Motorcycle Mechanic Training For Children Without   SchoolIn West Labuhbaru Urban District Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru     Jusnita1), Indra Hasan2) Fikri Hadi3) [email protected]     Abstract   Needs service for motorcycles become a routine need to be done by users. The purpose of this activity is to provide training courses for workshop and training of automotive mechanics and to grow the entrepreneurship spirit, helping government program in overcoming unemployment. The methods used are lectures, questions, discussions, demonstrations and practice exercises. The benefits of this service are; The participants get the knowledge and mechanical skills otmotif, Lecturer can implement one tri Dharma Higher Education, for the local government the formation of qualified candidates. This activity was held in West Labuhbaru Village, Payung Sekaki Sub-district, followed by 15 participants, 1 elementary school graduate, 7 junior high school graduates and 7 senior high school graduates. This activity begins by gathering participants in the West Labuhbaru Village hall as a training ground. The results of community service activities in outline include the following components; 1). The success of the target number of trainees. 2) Achievement of training objectives 3) Achievement of material targets that have been planned 4). The ability of participants in the mastery of the material. Target trainees as planned before 10 people. In the implementation, this activity was attended by 15 participants. Thus it can be said that the target participants reached 100%. The Village

Pasirmulya Village, located in Bandung, is a village that has several potentials such as coffee, handicrafts, and tourism. But there are still obstacles in marketing products from the village, especially handicraft products. The marketing techniques currently used are still not optimal, so the potential of handicraft products has not been optimally exploited. Online sales media proved to be very effective in marketing products to consumers, given the ease offered and not knowing distance and time. To start online sales, adequate knowledge is needed in terms of operating a computer and utilizing the internet network. At this moment, most of the participants were high school graduates, the rest were junior high school graduates and about half of the participants are 15-20 years old. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge in operating computers, creating documents with word processing software, processing data with worksheet software, and utilizing the internet that supports marketing activities. The target of this training is the members of Karang Taruna RW 06 and RW 12 in Pasirmulya. It is expected that after the implementation of this training the members of Karang Taruna can pass on the knowledge they have gained to other members of the village community.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service is to increase the creativity of junior high school students in order to be able to use used plastic waste into crafts that are useful for everyday life and have economic value. This activities are held from February to April in the Natural Sciences laboratory and Multimedia room at the Pembangunan 1 Junior High School in Bogor and it is expected that all residents in the school can understand how to handle various types of garbage. In this activity the students are expected to be able to make various kinds of crafts ranging from accessories to souvenirs. Therefore, to explore that creativity, it is necessary to give examples of several items so that they are motivated to make it even able to transmit it to others. The method of this activity is uses the concept of visual learning and training that is prepared based on the creativity of each student, where the team becomes a facilitator. A facilitator is only functioning and acting as accompaniment and giving examples to students based on existing problems to overcome. The result is an increase in student activity and creativity in making crafts. The enthusiasm, practice and creativity that are shown provide an illustration that students are very happy to get assistance and training from the Abdimas team. Keywords: Training, Creativity, Accessories, Used Trash ABSTRAKTujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kreativitas siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) agar bisa memanfaatkan sampah plastik bekas menjadi kerajinan yang berguna untuk kehidupan sehari-hari dan memiliki nilai ekonomis. Kegiatan ini diselengarakan dari bulan Februari sampai April di laboratorium Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan ruang Multimedia SMP Pembangunan 1 Bogor serta diharapakan kepada seluruh warga di sekolah bisa memahami cara menangani berbagai sampah. Dalam kegiatan ini peserta didik diharapkan mampu untuk membuat berbagai macam kerajinan mulai dari aksesoris sampai souvenir. Maka dari itu, untuk menggali kreativitas itu, perlu diberikan contoh dari beberapa barang agar mereka termotivasi untuk membuat bahkan dapat menularkannya kepada orang lain. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan konsep pembelajaran visual dan pelatihan yang disusun berdasarkan kreativitas masing-masing siswa.. Seorang fasilitator hanyalah berfungsi dan bertindak mendampingi dan memberikan contoh kepada peserta didik yang didasarkan atas permasalahan yang ada untuk diatasi. Adapun hasilnya adalah peningkatan aktivitas dan kreativitas siswa di dalam membuat kerajinan tangan. Antusiasme, berlatih dan berkreasi yang ditunjukan memberikan gambaran bahwa peserta didik sangat senang mendapat pendampingan dan pelatihan dari tim abdimas.  Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kreativitas, Aksesoris, Sampah Bekas

The purpose of community service is to provide samples and training to fishermen about protein production technology of protein-rich fish protein from trash fish that is useful to increase fishermen's income. The methods used are lectures, discussions, demonstrations or training, mentoring and assignment and business feasibility analysis. Characteristics of members of harmonious fishermen most of the age between 17 years to 47 years, educated Junior High School / MTs and High School / MA. Experience as a fisherman between 5 to 20 years. Needs of raw materials trash fish as much as 10 kg with price Rp 27.000 and produce flour of 8 Kg with sale price Rp 7.000 per Kg. Gross income of Rp 56,000, - and profit of Rp 29,000. Comparison between profit and expenses, ie Rp. 29.000,00: Rp. 27.000,00 = 1,1 (B / C). So fish meal business is quite feasible to be developed and can increase fisherman income about 107 percent.

