Service quality can be relied upon as one of the competitive advantages in increasingly fierce business competition. Excellent service quality is proven to be able to create consumer loyalty, because excellent quality is often synonymous with customer satisfaction; and in the end, through customer satisfaction the company will gain long-term profits.The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) How is the level of member satisfaction with the service quality of KPRI "KOPPENDA" Kab. Klaten; (2) What is the most dominant variable in influencing the level of member satisfaction with the service quality of KPRI "KOPPENDA" Kab. Klaten.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) The level of member satisfaction with the service quality of KPRI "KOPPENDA" Kab. Klaten is low; (2) The most dominant variable in influencing the level of member satisfaction with the service quality of KPRI "KOPPENDA" Kab. Klaten is Reliability

Analyzing the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction can help fresh e-commerce enterprises to better understand their own service level, formulate better service strategies and improve their competitive advantages, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of fresh e-commerce industry. In this paper, first of all, with the aid of web crawler, acquisition of jingdong mall fresh category contains fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood aquaculture 4 products on the number of online comments and evaluation star, and word frequency statistics and extract the data collected from online reviews of consumers to pay attention to the quality of service measures, after using qualitative analysis software - NVivo coding and grade, finally, the variable of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the tangibility, reliability, empathy and responsiveness of service quality have significant influence on customer satisfaction, and other evaluation indexes of guarantee quality have significant influence on customer satisfaction except delivery.

In order to compete, survive, and grow the company is required to provide a good quality services to meet the needs and desires of its customers. Companies must be able to maintain a good reputation in the eyes of its customers. A good quality services will tend to give more satisfaction to the customers who use the services of the company. With emphasis on good service it will build a long-term profitable relationships with customers while also achieving customer loyalty. Therefore, this study is aiming to determine the importance of the impact of service quality, trust and customer satisfaction at PT Mega Manunggal Tbk Property in an effort to improve customer loyalty which will affect the company's survival. A questionnaire distribution method chosen in this study is to collect primary data. Completed questionnaires designed and distributed or disseminated to all customers. SPSS for windows has been used to process the primary data.Thefindings showed that there is a significant relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, meaning that if the quality of service increases, customer loyalty will also increase.There is a significant influence between customer trust and customerloyalty,meaning that if the customer trust increases, customer loyalty will also increase.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to assess foreigners and overseas Pakistanis’ evaluation of the quality of the services provided by Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and its effect on customer satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach – A convenience sample of 498 respondents was used to test the hypotheses of the study through structural equation modelling. Findings – The results of this study indicate that all of the hypotheses are supported and customer satisfaction of PIA customers is influenced by all of the five service quality dimensions (AIRQUAL), including airline tangibles, terminal tangibles, personnel, empathy, and image. Research limitations/implications – This research examines the relationship between service quality dimensions and customer satisfaction. The study focuses on the evaluation of overseas Pakistanis and foreigners regarding the service quality of PIA. The main limitation of this study is that it focuses on PIA: thus, the results cannot be generalised. Practical implications – The results indicate that managers should focus on different dimensions of airline service quality in order to enhance customer satisfaction. Originality/value – This study would enable PIA to have a better understanding of the effects of service quality, which will lead to passengers’ satisfaction and encourage the development of long-term relationships with their customers.

This paper investigates the relationship between marketing channels and underwriting service quality with focus on two major channels: salesperson and bancassurance. Based on the data of life insurance in Taiwan, the empirical analysis shows that the traditional salesperson channel has competitive advantages in underwriting service quality. This result supports the coexistence of salesperson and bancassurance because previous literature indicated bancassurance more cost-efficient than a salesperson. The empirical result shows that insurers with more dependence on salesperson channel present lower complaint ratio and higher contract persistency due to better service quality. The empirical result also indicates that service quality has a significantly positive impact on insurer’s reputation. This finding implies that the insurers with more dependence on bancassurance should take additional competitive strategies to maintain the long-term customer relation.

The aims of the study are to (i) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer satisfaction, (ii) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty, (iii) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and (iv) find out the level of consumer satisfaction at Semasa Cafe in Semarang. This research was conducted in March 2020. Semasa Cafe was chosen as a research location based on the consideration that Semasa Cafe has an outdoor café concept, the use of a small building in the corner of the shop, and does not have wifi facilities but still has a large number of customers. The number of samples was determined using 110 quota sampling with customers of Cafe Semasa as respondents, while the determination of samples was done using accidental sampling. Criteria for respondents are consumers who buy coffee products at Semasa Cafe with a minimum of three visits a month. Data collection is done by conducting interviews based on a questionnaire that has been prepared. Data were analyzed using path analysis, IPA (importance performance analysis) and (CSI) customer satisfaction index. This research find out that price variable, service quality variable, and also promotion variable have an influence on customer satisfaction. Quality of service variable, promotion variable, and customer satisfaction variable have impact customer loyalty. Service quality variable and promotion variabel has an influence on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction of Semasa Cafe coffee products . Semasa Cafe consumer satisfaction level is 85.2% which means consumers are in the criteria of very satisfied.

