This study aims to find out the form of optimizing the supervision of the Southeast Sulawesi regional inspectorate on budget implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out the results of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Inspectorate's supervision of budget implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of the supervision of the Southeast Sulawesi Province Inspectorate on the implementation of the use of the Covid-19 budget, shows that the Inspectorate's supervision on the management of the Covid-19 budget is going quite well. This can be seen from the development of the results of the supervision carried out during the evaluation period until the follow-up, there was an increase in findings from 3 recommendations to 10 administrative compliances. The results of the Supervision of Refocussing and Reallocating the Regional Budget to the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government showed that at the evaluation stage carried out by the Inspectorate, there were still many administrative and material negligence carried out by the Southeast Sulawesi government. The results of the Supervision of the Implementation and Designation of Handling in the Health Sector, Social Sector, and the Handling Economic Impact Sector from the Aspects of Timeliness, Quantity, and Quality, still found negligence in the implementation, this resulted in several recommendations that needed to be followed up immediately.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk optimalisasi pengawasan inspektorat daerah Sulawesi Tenggara terhadap pelaksanaan anggaran dimasa Pendemik     Covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui hasil pengawasan Inspektorat Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara terhadap pelaksanaan anggaran dimasa Pendemik Covid -19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Optimalisasi pengawasan Inpektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara terhadap pelaksanaan penggunaan anggaran Covid-19, menunjukan bahwa pengawasan Inspektorat pada pengelolaan anggaran Covid-19 berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini, terlihatan  dari pengembangan  hasil pengawasan yang dilakukan pada masa evaluasi sampai pada tindak lanjut terjadi penambahan temuan dari 3 rekemndasi menjadi 10 kelalayan admnistrasi. Hasil Pengawasan Refocussing dan Realokasi APBD pada Pemerintah Provinsi Sultra menunjukan  bahwa pada tahapan evaluasi yang dilakukan Inspektorat masih banyak menemukan kelalaian secara administrasi dan materil yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Sulawesi Tenggara. Hasil Pengawasan terhadap Pelaksanaan dan Peruntukan Penanganan Bidang Kesehatan, Bidang Sosial, dan Bidang Penanganan Dampak Ekonomi dari Aspek Ketepatan Waktu, Jumlah, dan Kualitas, masih ditemukan kelalaian dalam pelaksanaannya hal ini mengakibatkan beberapa rekomendasi yang perlu segera ditindak lanjuti.

<p>This study aimed to know the management of school academic supervision activity that conducted by principal in the state primary school Pongangan, Gunungpati, Semarang area that included the planning, implementation, and the follow-up to increacse teachers’ performace. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive method. The collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation. Research results revealed that (1) the planning of academic supervision by the principal at SDN Pongangan rated very good. (2) the implementation of academic supervision in SDN Pongangan a great fit the program, the schedule, the instruments that used according to the design, aspects that disupervisi votes had been lead on target academic supervision adapted to the needs of teachers and schools, the approach was with the program, academic supervision techniques used varied enough, the academic supervision of implementation constraints by the head of the school is the limited time; (3) the principal efforts made in the follow-up assessed academic supervision has been very good and hard-wired. Activities performed were: a) the beginning of each semester were held in groups/joint supervision of teachers meeting school/KKG school; b) performs the inverse to the teacher in order to reflect ourselves; c) implementing guidance on drafting/administration/creation of learning; d) emphasize on teachers that always paid attention to the discipline of work in carrying out the task of teaching as a teacher; e) provided guidance for teachers on how to teach in interesting and fun way; f) conducted coaching and guidance for teachers in the use of learning media, techniques/methods of teaching; g) provide a learning device formats that are new to the teacher, and taught how to fill them; g) For School Superintendent gave a complete written report in the end of years.</p>

