The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of compliance audit at The 101 Suryakancana Bogor Hotel, knowing the achievement of Bogor 101 The Hotel Suryakancana through a predetermined procedural policy, and knowing whether compliance audit is influential in achieving the 101 The Suryakancana Bogor Hotel goal. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This method aims to understand the phenomena that occur based on existing theories compared to practice when conducting research in the field. The author explains the implementation of compliance audit, achievement of organizational objectives, and compliance audit as a tool to achieve organizational goals. The results showed that the implementation of compliance audit at The 1O1 Suryakencana Hotel Bogor was conducted through five stages: audit planning, audit testing and evaluation, reporting of audit findings, recommendations and monitoring and follow-up. Audit Compliance at The 1O1 Suryakencana Bogor Hotel can be said to be "Good" because it has an average value of 5 in period I and period II auditing and does not experience a change in criteria. In its achievement and service goals, The 1O1 Suryakencana Bogor Hotel has provisions and standards or SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and rules regarding grooming for employees to provide a good image to guests staying at the hotel. The implementation of grooming and SOP regarding the arrival of guests has been carried out well, but there are several stages and rules that are not obeyed by the relevant department staff, so the stages and rules cannot be fully achieved. The implementation of compliance audit at The 1O1 Suryakencana Hotel Bogor has been running well, especially in hotel services, evidenced by reduced audit findings in period I and period II and findings between period I and period II are not the same and not repeated. Additionally, hotel revenue receipts after the first audit period experienced an increase in the following month Achievement of the objectives of the hotel is increasingly achieved. Satisfaction and comfort of guests or customers are also fulfilled supported by the image provided by the hotel through its employees and compliance with applicable procedures.

ABSTRAK. Peninggalan dari sebuah peradaban dapat dilihat dari karya yang ditinggalkan. Arsitektur merupakan salah satu wujud karya yang dapat digunakan untuk melihat dan menelusuri peninggalan dari sebuah peradaban. Peninggalan peradaban di satu wilayah dengan wilayah lain akan dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan setempat. Hal inilah latar belakang pentingnya dilakukan penelitian berkaitan dengan vernakularitas arsitektur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mendeskripsikan dan memahami vernakularitas peninggalan peradaban Islam. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data dilakukan secara purposif sampling. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini adalah aspek vernakularitas yang dikemukakan oleh Mentayani (2017). Aspek vernakularitas dapat dilihat dari 3 hal yaitu aspek teknis, aspek budaya, dan aspek lingkungan yang ketiganya bisa dibahas secara bersamaan karena saling terkait pada ranah unsur dan abstrak. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) vernakularitas pada arsitektur peradaban Islam dapat dilihat pada bentuk massa dan denah bangunan, yang tidak selalu mengikuti bentuk awal (tipologi) peninggalan peradaban Islam yaitu hypostyle; (2) vernakularitas ditunjukkan pada penggunaan material setempat dengan teknologi setempat, misalnya di Afrika Barat menggunakan bata tanah liat yang dikeringkan tanpa dibakar dan penguat dinding dari batang kayu. Kata kunci: vernakularitas, arsitektur, peninggalan peradaban Islam ABSTRACT. The legacy of a civilization can be seen from the work left behind. Architecture is a form of work that can be used to view and trace the relics of a civilization. The legacy of civilization from one region to another will be influenced by local environmental conditions. This is the background of the importance of conducting research related to architectural vernacularity. This research is a research that aims to identify, describe and understand the vernacularity of Islamic civilization heritage. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection carried out by purposive sampling. The analytical tool in this study is the aspect of vernacularity proposed by Mentayani (2017). Aspects of vernacularity can be seen from 3 things, namely technical aspects, cultural aspects, and environmental aspects, all three of which can be discussed simultaneously because they are interrelated in the elemental and abstract realms. The conclusions obtained from this study are: (1) vernacularity in Islamic civilization architecture can be seen in the shape of the mass and building plans, which do not always follow the initial form (typology) of Islamic civilization heritage, namely hypostyle; (2) vernacularity is shown in the use of local materials with local technology, for example in West Africa using clay bricks that are dried without being burned and wall reinforcement from logs. Keywords: vernacularity, architecture, heritage of Islamic civilization

