Resolving the problem of land maladministration by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia through a mediation mechanism is a very important method for both reporting parties and the reported party to find the best solution that benefits both parties. This study aims to find out how the process of problem solving through a mediation mechanism by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of Bengkulu Province. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with informant retrieval techniques, namely purposive sampling. The informants in this study were the Chief Representative; Head of Report Inspection and Verification, Head of Report Inspection Division, Member of Report Inspection and Verification, Member of Report Examination, Secretariat of Ombudsman of Republic of Indonesia Representative of Bengkulu Province and 2 Reporting Persons / General Communities, using data collection techniques for Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results of this study are the process of resolving the land problem through a mediation mechanism carried out by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Bengkulu Representative through 3 processes, namely the process of summoning the reporter and the reporter, the Communication Process in Mediation and the Solution produced in the mediation. a case of maladministration using the mediation method, and a solution from the reporting party and the reported party that has been agreed upon in the mediation is completed with the minutes as a result of the mediation on the joint decision.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mathematical concepts of students in solving the problem of polyhedron of cubes and cuboids with assisted of Schoology media. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach. This study describes the ability to understand mathematical concepts that owned of students with Schoology media. Research subjects is three students selected by purposive sampling based on conditions and situations that occured during the current co-19 pandemic. The data collection used consists of tests of understanding the ability of mathematical concepts. Based on the results of research showed that the ability to understanding students' of mathematical concepts with Schoology-assisted able to provide understanding of material polyhedron of cubes and cuboids by the average results of students getting value 91,67. Where the first student is able to reach an understanding indicator of mathematical concepts from given by agreeing to the concept, classifying objects according to certain properties, giving concepts in various forms of mathematical representation, explaining the relationship between one concept with another concept, and applying the concept in problem solving . While the second and third students can only reach four indicators from the second indicator given. Nevertheless, students show positive responses to Schoology media. Keywords: Understanding Mathematical Concepts, Schoology Media

The book al-‘Arabiyah al-mu’âṣirah is an Arabic learning book designed that Arabic learners can master how to communicate in various conditions using modern Arabic. This study uses qualitative methods that emphasize the nature of research, data that comes from the reality in the field. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observations, interviews and documents in collecting data to be able to find out more about the problem, so that a problem solving can be arranged in accordance with the needs of the respondents. This study uses purposive sampling, sampling taken with certain reasons. Sampling taken by researchers is students of college who never studied Arabic before entering the Sunan Ampel UIN Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the application dictionary used by the teacher as a teaching companion from the book al-‘Arabiyah al-mu’âṣirah.

This study aims to describe students' mistakes in solving rectangular problems based on their cognitive development. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with 4 research’s subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use tests, namely Test of Logical Operations and Problem-solving Tests. Data analysis techniques include reduction, presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that mistakes that are often made by students are less complete in writing what is known and asked about the problem. At the stage of devising a plan, students are wrong in determining the formula, the complete steps to be used, and do not write an answer. At the stage of carrying out the plan, students tend to immediately calculate what is known in the problem, not even writing answers at all. Students do not check the answer so that the results of their conclusions and conclusions are wrong.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the benefits obtained and the feasibility of making tofu business in the home industry in Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. The research was conducted in Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency, from April to June 2018. The research method used was survey, for the sampling method used purposive sampling method (intentionally). Data collection methods used in this study are observation and interviews with respondents who have been determined using a questionnaire which has been prepared in advance. Data processing and analysis were carried out using descriptive-qualitative methods. From the results of the study showed that the tofu making business in Tugumuylo Subdistrict was profitable, the average profit obtained by the tofu craftsmen in Tugumulyo Subdistrict was Rp13.292.970/ month and the average BEP value of Rp331.276, BEP production of 2.315 units of BEP at a price of Rp73,57, and the average value of the R / C Ratio of the tofu craftsmanship in Tugumulyo District is 1.98. Thus the tofu making business in Tugumulyo Subdistrict deserves to be developed.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keuntungan yang diperoleh dan kelayakan usaha pembuatan tahu pada industri rumah tangga di Kecamatan Tugumulyo Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tugumulyo Kabupaten Musi Rawas pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2018.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei, untuk metode penarikan contoh digunakan metode purposive sampling (secarasengaja).  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan responden yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner yang telah dipersiapkan sebelumnya.  Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usaha pembuatan tahu yang ada di Kecamatan Tugumuylo menguntungkan, keuntungan rata – rata yang diperoleh pengerajin tahu di Kecamatan Tugumulyo sebesar Rp 13.292.970/ bulan dan rata – rata nilai BEP penerimaan Rp 331.276, BEP produksi 2.315 unit BEP harga Rp 73,57, dan rata – rata nilai R/C Ratio pengerajin tahu di Kecamatan Tugumulyo sebesar 1,98. Dengan demikian usaha pembuatan tahu yang ada di Kecamatan Tugumulyo layak untuk dikembangkan.

