro Jember Airport as a research sample. The sampling technique used waspurposive sampling. The methods of data analysis used quantitative analysis,validity test, reliablity test, the multiple regression analysis, t test, f test, and test ofdetermining factor.The result of this study indicate that they are valid and reliable.In the hypothesis test, quality service and facility have a significant positive effecton customer satisfaction. The result of the test of the determining coefficient in thisstudy obtained a determining value of 0,168 which means that the amplitude of theinfluence of the variables quality service and facility on the satisfaction variable is16,8%.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of policy influence of subsidized fertilizer, distribution channels fertilizer and income of farmers marketing of fertilizers to farmers' income and 2) Measure the level of influence the policy of subsidized fertilizer, distribution channels fertilizer and marketing performance fertilizers on the income of farmers, traders and fertilizer distributor. This research was conducted in February-March 2016 in the city of Padang. From the initial research and the description above, the authors conclude that the income of farmers is still low and less than optimal. The sample used in this study were 89 respondents using saturation sampling. The independent variables in this study is the policy of subsidized fertilizer, fertilizer distribution channels, and marketing performance fertilizer while the dependent variable is the income of farmers. This study is an explanation. Techniques of data collection is questionnaire. Technical analysis of the data using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially, t test was used. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously, used F test assumptions used in the test of validity is if R-count&gt; R-table item declared invalid. Based on test validity policy of subsidized fertilizer, fertilizer distribution channels, marketing performance and income of farmers fertilizers known to all items declared invalid meet the eligibility criteria are good and reliable instrument. The regression analysis of subsidized fertilizer policy values obtained t = 2.091 while t table = 1.988, and the significance value is 0,040 this value is smaller than α = 0.05 not significant effect on the income of farmers, Fertilizer Distribution Channels regression analysis obtained by value t = 1,762 while the value table = 1,988 so thitung

This research aims to study the influence of leadership and work environment to performance. The analysis method applied in study the influence of leadership and work environment to performance are descriptive and quantitative analysis by Multiple Linear Regression model. The statistic test was done by t-test and F-test, where firstly did the classic assumption test before did the statistic test. t-test is used to know the influence of independent variable to the dependent variable partially, while the F-test is used to know the influence of independent variable to the dependent variable simultantly. Variables used in this research are leadership and work environment as independent variables, and performance  as dependent variable.The result of this research show that, partially leadership and work environment partially influence toward performance. Simultaneously leadership and work environment influence toward performance using the regression equation Y = 0.212 + 0.831X1 + 0.361X2. R Square that shows value 0,715 indicates that 71,5% performance can be determined by the independent variable in this research, meanwhile, the remainder 28,5% detemined by other factors which not include in this research.

This study aims to determine the impact or Influence Motivation Work Incentives In Mediating Relationships, Job Satisfaction and Performance Savings and Loan Officer Program PNPM Padang Pariaman district "by respondents as many as 138 (One Hundred Thirty-eight) people. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to the entire population that can be used for analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using the techniques of data analysis through multiple regression analysis simple linear regression and linear regression stratified. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that of two independent variables, Incentives and Job Satisfaction significant effect on performance variables (the dependent variable)Incentives and Job Satisfaction variables significantly influence working motivation variable as a mediating variable. Likewise mediating variables Work Motivation is also a significant effect on performance. Thus, in this case working motivation mediates the relationship between incentives and performance and work motivation mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and performance. The magnitude of the effect of the two independent variables incentives and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance Savings and Loan Officer Program PNPM is 27.5%. So also the mediating variable work motivation. As for the influence of the independent variables to Work Motivation was 43.3%. Furthermore, the influence of mediating variables significantly influence the work motivation Officer Performance is 25.8% (R square = 0.625) .Besarnya influence of incentives and job satisfaction on Performance Officer (Y) through the variable Work Motivation is 32.3% (R2 = 0.654 ). In other words, an increase in the influence of variable incentives and job satisfaction on performance Savings and Loan Officer Program PNPM Padang Pariaman by 4.8%, or from 27.5% to 32.3%.

The purpose of this research is to analyza the influence of work motivation and training on the performance of the employees at the Education and Culture Office Of Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study using descriptive analisys. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, for testing this research hypothesis, including multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrate that all variables affect the performance of employees. The result of this research where the variable of work motivation (X1) is known equal to 1,670 then training variable (X2) is obtained equal to 1,670, for employee performance result (Y) equal to 33,196. It can be concluded that the motivation of work ad training is influential in improving the performance of employees within the Department of Education and Culture of Padang Pariaman Regency.