<p>This study aimed to know the management of school academic supervision activity that conducted by principal in the state primary school Pongangan, Gunungpati, Semarang area that included the planning, implementation, and the follow-up to increacse teachers’ performace. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive method. The collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation. Research results revealed that (1) the planning of academic supervision by the principal at SDN Pongangan rated very good. (2) the implementation of academic supervision in SDN Pongangan a great fit the program, the schedule, the instruments that used according to the design, aspects that disupervisi votes had been lead on target academic supervision adapted to the needs of teachers and schools, the approach was with the program, academic supervision techniques used varied enough, the academic supervision of implementation constraints by the head of the school is the limited time; (3) the principal efforts made in the follow-up assessed academic supervision has been very good and hard-wired. Activities performed were: a) the beginning of each semester were held in groups/joint supervision of teachers meeting school/KKG school; b) performs the inverse to the teacher in order to reflect ourselves; c) implementing guidance on drafting/administration/creation of learning; d) emphasize on teachers that always paid attention to the discipline of work in carrying out the task of teaching as a teacher; e) provided guidance for teachers on how to teach in interesting and fun way; f) conducted coaching and guidance for teachers in the use of learning media, techniques/methods of teaching; g) provide a learning device formats that are new to the teacher, and taught how to fill them; g) For School Superintendent gave a complete written report in the end of years.</p>

Indonesia is a country that has many regional languages. The diversity of regional languages is a characteristic of Indonesia. One of them is the Javanese language which is used by the Javanese people and has a variety of dialects. Therefore, the writer is interested in conducting research on the characteristics of the Javanese dialect of Blora in accordance with sociolinguistic studies that examines the relationship between language and its speaking community. This is similar to the writer aim to analysis the differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. The writer also analyzes the use of Javanese speech level used by the people of Blora. This is because there are still many people who do not know the geographical location of Blora City. In this study, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection methods needed to analysis the data are simak method and cakap method. The analysis results showed that there are characteristics of the Blora dialect and there are differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. It can be concluded that the variations of the three dialects have different morphology, phonology, lexical and semantics. This is due to the diversity of dialect differences from the results of regional observations.

This study aims to examine and analyze about problem-based learning approach to improve connection ability in SMP. The population in this research is VII SMP in Karawang. This study was designed qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results and discussion students connection ability had improved. It is known from the number of students who experience improvement in each cycle. In the first cycle shows that the results of mathematics learning on triangle and quadriplegic classically obtained scores of students from the questions given in the first cycle test, obtained 18 students reached 60% of 30 students who are able to obtain value above the KKM while in cycle II shows that the results of mathematics learning on triangle and quadrilateral material has reached 83.34% or as many as 25 students from 30 junior high school students who get grade VII above the KKM with an average value of 83. This shows an increase of 23.34% as many as 7 people students from the first cycle test. Means only 9% or as many as 5 students still score below the KKM.

This study concerns with the use of Appraisal Theory developed by Martin & White (2005), under subsumed of engagement system domain. The engagement system deals with dialogic perspective between speakers and listeners, which is influenced by the approach of Bakhtin/ Voloshinov, called heteroglossia. Heteroglossic backdrop reveals the proposition lies behind what is stated. In this study, a verbal interaction between speaker and listener is presented in the form of press conference release. Currently serving Head Commissioner of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Filippo Grandi, held a press conference release containing of his visiting report to the camp shelter of Rohingya refugee in Bangladesh. The press conference release is a recorded-video type one, which has approximately 27:30” in length. It is led by a moderator, reported by the Head Commissioner and joined by 6 follow-up questions. Regarding to engagement system used, the utterances are then transcribed into a transcript, thus it gains approximately 395 clauses, moreover, only the utterances spoken by the Head Commissioner taken as the engagement locution realizations. The objectives of this research fall into three: a) to find out the most predominant heteroglossic backdrop Grandi encodes; b) to recognize the values and viewpoint Grandi intends to convey in his report; and c) to identify the authorial voice Grandi uses in addressing his beliefs of the Rohingya refugee crisis to the audiences. The qualitative descriptive method is applied. It is found that contract-disclaim-counter dominates the report by accounts of 55 realizations. It implies that the facts, Grandi reports may against audiences’ expectation, yet in another clause, he describes the situation which can reform audiences’ different viewpoints toward the crisis. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan menggambar ilustrasi teknik arsir yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil karya gambar ilustrasi teknik arsir berdasarkan aspek penilaian ilustrasi yaitu penempatan, konsep, karakter, dan konsistensi menurut prinsip penilaian ilustrasi oleh Andrew Loomis. Waktu penelitian berlangsung selama 2 bulan, yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Oktober hingga Desember. Lokasi penelitian adalah jalan Batang Kuis Desa Tanjung Sari Kecamatan Batang Kuis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menguraikan masing-masing subjek yang diteliti. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sample 29 karya siswa. