This thesis aims to determine the allocation of the use of female labor remittance toward the level of community welfare, and find out which types of allocation which have an impact on people's welfare. This study uses two analytical methods, namely qualitative analysis with descriptive approach and the process of hierarchy analysis by collecting data through interview. The research objects are 50 people who are former migrant workers or migrant workers' families selected by Convenience sampling method. The second object is 15 experts, namely academics who understand the concept of welfare, and are determined by purposive sampling. The research location is in Jorok Village, Utan District, Sumbawa Regency. Based on the analysis of data, the results of this research show that there are two types of remittance usage, namely consumptive and productive. For the productive use, female migrant workers allocate remittance funds for education, buying land, livestock and business. Meanwhile, the examples of consumptive use are fulfillment of daily necessities, vehicles, paying debts and renovating house. When comparing each criterion of productive use, buying land has the biggest influence on migrant workers in spending their remittance and it is long-term. For consumptive use, daily necessities have the biggest impact on the welfare of migrant workers in the short-term.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between the burnout levels of music teachers and their personalities. The research consisted of 278 music teachers who were selected from various places throughout Turkey via subjective, convenience sampling method. For data collection, the ‘Personal Information Form’, ‘Adjective Based Personality Test’ and ‘Maslach Burnout Scale’ were used. The research involved both quantitative and qualitative dimensions. The data were analyzed by quantitative t-test, multiple regression analysis and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Data for the qualitative dimension of the research were obtained from semi-structured interviews conducted with 5 music teachers. Negative, significant relationships were determined between extroversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness and general burnout, while a positive, significant relationship was determined between neuroticism and general burnout. The burnout variable was found to have a statistically significant effect on the openness, neuroticism and conscientiousness dimensions of the personality types. The effects of conscientiousness and openness dimensions were not, however, found to be significant. The music teachers who had characteristics of extroversion and conscientiousness were found to have higher levels of burnout if they have the characteristics of neuroticism that reduce their exhaustion. The findings of the research show that the effect of personality types on burnout is important.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the soundness level of PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) Syariah using the solvency ratio for the 2015-2019 period. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach, where the data source used is secondary data sources. The data collection technique uses the documentation method in the form of financial reports which have been presented on the official website of PT BCA Syariah. The data analysis technique uses the assessment of the level of health using the solvency ratio with independent variables and measurement using the CAR and DER ratios. The results showed that the CAR ratio for the 2015-2019 period was ranked 1 in the very healthy category, namely the CAR ratio was greater than the predetermined bank health standard, namely 8%. Meanwhile, the DER ratio for the 2015-2019 period experienced a significant increase. This increase in the DER ratio indicates that the condition of the DER ratio is in an unhealthy state, because the calculation of the DER ratio is more than the minimum health standard for the DER ratio, namely DER <58%. Based on the results of the study, the health composite ranking of PT BCA Syariah using the Solvency Ratio in 2015-2019 The CAR ratio is in a healthy rating, while the DER ratio is in a very unhealthy rating. so this indicates that the bank has not been able to finance its long-term and short-term debt with its own capital.

Since February 2006, responding to Chinese Government’s police, Three Support and One Assistance, short-term volunteer teaching has burgeoned in China. However, the effect of short-term volunteer teaching is rather concerning and unsatisfactory. We conduct our research from three parts: literature review, quantitative research, and qualitative research. Three major concerns are identified from literature review: inappropriate motivation, unprofessionalism, and inconsistency. An interview with a humanitarian organization Nuannuan is conducted to find the possible solution. Based on it, the hypothesis is that longterm and organized volunteer teaching is more effective so the solution could be a long-term volunteer teaching alliance. Two surveys are used to test the feasibility of the solution by analyzing children of migrant workers’ attitudes and high school volunteers’ attitudes. The results show that children are willing to participate and volunteers are willing to teach in the long-term. The hypothesis is proved and the solution is an establishment of a volunteer teaching alliance among all high school students in Beijing.
