The aim of the study was to evaluate the prognostic capabilities of EU-TIRADS, TIRADS, TLA_RU systems in ultrasound diagnostics of thyroid nodular masses. A retrospective independent continuous blind study of ultrasound examination protocols was conducted in 665 patients, 241 patients had benign non-cancerous thyroid diseases, 86 patients had benign tumors (adenomas), 338 patients had thyroid cancer. During the preoperative examination, all patients underwent a multiparametric ultrasound examination of the neck organs according to the standard procedure, with the registration of identified thyroid nodes, with examining the prognostic capabilities of stratification systems – TIRADS, EU-TIRADS, TLA_RU. It was found that the TIRADS system has a sensitivity of 91.04%, specificity – 91.41%. Focusing on the scale of AUC values reflecting the quality of the diagnostic test, it can be stated that TIRADS is a test with excellent quality (AUC =0.972). Basing on the results of the analyzing the data obtained by the EU-TIRADS system, it was revealed that it is a high-quality test (AUC=0.826), but its predictive capabilities are worse than those of TIRADS. The original TLA_RU model has 87.5% sensitivity and 95.7% specificity. During the ROC analysis, it was found that the AUC is equal to 0.954±0.00894, which suggests that the TLA_RU model is an excellent quality test in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodular masses. Multivariate statistical comparative analysis of thyroid imaging assessment systems (TIRADS, EU-TIRADS and TLA_RU) from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine has shown that thyroid cancer risk stratification systems based on the assessment of multiparametric ultrasound signs have great diagnostic capabilities.

Background: Youtube has a become a popular platform for disseminating health-related information. The objectives of this study was to explore the educational quality of youtube videos pertaining to total knee arthroplasty. Material And Methods: Youtube search was done on 12 April 2021 for TKR related videos by using the following search terms total knee replacement, total knee arthroplasty, TKR, knee replacement. Data from 40 most relevant videos were collected. Quality assessment check list with the scale of 0-10 points were developed to evaluate the video content. On the basis of this, videos were grouped into poor quality (grade 0-3), acceptable quality (grade 4-7) and excellent quality (grade 8-10) respectively. Results: 92.5 % of videos were of poor educational quality (37/40), 7.5% were of acceptable quality (3/40) and none of the video were of excellent quality. Common missing information included discussion of operative complications and implant duration. Conclusion: The current study suggests that youtube is a poor education source for patients concerning knee arthroplasty.

This research aims to determine the potential of the source rock in the Kujung and Cepu Formations in the North East Java Basin, using Total Organic Carbon (TOC). TOC is calculated using the Passey method. The Passey method is used by overlaying the sonic log and the resistivity log and determining the baseline to get the separation of Δlog resistivity, which is then used to predict the TOC log by including the LOM (Level of Organic Maturity) variable obtained from the data of vitrinite reflectance. After the TOC log value is obtained, a correlation is made with the TOC core value. The prediction result of TOC log in a PM-1 well is 2.16%, which means it has excellent quality. The prediction of TOC log in a PM-2 well is worth 2.68%, which means it has excellent quality. The correlation value between the TOC log and the TOC core of the PM-1 well is 0.67, which means the correlation is strong. In PM-2 well, the correlation between the TOC log and TOC core is 0.92, which means that the correlation is robust.

In this research, a scale was developed to assess the quality of fruits of date palm cultivars. The scale was based on the evaluation of the fruiting characteristics of the date palm, which included the characteristics of Khalal, which given 10 degrees, Rutab characteristics which given 20 degrees, Tamer characteristics which given 20 degrees, production which given 5 degrees and ripening time which 5 degrees, with a total of 60 degrees for the quality of cultivar. The quality of cultivar was divided into five classes or levels of quality depending on the sum of the degrees of the five fruit characteristics, as follows: 1-14 Low quality, 15-24 Medium (average) quality, 25-34 Good quality, 35-44 Very good quality and 44-60 Excellent quality.

To identify students’ creative thinking skills, appropriate instrument is needed. This study aimed to produce a valid creative thinking skills instrument. From several relevant studies, they only focus their research on developing skills instruments using a 4-D model approach and problem solving, while this research uses a project-based pursuit approach. The results of the validation of the three validators covering aspects of construction, substance, and language, revealed that the average score of the validation results for the construction aspects was 83% which was considered very valid. The average score of the validation results on the substance aspect is 86% with very valid criteria, and in the language aspect it reaches 85% with very valid criteria. Accordingly, this instrument of creative thinking skills is said to have been qualified with very decent and excellent quality for use in learning in schools to help teachers to assess students’ creative thinking skills.