ABSTRACTThis research is intended to find out how the landscaping management process at the Kemayoran Mosque in Surabaya, namely how to plan, procure and maintain landscaping at the Kemayoran Mosque in Surabaya. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In general, it can be concluded that the landscape management at the Kemayoran mosque in Surabaya runs according to the theory of landscape management.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Kemayoran Surabaya, yaitu bagaimana perencanaan, pengadaan dan perawatan pertamanan di Masjid Kemayoran Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pertamanan di masjid kemayoran Surabaya berjalan sesuai dengan teori manajemen pertamanan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi anak asuh yang berkepribadian introvert di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Sumur Bandung, proses Komunikasi Konseling di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Sumur Bandung, hasil yang dicapai setelah melakukan komunikasi konseling di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Sumur Bandung. Dengan pertanyaan peneliitian 1) Bagaimana kondisi anak asuh yang berkepribadian introvert di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Sumur Bandung ? 2) Bagaimana proses komunikasi konseling terhadap anak asuh yang memiliki kepribadian introvert ? 3 ) Bagaimana hasil yang dicapai setelah dilakukan komunikasi konseling terhadap anak asuh yang memiliki kepribadian introvert ? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, analisis, dan wawancara langsung dengan beberapa anak asuh, kepala panti, dan pembimbing asrama. Hasil proses komunikasi konseling terhadap anak asuh yang memiliki kepribadian introvert dalam aspek rasa malu dan canggung anak asuh dapat bersosialisasi dan berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Dalam aspek menyendiri anak asuh mulai terbuka dengan pembimbing. Dalam aspek sensitif jika ada kritikan anak asuh dapat menerima dengan lapang nasihat dari pembimbing. Dalam aspek lebih lancar menulis dari pada berbicara anak asuh mulai berani berkomunikasi secara langsung dengan orang lain. Dalam aspek kekhawatiran anak asuh tidak cemas ketika menghadapi permasalahan. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of introverted foster children at the Muhammadiyah Sumur Bandung Orphanage, the Counseling Communication process at the Muhammadiyah Sumur Bandung Orphanage, the results achieved after conducting counseling communication at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Bandung Well. With research questions 1) What is the condition of an introverted foster child at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Sumur Bandung? 2) What is the process of counseling communication for foster children who have an introverted personality? 3) How are the results achieved after counseling communication with foster children who have an introverted personality? The research method used in this study is using descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection in the form of observation, analysis, and direct interviews with several foster children, orphanages, and boarding counselors. The results of the counseling communication process for foster children who have an introverted personality in the aspect of shame and awkward foster children can socialize and communicate with others. In the aspect of being alone, foster children begin to open with counselors. In the sensitive aspect, if there is criticism, foster children can receive broadly the advice of the mentor. In the more fluent aspect of writing than talking foster children begin to dare to communicate directly with others. In the aspect of concern foster children are not anxious when facing problems.