ABSTRAKDi era pandemi seperti sekarang ini semua bidang kehidupan mengalami perubahan atau pergeseran, tidak terkecuali juga bidang pendidikan. Hal ini dirasakan juga oleh sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) Muhammadiyah Nanggulan, Kulon Progo. Berbagai permasalahan yang ada di sekolah itu di antaranya minimnya sarana dan prasarana berkaitan dengan literasi digital dan rendahnya minat baca siswa. Berkaitan dengan dua hal tersebut, diadakanlah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan program literasi digital bagi guru, siswa, dan karyawan SMP Muhammadiyah Nanggulan serta pembentukan semacam forum/komunitas siswa sebagai untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasinya. Peningkatan literasi baca tulis siswa, guru, dan karyawan di SMP Muhammadiyah Nanggulan dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta pembentukan pojok baca dan pembentukan majalah sekolah “Sumunar” sebagai wadah bagi siswa, guru, dan karyawan untuk mengasah kemampuan literasinya. Kata kunci: literasi digital; SMP muhammadiyah nanggulan; kulon progo ABSTRACTIn the current pandemic era, all areas of life experience changes or shifts, including the field of education. This is also felt by the Muhammadiyah Nanggulan junior high school, Kulon Progo. In connection with these two things, community service activities were held in the form of digital literacy program counseling for teachers, students, and employees of Muhammadiyah Nanggulan Junior High School and the establishment of a kind of forum/student community to improve their literacy skills. The development of telecommunications technology has developed very rapidly. This is in line with the increase in internet data traffic which is growing tremendously. The use of the Internet has been used in all layers of the age segment both the older generation to the younger generation. Global competition in the future is very tight and required knowledge of technology, especially telecommunications technology. This is the basis of community service activities for young people to be given knowledge and education about telecommunications technology and its development and to prepare young people to welcome the 5G era to have competitiveness to face the competition map going forward. In this dedication activity, the method used is direct material exposure to students with the implementation of pre and post-tests as material for evaluating activities. Community service activities carried out in Palembang Muhammadiyah 6 Junior High School with a duration of community service activities for 1 day. The number of students who took part in the service was 60 people. In this service, it was found that almost all students have used the Internet with various uses both in the use of email, social media and social messenger, where Facebook is the most favorite social media for junior high school students. From the results of the pre and post-test evaluation, it was found that the level of student retention regarding telecommunications has increased.

Community service activities. Scientific Manuscript Writing Training Journal of Educational Research at SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan aims to help elementary/junior/junior high school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in ISSN journals. The training method is carried out using the method of mentoring, discussion, workshops and technical guidance (bimtek) of writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The results of the training were obtained as many as 11 elementary school teacher manuscripts (73%) and 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (27%) published in the INVESTIGATION journal of SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan Volume 2 Number 2 Month September 2021 - December 2022. Publishing teacher scientific manuscripts in the INVESTIGATION journal is certainly very important. assisting teachers in fulfilling their obligations to journalize their scientific texts, so that they are not constrained in promotion of class or position. The targeted output in this community service activity is the publication of the results of community service activities in national scientific journals with ISSN.

The revised 2013 curriculum requires skill assessment by involving students' characters. In giving an assessment, a teacher performs one unit that cannot be separated from one another between the assessment of skills and the assessment of character in students. With the demands in assessing the 2013 revised Curriculum, the purpose of community service activities is to assist teachers in making character-based skills assessments. The method used in this activity is training and mentoring, with partner schools is Pontianak 11 State Junior High School. There were 32 participants in the training and mentoring activities, while 20 people filled out the response questionnaire. The results of the training showed that the participants involved were very enthusiastic, and followed the activities to completion. Based on the questionnaire given, overall it was found that the mastery of the teacher on character-based skills assessment was 85.75% with good categories. In detail, the character aspects of the 2013 curriculum are 91.75%, and the skills assessment is 79.75% the teacher states that they master well.

The level of education of PAUD teachers in Bogor Regency is still a lot of only junior high school or high school graduates, not meeting the National Education Standards, PAUD learning is still focused on learning to read and write arithmetic (calistung), assistance to institutions provided by the local government still does not meet the needs of the number of institutions existing PAUD. This study aims to determine the policy of the Bogor Regency Education Office in Improving the Quality of PAUD Education. This research approach with qualitative methods and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The policy of the Bogor Regency Education Office in improving the quality of PAUD has been carried out to the maximum in the competence of its teachers by providing education and training as well as providing incentive assistance to honorary teachers although it is carried out in stages. The implementation of PAUD policies always synergizes and partners with organizations/institutions whose members are managers and educators. Obstacles in implementing policies in Bogor Regency are still constrained in human resources, namely the number of inspectors as PAUD supervisors is not balanced with existing PAUD institutions. This community service is carried out together with the Gayo Lues District Education Office. The purpose of this activity is to improve the speed counting skills and junior high school teachers in Gayo Lues, so that each teacher can become an agent of change in improving students' fast counting skills. The implementation of the activity began with a pre-test, discussion of partner problems, mentoring and training, review and evaluation by giving rewards to participants who get the best score. The results of the initial pre-test showed that the math teachers' ability to count quickly in Gayo Lues district was still low, where only 22.5% of the teachers were able to solve the questions according to the time given. However, after training and mentoring, more teachers were able to solve quick arithmetic questions according to the set time (75%). Although the level of accuracy is still low.

Salo Palai Village is one of the villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan which has the superior commodity of pepper 'Malonan'. Pepper land in Salo Palai Village reaches 169 ha with a productivity of 1.9 tons/ha. The pepper harvest is sold in granular form at a price of IDR 30,000.00/kg and there is no product diversification, such as pepper powder. This is what makes there is no increase in the selling value of pepper that has been produced by farmers. Community service activities in the marketing of powder pepper are expected to be an effort to provide an understanding of the importance of product diversification as an effort to increase selling value. The methods used are tutoring and training. This activity results the pepper powder products in packaged bottles with labels, which are expected to increase values.