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa nilai rata-rata karya siswa secara keseluruhan dikaregorikan baik dengan rata-rata nilai 79,8 (baik). Hasil karya gambar ilustrasi dikategorikan baik yaitu 27 karya dengan nilai rata-rata 80,8. Hasil karya gambar ilustrasi teknik arsir dikategorikan cukup baik yaitu 1 karya dengan nilai 66,3. Hasil karya gambar ilustrasi tenik arsir dikategorikan kurang baik yaitu 1 karya dengan nilai 64,9. Maka dari 29 karya gambar ilustrasi teknik arsir yang mencapai nilai KKM sebanyak 28 karya dari karya gambar Ilustrasi Teknik Arsir yang dibuat oleh siswa kelas VIII SMP Swasta Tunas Karya Batang Kuis.Kata Kunci: analisis, gambar, ilustrasi, teknik, arsir.AbstractThe Study aims to determine the ability to illustrate shading techniques that are used to obtain the illustrations of shading techniques based on the assessment aspects of the technique, namely placement, concept, character, and consistency according to the illustration by Andrew Loomis. The time of the study lasted for two months, wich was held from October to Desember. The location of the research is at Batang Kuis St. Tanjung Sari village Batang Kuis sub-dictrict. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing the subject studied. In this study,the researcher used purposive sampling with a sample of 29 student works. The result of the study explain that the average value of students as a whole can be categorized as good with an average calue of 79,8 (good). Illustration works are categorized as good, namely 27 works with an average value of 80,8. The drawing artwork of the shading technique is categorized quite well, namely 1 work with a value of 66,3. The results of the experimental work of the shading technique are categorized as poor, namely 1 work with a value 64,9. Then of the 29 images of shading drawing technique wich reached KKM values as many as 28 students’ work from the work of the drawing technique of the shading technique made by students of class VIII Private Junior High School Tunas Karya Batang Kuis. This study aims to determine the results of students' work in drawing shapes in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan Karang Baru based on the principles of fine arts. The object in this study is a picture of the flora using the stippling technique. The population of this study amounted to 32 works of shape drawings and samples in this study were 10 works of shape drawings. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to find out how the results of the image work of the XI grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan Karang Baru first, then describe the image under study and assessed based on the principles of fine arts. The results of this study indicate that the overall work produced is based on the principles of fine arts as a whole on the principles of composition obtaining a score of = 75.33 in the Good category (B). On the principle of proportion, it gets a value of = 81 in the Good category (B). On the light-dark principle, the score = 82.5 in the Good category (B). Then the last one is on the principle of the shadows getting a value of = 72.33 in the Good category (B). Based on the description above, the highest score lies in the light and dark principle, and the overall average value is = 77.58 in the Good category (B).

This study aims to find out the form of optimizing the supervision of the Southeast Sulawesi regional inspectorate on budget implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out the results of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Inspectorate's supervision of budget implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of the supervision of the Southeast Sulawesi Province Inspectorate on the implementation of the use of the Covid-19 budget, shows that the Inspectorate's supervision on the management of the Covid-19 budget is going quite well. This can be seen from the development of the results of the supervision carried out during the evaluation period until the follow-up, there was an increase in findings from 3 recommendations to 10 administrative compliances. The results of the Supervision of Refocussing and Reallocating the Regional Budget to the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government showed that at the evaluation stage carried out by the Inspectorate, there were still many administrative and material negligence carried out by the Southeast Sulawesi government. The results of the Supervision of the Implementation and Designation of Handling in the Health Sector, Social Sector, and the Handling Economic Impact Sector from the Aspects of Timeliness, Quantity, and Quality, still found negligence in the implementation, this resulted in several recommendations that needed to be followed up immediately.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk optimalisasi pengawasan inspektorat daerah Sulawesi Tenggara terhadap pelaksanaan anggaran dimasa Pendemik     Covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui hasil pengawasan Inspektorat Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara terhadap pelaksanaan anggaran dimasa Pendemik Covid -19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Optimalisasi pengawasan Inpektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara terhadap pelaksanaan penggunaan anggaran Covid-19, menunjukan bahwa pengawasan Inspektorat pada pengelolaan anggaran Covid-19 berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini, terlihatan  dari pengembangan  hasil pengawasan yang dilakukan pada masa evaluasi sampai pada tindak lanjut terjadi penambahan temuan dari 3 rekemndasi menjadi 10 kelalayan admnistrasi. Hasil Pengawasan Refocussing dan Realokasi APBD pada Pemerintah Provinsi Sultra menunjukan  bahwa pada tahapan evaluasi yang dilakukan Inspektorat masih banyak menemukan kelalaian secara administrasi dan materil yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Sulawesi Tenggara. Hasil Pengawasan terhadap Pelaksanaan dan Peruntukan Penanganan Bidang Kesehatan, Bidang Sosial, dan Bidang Penanganan Dampak Ekonomi dari Aspek Ketepatan Waktu, Jumlah, dan Kualitas, masih ditemukan kelalaian dalam pelaksanaannya hal ini mengakibatkan beberapa rekomendasi yang perlu segera ditindak lanjuti.