Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kolokial berbahasa Indonesia dalam percakapan mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe serta mendeskripsikan ragam kolokial berbahasa Indonesia mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif menurut pendapat Moleong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa kolokial yang terjadi dalam percakapan mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe adalah bahasa santai yang digunakan sehari-hari ketika berbicara dengan orang lain. Tiga ragam kolokial yang terjadi dalam percakapan mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe meliputi (1) kolokial yang menghilangkan huruf vokal [a], [i], [e], [o], [au], dan [ai]; (2) kolokial yang menghilangkan huruf konsonan [s], [h], [m], dan [k]; dan (3) kolokial yang menghilangkan huruf vokal dan huruf konsonan [ba], [ang], [ka], [id], [gan], [er], [du], [un], [be], [ya], [bagai], dan [te]. The purpose of this study is to describe Indonesian-language colloquials in the IAIN Lhokseumawe students' conversation and describe the Indonesian-language colloquial diversity of IAIN Lhokseumawe students. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source of this research is Lhokseumawe IAIN students. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques in the opinion of Moleong. The results of this study indicate that colloquial language that occurs in IAIN Lhokseumawe students' conversation is a casual language that is used daily when talking to others. Three types of colocials that occur in IAIN Lhokseumawe students' conversations include (a) colloquial which removes vowels [a], [i], [e], [o], [au], and [ai]; (b) colloquial which removes the consonant letters [s], [h], [m], and [k]; and (c) colloquial which removes vowels and consonants of [ba], [ang], [ka], [id], [gan], [er], [du], [un], [be], [ya], [bagai], and [te].

The purpose of this research is to describe the illocutionary acts on one of Gita Savitri Devi’s Youtube Channel video entitled Kenapa kita membenci? Beropini eps. 46. The method use in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this research are illocutionary acts spoken by Gita Savitri Devi in one of her Youtube Channel videos. The data source in this research is the narration delivered by Gita Savitri Devi in that video. The data collection techniques using hearken technique. Data analysis techniques in this research were carried out through the steps : (1) Data transcription, (2) Data classification, and (3) Data inference. The results obtained by the type of assertive illocutionary acts, directive illocutionary acts, and expresive illocutionary acts. While the types of commissive illocutionary acts and declaration illocutionary acts were not found in this research.

This study describes the principles of performance-based budgeting on Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin, knowing the effectiveness of the use of direct expenditure and indirect spending in Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin as well as budget performance. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collecting technique is done through field study that is interview, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques starting from quantitative and qualitative with descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the principles of performance – based budgeting on Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin stated that tranparency and accountability is still no good, but the budget discripline and  budget justice are good enough. The effectiveness of the use of direct expenditure in the implementation of performance–based budgets. Based on the ratio of effectiveness of the use of the budget Dinas Sosial district of Musi Banyuasin years 2014 up to the year 2016 has effective criteria and from year to year the level of effectiveness has increased. The effectiveness of the use indirect budget from 2014 to 2016 has a fairly effective criteria and from year to year always fluctuate.

AbstrakPenelitian ini adalah penelitian dasar (basic research) yang mencoba untuk mengkaji metode penciptaan karya seni murni bentuk representasional, simbolik dan abstrak. Kajian dilakukan terhadap beberapa seniman lukis, grafis dan patung di empat kota dalam wilayah Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data utama dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan sumber primer, yaitu seniman. Sedangkan data tidak langsung dikumpulkan melalui jurnal, buku, video foto, katalog pameran, karya-karya seniman, dan dokumen-dokumen terkait. Teknik analisis data dilakukan sebelum di lapangan dan di lapangan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah berupa metode yang spesifik, lebih operasional dan teknis tentang penciptaan karya seni murni bentuk representasional, simbolik dan abstrak.  Kata Kunci: Metode, Representasional, Simbolik, Abstrak.AbstractThis research is a basic research which tries to examine the method of creating pure works of representational, symbolic and abstract forms. The study was carried out on several painters, engravers and sculptors in four cities in the West Sumatra region of Indonesia. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The main data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews with primary sources, namely artists. While indirect data is collected through journals, books, videos, photos, exhibition catalogs, works of artists, and related documents. Data analysis techniques were carried out before on the field and in the field. The findings of this study are in the form of specific, more operational and technical methods about the creation of pure works of representational, symbolic and abstract forms. This study aims to describe the education value of religious character in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia. The method which is used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data source in this research is Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia. The data in this study is the education value of religious character in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia. The data collection techniques in this study used documentation study techniques. The validity of the data in this study used theoretical triangulation technique. The data analysis technique in this study used interactive data analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the education value of religious character in Assalamualaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia is a form of religious relationship between humans and God, including piety, prayer, repentance, and tauhid. The form of the religious value of human relations includes affection and kindness. The results of this research can be used as a media to strengthen the religious character of students through literary learning.

