The purpose of the study was to compare the physical fitness variable of 15-19 years of urban and rural area of Gandhinagar district Gujarat in relation to their age. To fulfill the objective of the study 40 School level Volleyball player (20 each) players of Gandhinagar was selected. The age of the selected subjects ranged from 15 to 19 years. Only (Standing Board Jump and 50 yard dash tests) were used to measures the selected physical fitness variables of the players. The study was delimited to AAPHER youth fitness test. In order to analyze the data t-test was used to analyze the data and investigator observed the significant different between Rural and Urban School level Volleyball players of Gandhinagar district Gujarat.

Physical fitness is ability to perform the activity or activities without feeling tired excessively. Physical fitness associated with a person`s organs to carry out its tasks properly every day without experiencing significant fatigue. In a child’s mental retardation with a les mobile lifestyle that will affect his physical fitness. The purpose of this study to determine which type of gymnastic exercise better to the physical fitness on the students in Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa Kuncup Bunga Denpasar.This research used experimental method using Randomized study Pre and Post Test Group Design. The subjects in this study were students in Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa Kuncup Bunga Denpasar. There were 18 students which is divided into two groups: group-1 is senam penguins and group-2 is senam ria anak Indonesia. Data were obtained after a six-week training analyzed by paired t-test and unpaired t-test.The results of physical fitness test before training with Senam Penguins was 23.39 ± 1.69 and the test results after the training was 27.87 ± 3.28. the physical fitness test in group-2 before training with Senam Ria anak Indonesia was 22.69 ± 1.76 and the results after training was 24.64 ± 2.11. Paired t-test in both group before and after training showed significant differences after training in group-1 and group-2 with a value of p > 0.05 with an increase in physical fitness test results of (19.15) in group-1 and (8.64) in group-2. The percentage increase physical fitness test results of group-1 with senam penguins is higher than those in group-2 with senam ria anak Indonesia.So we can conclude that the training of senam penguin in Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa Kuncup Bunga Denpasar improved the physical fitness test results higher than senam ria anak Indonesia.

The objective of the present study was to compare the level of anxiety and difference between the rural and urban college students on the basis of dimensions of anxiety. A total number of 120 college students (Rural – 60 and Urban – 60) were selected from two Junior colleges in both rural and urban areas of Odisha State. In the present study, Sinha Anxiety Scale (1991) was used to collect the data. The obtained data was analysed by using ‘t’ test to find out the significant difference between rural and urban college students. Results revealed that in majority dimensions of anxiety, rural college students have more anxiety compared to urban college students

The research aimed at comparing some physical fitness components (stamina, explosive strength, transitional speed, agility, etc) in players applying for the national center of gifted in taekwondo, wrestling, and boxing aged (10 – 15) years old. The researcher used the descriptive method on (107) divided (26) for taekwondo, (43) for wrestling, (34) for boxing. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that players applying for taekwondo, wrestling and judo had no significant differences. On the other hand, there are significant differences in stamina, transitional speed, and explosive strength. In general, athletes applying for boxing surpassed other athletes in all physical abilities.

Objective of study was to assess data the six factors composite physical fitness test on school going boy’s students. Methods for the study, 100 boys were randomly selected from govt. school of Delhi govt. at age ranging from 15 to 18 years.  The study was conducted by using six factors composite physical test. Descriptive statistics was employed to find out the results of the study.  Physical fitness was measured with the best timing was rated in seconds. Results the result depicted in Descriptive Statistics of boys at school level” indicates the mean, confidence interval, skewness, kurtosis, range and standard deviation. The lower bound shows the true significance and significance correction and through Q-Q plot the (graphical presentation) to values in normal distribution to evident in found the selected physical fitness test for 100 school going boys were Mean- 40.3072/39.0291, Std. Deviation-2.51278/2.78882, Std. Error Mean- 2.5128/2.7888 respectively. That paired correlation is .56. There is an average value of test score and Significant at 0.05 level of significance. The Table no.-5 to indicate paired differences of variable being tested and order the subtraction was found out. The standard error 0.24799 and computing both the test statistic and the upper and lower bounds of 95%confidence interval. The depicts value of the paired sample t- test of boys which was found to be statistically significantly at 0.05 level of significance. The aim of the research is to compare the results of 2nd class football referees with 3rd class football referees in physical fitness test Yo – Yo test. In addition to that the researcher aimed at finding the differences in distances covered in yo – yo tests. the subjects were (15) 2nd class football referee and (15) 3rd class football referees. The researcher concluded that there are weaknesses in speed stamina especially in 3rd class football referees.