This study aims to find out the effect of corporate image and its service quality to consumer loyalty and its impact on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative data with 100 respondents in JaBoDeTaBek. The method used in this research is regression and the colleration of each variable with 2 sub model using SPSS. The result from this study shows that there is a significant effect between corporate image to costumer satisfactory, a significant effect between quality of service to costumer satisfactory, and also  a significant effect between costumer satisfactory to costumer loyalty. Therefore, Team Wound, PT XYZ Jakarta and Bekasi needs to perform effective activities and to always up to date periodically so that the costumers are more loyal to use its products.

   Quality and customer satisfaction are closely related, the quality of giving a boost to consumers to establish a very strong bond with the company. In the long term bond like this allows companies to thoroughly understand the expectations which the firm maximizes the consumer’s experience of fun and minimize or eliminate unpleasant experience. Because customer satisfaction in turn can create customer loyalty or loyalty to companies that provide satisfactory service quality.    The value of service quality performance variables are 143-286, with the average value of 3.31 or assessment the position is quite satisfied. While the assessment of service expectations variable is between 240-294, with the average value of 3.91 or assessment on the position on an important value. Picture of student satisfaction with the service by the Politeknik KENT Bogor can be seen from the diagram on the Cartesian Quadrant II which containts the attributes that have given satisfaction to the students.    These are attributes that must be maintained so that student satisfaction is always achievied (a) The building is owned by adequale, (b) The appearance and comfort of the lobby, (c) Clean and tidy room lecturers, (d) Clean and comfortable classrooms, (e) Officers can provide timel, (f) Officers are always ready willing to help in times of need, (g) the officer did not show the impression busy in welcoming the arrival of students, (h) officers always instill confidence in students, (i) the officer behaved in providing services, and (j) students feel secure to do transactions with the institution.

This study aims to determine how much effect of service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on toko Mandiri Textile pasar raya padang. Sample method used was simple random sampling. samples used to represent the population is of 100 respondents. data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and library. Based on the analysis path used satisfaction provides an increase of 30.3%, consumer loyalty providing increased by 22.9% and customer satisfaction by 9.8%. T test performed showed that these three variables significantly influence consumer loyalty. the value of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction with the value of t test> t table (2,491> 1,660). service quality on customer loyalty with value t test> t table (7594> 1.660). satisfaction to loyalty to the value of t test> t table (2.925> 1.660). service quality through customer satisfaction to increase loyalty konsmen by t test> t table (7582> 1.660).

Zalora Indonesia is one of the biggest fashion online shopping centers in Indonesia that provides men's and women's fashion needs. The company strives to satisfy its customers by improving service quality, but there are still complaints experienced by Zalora Indonesia customers. This makes the authors interested in examining the ability of service quality to influence consumer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable in Zalora Indonesia consumers (Online Business Studies in Zalora Indonesia). The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The samples taken were Zalora consumers using accidental sampling techniques. The tools used are simple regression and hierarchical regression. The results showed that service quality influences customer satisfaction positively and significantly, satisfaction was also influences loyalty significantly, and service quality was able to influence loyalty, but was not mediated by satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable in Zalora Indonesia.

Service quality is a vital factor that influences customer satisfaction. For profit organizations such as public bus companies, high customer satisfaction is a sign for business success and the ability to create long-term relationships with their customers. This research is to assess the effects of service quality attributes on customers’ satisfaction towards service quality provided by inter-district public bus companies in the Central Region of Sarawak. The research adapted SERVQUAL model proposed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988). A total of 400 respondents were obtained among inter-district public bus users through a convenient sampling method. The mean score for customers’ satisfaction was 2.24, which means the level of customer satisfaction towards the service quality of inter-district buses in the Central Region was low. Meanwhile, the result from the multiple regression analysis showed that service quality dimensions of empathy, assurance, and responsibility had significant effects on customers’ satisfaction. The inter-district public bus companies in the Central Region of Sarawak should improve their service quality by building and obtaining customer trust to keep existing customers and at the same time to attract potential customers. Good customers’ experience towards service and the power of word mouth are marketing tools to enhance business reputation relative to other competitors.