This study concerns with the use of Appraisal Theory developed by Martin & White (2005), under subsumed of engagement system domain. The engagement system deals with dialogic perspective between speakers and listeners, which is influenced by the approach of Bakhtin/ Voloshinov, called heteroglossia. Heteroglossic backdrop reveals the proposition lies behind what is stated. In this study, a verbal interaction between speaker and listener is presented in the form of press conference release. Currently serving Head Commissioner of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Filippo Grandi, held a press conference release containing of his visiting report to the camp shelter of Rohingya refugee in Bangladesh. The press conference release is a recorded-video type one, which has approximately 27:30” in length. It is led by a moderator, reported by the Head Commissioner and joined by 6 follow-up questions. Regarding to engagement system used, the utterances are then transcribed into a transcript, thus it gains approximately 395 clauses, moreover, only the utterances spoken by the Head Commissioner taken as the engagement locution realizations. The objectives of this research fall into three: a) to find out the most predominant heteroglossic backdrop Grandi encodes; b) to recognize the values and viewpoint Grandi intends to convey in his report; and c) to identify the authorial voice Grandi uses in addressing his beliefs of the Rohingya refugee crisis to the audiences. The qualitative descriptive method is applied. It is found that contract-disclaim-counter dominates the report by accounts of 55 realizations. It implies that the facts, Grandi reports may against audiences’ expectation, yet in another clause, he describes the situation which can reform audiences’ different viewpoints toward the crisis. The formulation of the problem in this study are how is the implementation of North Sumatra Governor Regulation Number 18 Year 2018 concerning Additional Income Allowances for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial Government, what factors are obstacles in realizing improved performance and discipline of Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat, with the aim of research: 1) to find out and analyze the implementation of North Sumatra Governor Regulation Number 18 Year 2018 regarding Income Allowances for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants in the Government of North Sumatra Province , 2) to find out what factors are obstacles in realizing improved performance and discipline of Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is descriptive method, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. From the results of this study indicate that the implementation of Governor Regulation No. 18 of 2018 concerning Income Allowance for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants has not been fully successful in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat. Implementation has been successfully implemented in terms of communication and bureaucratic structure, but has not been successfully implemented in terms of resources and dispositions. Constraints faced in realizing improved performance and discipline of civil servants within the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat are appraisal officials (superiors) unable to control the views of personal relations in evaluating subordinates' work, TTP payments often cannot be done in a timely manner because funds are not yet available, disciplinary sanctions are still relatively indecisive, and employees often report excessively. It is recommended that supervisors as appraisal officials need to eliminate the influence of the element of closeness in making judgments on the performance of subordinates, and be assertive in giving sanctions to employees who subscribe to disciplinary regulations

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of compliance audit at The 101 Suryakancana Bogor Hotel, knowing the achievement of Bogor 101 The Hotel Suryakancana through a predetermined procedural policy, and knowing whether compliance audit is influential in achieving the 101 The Suryakancana Bogor Hotel goal. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This method aims to understand the phenomena that occur based on existing theories compared to practice when conducting research in the field. The author explains the implementation of compliance audit, achievement of organizational objectives, and compliance audit as a tool to achieve organizational goals. The results showed that the implementation of compliance audit at The 1O1 Suryakencana Hotel Bogor was conducted through five stages: audit planning, audit testing and evaluation, reporting of audit findings, recommendations and monitoring and follow-up. Audit Compliance at The 1O1 Suryakencana Bogor Hotel can be said to be "Good" because it has an average value of 5 in period I and period II auditing and does not experience a change in criteria. In its achievement and service goals, The 1O1 Suryakencana Bogor Hotel has provisions and standards or SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and rules regarding grooming for employees to provide a good image to guests staying at the hotel. The implementation of grooming and SOP regarding the arrival of guests has been carried out well, but there are several stages and rules that are not obeyed by the relevant department staff, so the stages and rules cannot be fully achieved. The implementation of compliance audit at The 1O1 Suryakencana Hotel Bogor has been running well, especially in hotel services, evidenced by reduced audit findings in period I and period II and findings between period I and period II are not the same and not repeated. Additionally, hotel revenue receipts after the first audit period experienced an increase in the following month Achievement of the objectives of the hotel is increasingly achieved. Satisfaction and comfort of guests or customers are also fulfilled supported by the image provided by the hotel through its employees and compliance with applicable procedures.

Mining activities not only cause impacts that occur at the mine site but also the surrounding environment, so that reclamation is needed. This study aims to describe the community's perception of the existence of Kampoeng Air Jangkang Reclamation and to describe the socio-economic impact of the community on the existence of the Jangkang Water Reclamation Kampoeng. This research was conducted from September 2019 to September 2020 in Riding Panjang Village, Merawang District, Bangka Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method. Meanwhile, the sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 93 samples from the people of Riding Panjang Village. The analytical method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a Likert scale. The results showed that the community's perception of the ex-mining land as Kampoeng Reclamation was strongly agreed with an index number of 82.4 percent covering the pre-reclamation stages, 81.4 percent covering the implementation of Kampoeng Reclamation development and an index figure of 88.8 percent covering the success of Kampoeng development. Reclamation. The social impacts that occur include positive impacts both on environmental conditions and the safety of the communities around the reclamation area. The resulting economic impact is a positive impact on people's income and employment.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Abstract             The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing  dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan  sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products.
