This study aims to determine whether SEHATI credit cooperatives have implemented good and correct cooperative management in an effort to improve SHU (remaining operating results). This study took primary data in a questionnaire that was distributed to members. At SEHATI Cooperative, the focus is on the East Jakarta cakung branch office cooperative with 265 active members. The data were then analyzed using the Validity and Reliability Test, and the Coefficient of Determination Test, the t Test, to test the research hypothesis. Based on the T test, the influence of cooperative management together has a positive effect on residual business results. Y).

Audit of financial statements is the most recognized services than other services, also referred to as traditional services. This service is a service that is often used by parties outside the company to assess the company and make decisions relating to the company. In this case the financial statement is the basis for decision making. Financial Lapoaran influenced by the materiality level, because materiality helps the auditor to gather sufficient evidence for the reliability of a financial statement. The title of this research Influence Factors Auditor Professionalism and Professional Ethics On The Level Examination Materiality in Financial Reporting. Type of research is descriptive. The population in this study is the auditor who worked on the Public Accounting Firm ( KAP ) in the city of Semarang. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, and the type of primary data. Analysis techniques in this study using a test testing data quality, validity, and reliability testing. Covers the classical assumption normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis testing, regression test, t-test, f and testing the coefficient of determination ( R2 ). Based on the analysis, t-test ( partial ) variable social obligations significance value 0.084 and 0.086 significance value professional ethics do not have a significant effect on the level of materiality, while the variable devotion to the profession with a significance value of 0.017, with a significance value of 0.007 independence, confidence in the profession with values 0.005 significance and relationship with peers significance value of 0.002 has a significant influence on the level of materiality and test results F ( simultaneous ) variable devotion to the profession, social responsibility, self-reliance, confidence in the profession, relationships with colleagues and professional ethics with a value of 0,000 collectively sigifikasi same effect on the level of materiality. Dedication to the profession , self-reliance, confidence in the profession, relationships peers, and professional ethics considerations affect the materiality level so as to produce quality financial statements.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on Village Fund Management (DD) in Ponorogoregency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the type of data, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study was conducted on villages in Pulung and Ngebel Subdistricts, this is because the two sub-districts were not on time in submitting the Realization Report on the Use of DD in the 2017 Budget year to Ponorogoregency DPMD. The population of this study is the Village Chief, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Kasi Development, Kasi Community Empowerment, and Chairman of the BPD. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. Based on the population and the sample determination method obtained 156 respondents. Effects of Transparency, Community Participation, and Accountability on DD Management in Ponorogoregency using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Test the quality of the data used is the test of validity and reliability. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, namely transparency, has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The second hypothesis of community participation has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogoregency. The third hypothesis of accountability has a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.Regency. The fourth hypothesis obtained results that transparency, community participation, and accountability had a significant positive effect on DD management in Ponorogo.This was supported by the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers and real conditions in the field. Kata kunci :   Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas, Pengelolaan   Dana Desa.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion on trust and satisfaction on the loyality of college student  in the STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. This study is a survey. The data is primary data taken by sampling method, as many as 128 respondents. Data analyzed with validity and reliability test, partial test ( t test ), simultaneously test ( F test ), R-square and path analysis. T test result shows that : physical evidenc is significant positive effect on satisfaction, location is insignific tangibels is significant positive effect on trust, reliability is significant positive effect on trust, responsiveness is significant positive effect on trust, assurance is insignificant negative effect on trust, emphaty is significant positive  effect on trust, promotion is significant positive effect on trust, tangible is significant positive effect on satisfaction, reliability is significant positive effect on satisfaction, responsivveness is significant positive effect on satisfaction, assurance is significant positive effect on satisfaction, emphaty is insignificant positive  effect on satisfaction,promotion is insignificant negative effect on satisfaction, tangibel is significant positive effect on loyality, reliability is insignificant positive effect on loyality, responsivveness is insignificant positive  effect on loyality, assurance is insignificant positive effect on loyality, emphaty is insignificant negative effect on loyality, promotion is significant positive effect on loyality, trust is significant positive effect on loyality, satisfaction is significant positive effect on loyality. F test result shows that simultaneously tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion, trust and satisfaction has significant positive effect on the performance. R-square test result shows that  92,9 % variation of loyality can be explained by tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion, trust and satisfaction the remaining 7,1% is explained by other factors out of the model. Based on a total leverage to improve loyality will be more effective if through increased promotion.  Keywords : tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty,  promotion, trust, satisfaction and loyality