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswadalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip seni rupa. Pembatasan masalah dalam penelitian ini, kurangnya kemampuan Siswa dalam menggambar Ragam Hias yang meliputi: keseimbangan, kesatuan, irama, harmoni dan repetisi pengulangan bentuk yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi banyak orang termasuk menambah pengetahuan menyangkut karya ilmiah. Adapun Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh hasil karya gambar Ragam Hias Melayu siswa kelas VII SMP Kartika I-1 Medan Petisah. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengetahui bagaimana hasil karya gambar Ragam Hias siswa SMP Kartika I-1 Medan Petisah, setelah itu mendeskripsikan gambar yang diteliti dan dinilai, ditinjau dari prinsip-prinsip seni rupa yang telah ditentukan.Secara keseluruhan karya yang dihasilkan ditinjau dari prinsip-prinsip seni rupa yaitu keseimbangan, kesatuan, irama, harmoni dan repetisi memiliki kualitas yang cukup dengan nilai rata-rata = 71,6. Nilai tertinggi diperoleh pada prinsip repetisi yaitu 72,4 dengan kategori cukup, nilai terendah diperoleh pada prinsip irama yaitu 67 dengan kategori kurang. Secara umum, nilai rata-rata yang berdasarkan kelima prinsip-prinsip seni rupa sebagai berikut: prinsip keseimbangan = 72,2, prinsip kesatuan = 72,2, prinsip irama = 67 , prinsip harmoni = 70,4 dan prinsip repetisi = 72,4. The limitation of the problem in this research is the lack of students' ability to draw decoration, the which include: balance, unity, rhythm, harmony and repetition of forms that are still low This research is useful for many people, including as an enhancer of knowledge scientific work. The population in this research is all the drawings of Melayu Ornamental. Samples were taken using total sampling technique, namely the entire population sampled. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by knowing how the drawings of Ornamental Variety of Grade VII students of SMP Kartika I-1 Medan Petisah, then describing the images studied and assessed, in terms of the principles of art that have been determined.Overall the work produced is viewed from the principles of art, namely balance, unity, rhythm, harmony and repetition that have sufficient quality with an average value = 71.6. The highest value obtained in the repetition principle is 72.4 with sufficient categories, the lowest value obtained on the principle of rhythm which is 67 with less categories. In general, the average value based on the five art principles is as follows: the principle of balance = 72.2, the principle of unity = 72.2, the principle of rhythm = 67, the principle of harmony = 70.4 and the principle of repetition = 72.4 .Keywords: Drawing, Decorative Variety, Principles of Fine Art.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam membuat desain keramik, proses pembuatan keramik, dan finishing keramik dengan teknik pilin pada siswa kelas X SMK Pelayaran Buana Bahari.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel 3 karya keramik siswa kelas X yang diambil menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kamera sebagai dokumentasi dan lembar pengamatan sebagai penyaring data. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, serta menggunakan lembar penilaian dengan tiga aspek penilaian yaitu desain, motif, dan teknik. Secara keseluruhan karya keramik dengan teknik pilin pada siswa kelas X SMK Pelayaran Buana Bahari, pada aspek penilaian desain memperoleh nilai rata-rata = 72 (baik), kemudian pada aspek penilaian motif memperoleh nilai rata-rata = 74 (baik), dan trakhir aspek penilaian teknik memperoleh nilai rata-rata = 88 (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata karya keramik dengan teknik pilin oleh siswa kelas X SMK Pelayaran Buana Bahari, dari beberapa aspek penilaian yaitu aspek desain, motif dan teknik maka dapat dikategorikan baik dengan tital nilai 702 dan rata-rata = 78 (baik). jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil karya kerajinan keramik dengan teknik pilin pada siswa kelas X SMK Pelayaran Buana Bahari telah tergolong baik.Kata Kunci: kerajinan keramik, teknik pilin.AbstractThis study aims to determine the ability of students to make ceramic designs, process making ceramics, and finishing ceramics with a gyre technique in class X SMK Pelayaran Buana Bahari. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a sample of 3 ceramic works of students of class X taken using a cluster sampling technique. The instrument of this study used the camera as documentation and observation sheet as a data filter. Data collection techniques were carried out using experiments, observation, documentation, and using assessment sheets with three aspects of assessment, namely design, motives, and techniques. Overall, ceramic works using the gyre technique in class X students of Pelayaran Buana Bahari Vocational School, in the aspect of design evaluation obtained an average value of 72 (good), then the aspects of the motive assessment obtained an average value = 74 (good), and final aspects Engineering assessment scores average = 88 (very good). Based on the results of the study it was obtained that the average value of ceramic works with the gyre technique by students of class X of Vocational School of Buana Bahari, from several aspects of assessment, namely aspects of design, motives and techniques can be categorized as good with a score of 702 and average = 78 . so it can be concluded that the work of ceramic crafts with the gyre technique in class X SMK Pelayaran Buana Bahari has been classified as good..  Keywords: ceramic crafts, gyre techniques.