The modern level of development of volleyball demands high-quality approach to physical fitness of the player. The efficiency of educational and training process and effectiveness of game activity of the volleyball player depends on his overall, technical and tactical and psychological physical conditioning. There is no effective technique considering specific features of players when training college teams now. During the main training time of the training process, much attention is paid to the technical and tactical actions of the player. For general and special physical training of volleyball players special conditions and additional training time are necessary. The lack of such conditions in most student volleyball teams significantly reduces the game result as a whole. In search of a way out of the current problem, we have developed a method of education of physical capable taking into account the peculiarities of game actions of volleyball players. On the basis of the individual approach, and taking into account the training conditions of the male team of OGU, a program of general and special physical training was drawn up for each volleyball player, depending on his playing function on the site. At the final stage of our experiment, the player 's physical and special-physical preparedness rates increased markedly. The level of endurance of anaerobic character, jump endurance, high-speed endurance of attacking players, “libero,” defenders increased by 30%. The level of speed and speed-force abilities of volleyball players with different game role increased from 25–37 %. The obtained data of the study showed that the use of the technique developed by us of physical preparation of volleyball player significantly improved physical preparation of each player with different roles, and performance of the team as a whole.Key words: volleyball, physical fitness, player role.

The research objective was to determine the physical condition of Club Caroline volleyball players and Lubuklinggau City Club JVC in 2018. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were male volleyball players Club Caroline and Lubuklinggau City Club JVC with all 45 players, consisting of 25 Club Caroline players and 20 Club JVC players. The sample in this study amounted to 45 players, which were taken using total sampling technique. The results of this study explained that the explosive strength of leg muscles possessed by Caroline club volleyball players averaged 108.23 categorized as Enough, while the average explosive power level the limbs owned by JVC club volleyball players are 115.18 categorized Good. Furthermore, the endurance test results possessed by Carolin club volleyball players an average of 32.6 are categorized sufficient, while the average endurance level possessed by Caroline Club volleyball players is 37.7 categorized as moderate. Conclusion, the explosive strength of limb muscles of the Caroline club volleyball player is categorized enough and the explosive strength of the leg muscles of the JVC club players is categorized as good. The durability of Caroline's club volleyball players is categorized enough and those possessed by JVC Club volleyball players are categorized as being moderate. Furthermore, the speed of Caroline club volleyball players and JVC is good. Whereas the agility of the Caroline club players is categorized as good and the agility of the JVC club volleyball players is categorized as Moderate. Furthermore, the abdominal muscle strength of club volleyball players Caroline and JVC entered the Good category. Keywords: Physical Condition, Bolavoli

This paper aims to study the achievement motivation and personality of high school students in relation to the type of urban and rural area. The study was conducted on 120 students (60 boys 60 girls) studying in high schools selected purposively from Jalgaon district of Maharashtra state. Intact classes of VIII to X were taken from the four schools. For the collection of necessary information investigator used Personality Inventory (M.P.I.) by Jalota, S.S. and Kapoor, S.D. (1975) (Hindi Version). And Achievement Motivation Test by Gopal Rao (1974). To find the significance of difference between the various groups ‘t’ test was applied. Results indicated that rural and urban area high school students differ significantly on Personality but gender wise and area wise students do not differ significantly on achievement motivation.