<p>This study aims to describe the contrastive analysis of translational dialogue in the novel "Terrorist" between the results of the English-Indonesian and English-Arabic translations, and to describe the efforts of translators in localizing the values of tawassuth reflected in variations of such dialogue translation. The main data source of the research is the novel "Terrorist" by John Updike along with its translation into Indonesian by Abdul Malik and into Arabic by Ahmed el-Syaimy. The study was designed through descriptive-qualitative methods. Data collection uses purposive sampling where the results were discussed through contrastive analysis methods. The results showed that there were three main causes for the similarity of the tawassuth values localization in the translation results. First, the level of availability of formal and dynamic equivalents. Secondly, translators' efforts in overcoming linguistic insufficiency. Third, translators' appreciation of certain expressions or terms.</p>

The ideal mosque in modern times is one of which is the mosque has sufficient facilities, each mosque certainly has different facilities according to the strata of the mosque. National mosques certainly have more complete facilities compared to other types of mosques. Mosque facilities can generally be classified into the main facilities and supporting facilities. One of the facilities that can be created in a mosque is the existence of a park, the existence of a park in the mosque environment will provide beauty and has a special attraction for a mosque. The Kemayoran Indrapura Surabaya Mosque is a mosque that has a very unique garden, the uniqueness of the park in Kemayoran Surabaya Mosque is because the park is inside the mosque. So with this study it is intended to find out how the garden management process in Surabaya Kemayoran mosque, the purpose to be achieved in this study is to know how garden management in the Kemayoran Surabaya mosque is related to how to plan the Kemayoran Mosque Surabaya, how to provide garden facilities at Kemayoran Mosque Surabaya and how about gardening at the Kemayoran Mosque in Surabaya. To understand the problem, this research uses descriptive qualitative methods to determine garden management in Surabaya Kemayoran mosque, using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data is analyzed by describing or describing which compares the theory with the data obtained in the field. In general, it can be concluded that garden management in the Surabaya Kemayoran mosque runs in accordance with the landscape management theory.Masjid ideal di zaman modern saat ini ialah masjid yang memiliki fasilitas, masing-masing masjid tentunya memilki fasilitas yang berbeda sesuai dengan strata masjid. Masjid Negara atau masjid Nasional tentunya mempuyai fasilitas yang lebih lengkap dibandingkan dengan jenis masjid yang lainnya. Fasilitas masjid pada umumnya dapat digolongkan dengan fasilitas utama dan fasilitas pendukung.Salah satu fasilitas yang dapat diciptakan di lingkungan masjid ialah dengan adanya taman, keberadaan taman dilingkungan masjid akan memberikan keindahan dan memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi sebuah masjid.Masjid Kemayoran Indrapura Surabaya merupakan masjid yang memiliki taman yang sangat unik, keunikan taman yang ada di Masjid Kemayoran Surabaya ialah dikarenakan taman ini berada di dalam masjid. Maka dengan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen pertamanan di masjid kemayoran Surabaya, tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimanan manajemen pertamanan di masjid kemayoran Surabaya yaitu yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana perencanaan pertamanan Masjid Kemayoran Surabaya, bagaimana pengadaan fasilitas pertamanan di Masjid Kemayoran Surabaya dan bagaimana perawatan pertamanan di Masjid Kemayoran Surabaya. Untuk mengukap maslah tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui manajemen pertamanan di masjid kemayoran Surabaya, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data-data tersebut dianalisis dengan cara menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan yang membandingkan teori dengan data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pertamanan di masjid kemayoran Surabaya berjalan sesuai dengan teori manajemen pertamanan.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Language is a human interaction tool to facilitate humans to communicate with one another, language also has benefits that are very important for life as an introduction in the world of education. But what happens, the fact is that at the moment in carrying out group guidance conducted by some people, they have not been able to use good and correct grammar, but have already behaved politely when communicating with other interlocutors and some people still assume that when communicating only requires language simple or improvised. This study aims to teach that people need to apply true and wise communication, especially in the use of good and correct language systems when conducting group guidance. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that refer to data collection, data analysis, interpretation of the data concerned with the situation. The results of this study indicate that in conducting group counseling they have not been able to apply good and correct language but have applied good manners. This research has various benefits, namely making people able to understand and realize that the importance of communication when guidance uses good and correct language so that it is easy to understand and easily accepted.