This undergraduate thesis entitled Women’s Language Used by Female Characters in The Movie How To Be Single. It is aimed at identifying the language features applied by female characters and finding out the functions of each type of women’s linguistic features. This paper used the theory of women’s linguistic features proposed by Robin Lakoff (1975). The data source in this study is the movie How To Be Single.  The collected data were identified and selected, then the features of women’s language used by the female characters in the movie How To Be Single were analyzed  based on Lakoff (1975). The method applied in collecting data was the documentation method. Afterwards, the method of analyzing data in this study was the descriptive qualitative method. This study applied informal method in presenting the data analysis. The findings of the analysis showed that there were nine kinds of women’s linguistic features found in the movie How To Be Single. There were also some functions of women’s linguistic features found in the data. The functions of each type of the features are closely related to the context in which it is used. Each type of women’s linguistic features found in the movie displays has different functions and reasons.

This study is aimed to identify the types of compound nouns and analyze the meanings of compound nouns conveyed on The Jakarta Post website. Two theories applied in this study, the theory of compound proposed by Katamba and the theory of meaning proposed by Palmer. Eight articles from The Jakarta Post website were chosen as the data source. The selected articles are related to technology, lifestyle, and business from December 2020 until February 2021. Documentation method and note-taking technique used in collecting the data. The collected data was analyzed by using a descriptive qualitative method and triangulation technique. Meanwhile, in presenting the data analysis, this study used formal and informal methods. The result shows that all types of compound nouns based on the theory applied are found in the data source. The types are: noun + noun, adjective + noun, and preposition + noun. In terms of meaning, there are transparent and opaque meanings.

The aim is to describe declarative politeness (Sociopragmatic Study of Cases in District of Kaur Regency). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were declarative actions of the Kaur community which contained the politeness of various situations and various speech partners which contained politeness in language. The source of data in this study is the community in the Kecamatan Kecamatan Kaur Regency. Data collection techniques using the technique of recording, recording, see competent involvement (SBLC), see competent involvement (SLC). Data analysis techniques, namely transcribing recorded data, identifying data, classifying data, analyzing, interpreting, concluding. The results showed that declarative acts were found to fulfill politeness based on the principle of politeness, namely 1) maxim of wisdom, 2) maxim of generosity, 3) maxim of appreciation, 4) maxim of simplicity, 5) maxim of consensus, and 6) maxim of sympathy. Conclusion, declarative speech acts of society have fulfilled politeness based on the principle of politeness. Keywords: Sociopragmatics, Politeness, Declarative Politeness

This study aims to describe the forms of illocutionary speech acts in the animated film Upin & Ipin in the series "Seronoknya Wisata Air". In addition, this study also describes the form of character education contained in the animated film. Furthermore, this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source in this study obtained conversations in the animated film Upin & Ipin obtained from Television. Data collection techniques in this study used the note taking technique, by noting every conversation that contains illocutionary speech acts. The data validity technique in this research is in the form of theory triangulation, data analysis using interactive analysis. The results of the study show that in the animated film Upin & Ipin the series of "Water Tourism" contains illocutionary acts. For example assertive, directive and expressive. In this study, researchers also found the value of character education contained in the Upin & Ipin animated film "Seronoknya Wisata Air", for example disciplinary value, creative value, value of achievement and friendly values.Keywords: Illocutionary Speech Acts, Upin & Ipin Animated Film, Character Education

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of authentic excel-based assessment by teachers in learning at SMP Negeri 2 Kayangan. The research method used was descriptive research with 17 subjects. The research instrument used was the monev sheet (monitoring and evaluation). While the data analysis techniques of this study used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Kayangan have been able to implement authentic based excel assessments very well in their learning. The results of the Monitoring and Evaluation carried out showed that the majority of teachers received a score of 4 (very good) in each assessment indicator.

  This article discusses waqf: fiqh review, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia. This study was written using qualitative method with library study as its approach. Data source is in the form of library publications (Library Research). Data types are written narrations or documents contained in publication sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by tracking the sources of such publications. Data analysis techniques use description analysis. The results of this study show that waqf is reviewed in terms of fiqh, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia has a mutually reinforcing relationship. From these findings, it can be concluded that waqf as an Islamic fiscal instrument has a strong foundation in terms of fiqh and ushul fiqh and its implementation, especially in Indonesia.
