To determine the effect of Product Quality on customer decisions to choose Amanah Savings, To determine the effect of Promotion on customer decisions to choose Amanah Savings, To determine Product Quality and Promotions on customer decisions to choose Amanah Savings. The theory presented by the author in the theoretical basis is the theory of Philip Kotler and Fandy Tjiptono for marketing theory, product quality, promotion and customer decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method, a method that uses numbers in each result and is tested using the SPSS application. The population in this study were 52 people. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data validity, data reliability, for the classical assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedastic test, while hypothesis testing used determination test, partial test (t test), multiple linear regression, and simultaneous test. (f test). The results showed that the variable product quality had no effect on customer decisions of amanah savings at BMT PAS with a tcount of -0.309, smaller than the t table of 2,000. promotion partially (t test) has no effect on customer decisions with t count of 1.753 smaller than t table of 2,000. based on the simultaneous test (f test). Product quality and promotion have no effect on customer decisions with a siginification value of 0.194 greater than 0.05. The conclusion is that the overall hypothesis H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Financial distress is a condition where the results of the company's performance are unable to meet the company's obligations. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Liquidity and Profitability in measuring financial distress in PT .eterindo wahanatama Tbk and PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that liquidity (CR) (X1) has an effect but not significant to financial distress, Profitability (ROA) (X2) has a significant effect on financial distress. Based on the simultaneous F test means that together Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.354 it can be interpreted that the effect of Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) on purchasing decisions is equal to 28.4%. The remaining 71.6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability, financial Distress.

Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. Partial test (t test) found a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as to assess individual performance. Simultaneous test (F test) that work discipline and people have a positive and significant effect on employee performance</em>

This study aimed to determine to correlation between four independent variables of quality servive, quality products, trust, and customer value on customer satisfaction variable. This study was explanatory research using quantitative approach of multiple regression. Sample of this study were 103 customers of the bank. Data analysis techniques used in the study were multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and classical assumption testing. Data of this study was taken using quistionnaire distributed to customers of the bank and analyzed using SPSS 16 version. The resulf of F-test analysis showed that factor of service quality, product quality, trust and customers value gave effect simultaneously with 52,7% of the value of Adjusted R Square on customer satisfaction in the bank. In addition, 47,3% of the remaining value were affectted by other factors which were not discussed in this study. The result of partial t-test showed that service quality gave the biggest effect on customer satisfaction in the bank. The more accessable the bank service was, the more interested people in the bank would be. Marketing strategy showed significant effect in improving service quality. Thus, the better the marketing management in the bank was, the more interested people in the bank would be.

Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, persepsi harga, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality toward customer satisfaction at Toko Tekstil Mac Mohan, Solo. The population in this study are the residents of Solo. Non-probability sampling method is adopted with a selection of 100 respondents who have bought products at Mac Mohan Solo. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The multiple linear regression analysis method is used with R2 test, F test, and t test. The test results produce a sig value of F test of = 0.00, meaning that simultaneously, the variable product quality, price perception, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The t test shows that product quality partially, price perception, and service quality partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: product quality, price perception, service quality, customer satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress on employee voluntary turnover intention, with the dimensions of work stress partially and simultaneously. The use of methods in this study is to use the type of sampling included in Simple Random Sampling and by distributing questionnaires as many as 210 respondents. The data analysis technique method used is Path Analysis by using SPSS 24 Software, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test). The results, the t test showed that work stress through the Role Conflict dimension (X1) had a positive and not significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention, the Ambiguous / Unclear Role (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention, Excessive Workload (X3 ) has a positive and significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention. Based on the F test sig value 0,000 <0,05 which means that work stress together (simultaneous) namely Role Conflict (X1), ambiguous / unclear role (X2), and excessive workload (X3) have a significant effect towards Voluntary Turnover Intention (Y). Conclusion, simultaneously job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee voluntary turnover intention at PT Doosan Sinar Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency Keywords: Job Stress, Voluntary Turnover Intention