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of physical evidence, location,and  image  on satisfaction on the loyality  of  college student  in the STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. Data analyzed with validity and reliability test, partial test ( t test ), simultaneously test ( F test ), R-square and path analysis. T test result shows that : physical evidenc is significant positive  effect on satisfaction, location is insignificant positive effect on satisfaction,  image    is insignificant positive effect on satisfaction, physical evidenc is significant positive  effect on loyality, location is insignificant positive effect on loyality,  image    is insignificant negatie  effect on loyality, satisfaction is significant positive effect on loyality. F test result shows that simultaneously physical evidence, location,and  image  has significant positive effect on the performance.  R-square test result shows that  84,7  % variation of loyality can be explained by physical evidence, location,  image,and satisfaction  the remaining 15,3% is explained by other factors out of the model. The path analysis show : the direct effect of  physical evidence on loyality variables is smaller  than the indirect effect of physical evidence on loyality by mediating satisfaction. The development of business through internet media is increasing, along with the increasing of Internet users in the world especially in Indonesia. Advertising is a factor that is quite important in attracting the Purchace interest of the consumer in this research is Tokopedia in the city of Palembang. Advertising is any form of non-personal communication and promotion of ideas, products or services that are paid for by certain sponsors or that have not yet been identified in order to create consumer buying interest. While buying interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take actions related to the purchase. In this research, the object of research is Tokopedia consumers in Palembang. The sampling method uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia application users in the city of Palembang. the number of samples was 349 respondents. The test is carried out in three stages, namely the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the hypothesis test The results of this research indicate that advertising has a positive effect on consumer buying interest of Tokedia in Palembang, it can be seen from the regression test results Y = 4,571 + 0.821 + e. If seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 80% consumer buying interest can be explained by advertising. While 20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research such as discounts, brand image, price, availability of goods and others.

<p><em>The objectives of this Final Report are to analyze and to obtain empirical evidences on the effect of brand image, service performance, portfolio services, and physical evidences towards customers satisfaction of “BTN Batara” Savings Account at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office. </em></p><p><em>The population of this Final Report is all of the customers at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office. The sampling technique uses the Random Sampling Method amounting to 100 customers. The data used in this Final Report is the primary data obtained throough the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis model uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use F Test, Coefficient of Determination (R<sup>2</sup>), and t Test.</em></p><em>The Results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of brand image, service performance, portfolio services, and physical evidences simultaneously have a significant effect towards customers satisfaction at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office. Partially, variable of brand image and physical evidences each have positive and significant effects towards customers satisfaction at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office. Meanwhile, variable of service performance does not have positive effect nor it is not significant. While portfolio services have positive effect but it is not significant towards customers satisfaction at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Semarang Branch Office.</em>

This study aims to know the effect of discipline, emotional intelligence and communication to employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was all 35 employees of the Wiladeg Gunungkidul Village Hall. Data analysis method used multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability, hypothesis testing (T test and F test) and test the coefficient of determination. The result of this study concluded that based on regression analysis obtained the following equation Y =  0,123 + 0,120X1 + 0,066X2 + 0,364X3 + e. Based on the hypothesis testing, the F test is known that joinly (simultaneously) variable discipline, emotional intelligence and communication significant effect on employee performance. The result of the t test (partial testing), variable discipline, emotional intelligence  and communication has significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study against the background by increasing the competition in the industry sandals and shoes inIndonesia. This affects the sales of sandals and shoes Bata. This study also aims to analyze and test the effect of brandassociation, perceived quality and lifestyle of purchase intention Bata sandals and shoes Kuningan branch. Then analysisof data obtained using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability, datanormality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesistesting through t test and F, as well as the coefficient of determination (R ²). Qualitative analysis is the interpretationof the data obtained in the study and the results of data processing that has been carried out by members of descriptionand explanation. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the variables of brand association and perceived quality issignificantly positive effect on purchase intention. Figures adjusted R2 of 0.585 indicates that 58.5% variable purchaseintention can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the rest of 41.5% isexplained by other variables outside three variables used in this study.

Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Branch Office of Kudus. </em></p><p><em>The population of this research is all of the customers at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Branch Office of Kudus. The sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling Method amounting to 100 customers. The data used in this research is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis model uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use the Statistical F Test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and statistical t-Test.</em></p><em>The results of t test are obtained the effect of variable responsiveness, assurance and empathy that significantly influence customer satisfaction of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Kudus Branch Office. Meanwhile reliability and tangible have no significant effect. In F test, it is found that the dimension of ATM Service quality tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant effect on the satisfaction of customers</em> of <em>the Central Java Regional Development Bank of the Branch Office</em>
