Determination of capital structure is very important for companies and parties outside the company such as creditors and investors because it is very basic and has a long-term impact. One important consideration that must be considered carefully before determining the company's capital structure is the consideration of the amount of capital costs from all funds / capital used by the company. In determining the capital structure must be able to reflect the balance or comparison between foreign capital and own capital that is best in a company influenced by many factors, including: asset structure and earning stability. CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District in the face of tight business competition must be able to establish an optimal capital structure. This is because the capital structure is an important problem for every company, because the good and bad capital structure will have a direct effect on the company's financial position. The initial observation shows CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District does not understand the problem of the capital structure.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure and earnings stability on the capital structure on CV Harapan Bunga Workshop in Berau District. Data analysis tools used were normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, t test and F test. The results of this study conclude that the structure of assets and earnings stability have a significant effect on the capital structure of CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the F test where F-count is greater than F-table (21.115> 4.74) and significant value 0.001 <0.05. The asset structure has a significant effect on the capital structure at CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where -t count is smaller than -t-table (-3,078 <-2,365) and significant value (0,000) smaller than 0,05. Earning stability has a significant effect on the capital structure at CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where t-count is greater than t-table (2.975> 2.365) and a significant value (0.021) which is smaller than 0.05.

The purpose of research with the title the influence of sales growth, business risk, and asset structure on the capital structure in manufacturing company consumer goods industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to find out (a) the effect of sales growth on the capital structure, (b) the effect of business risk on the capital structure, (c) the effect of asset structure on the capital structure, (d) the effect of sales growth, business risk, and asset structure simultaneously on the capital structure.This research use correlational research. The type of data used is secondary data and data collection techniques used was the nonparticipant observation method. Analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hyphotesis test, coefficient determination test, and descriptive statistics test.Based on multiple regression coefficient test the sales growth has a significant level0.013, business risk has a significant level 0.000, and asset structure has a significant level0.000. Whereas the f test results showed a significant level 0.000. The result of the test the coefficient determination that sales growth, business risk, and asset structure had effect on the capital structure of 49.3%.The result can be concluded sales growth have influence on capital structure, business risk have influence on capital structure, and asset structure have influence on capital structure, because it has significant levels &lt; 0.05. Based on the f test result simultaneously sales growth, business risk, and asset structure have influences on capital structure, because it has significant 0.000 &lt; 0.05.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously the size of the company and business risk on the capital structure of the Automotive Industry Company Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all automotive industry companies as many as 17 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2014-2016, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses had a positive and significant effect based on t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously the size of the company and business risk had a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of the Automotive Industry Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Capital structure is the ratio between debt (foreign capital) and own capital (equity). There are several factors that affect capital structure such as dividend policy, liquidity, tangibility, asset turnover and company growth. This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, tangibility, asset turnover and company growth on capital structure. In this study, the sampling method was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained as many as 14 companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018. Thus the amount of data observed in this study amounted to 56 data. Data in this study were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22 with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and asset turnover affect the capital structure while the dividend policy, tangibility and company growth do not affect the capital structure.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product variations, prices and sales promotions on consumer decisions in buying Mitsubishi cars in Surakarta both partially and partially. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R²). The results obtained: 1) The results of the t test obtained product variations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) F test results obtained Sig. amounting to 0,000 smaller than 0.05 or sig. = 0.000

The objectives of this research are to examine the effect of Assets Growth,Likuidity, Assets Structure, and Sales Growth influence simoultaneously and partiallyon Capital Structure. Research conducted at mining companies that listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange period 2012- 2015. The research population was 41 companies, with thesample of 14 companies with sampling using purposive sampling technique. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, which previously testedwith the classical assumption.The result showed that the Assets Growth, Likuidity, Assets Structure and SalesGrowth influence simultaneous on the Capital Structure. The research also revealedthat, Assets Growth, Likuidity, Assets Structure and Sales Growth influence partiallynegative significant on the Capital Strucuture. On the other hand, R-Square valueamnounted at 32.6%, its mean that 32,6% movement of Capital Structure can bepredicted from the movement of the four independent variables.Keywords : capital structure, assets growth, likuidity, assets structure, sales growth

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of awareness, morality, tax culture and distributive justice on the taxpayer compliance partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study are primary data by distributing questionnaires. The method used in sampling is a non probability sampling method with incidental sampling technique and the number of samples in this study amounted to 107 respondents consisting of perpetrator Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs). The data is processed using the classical assumption test method, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results showed that partially (t test), the variable understanding of morality and tax culture had a positive effect on the taxpayer compliance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs). While the variable awareness and distributive justice did not affect the taxpayer compliance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs). Simultaneous results (F test) show that awareness, morality, tax culture and distributive justice on the taxpayer compliance.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
