This work pays attention to the supporting factors of professional improvement of Islamic kindergarten teachers. With a descriptive qualitative method, this research shows that the improvement of professionalism was supported by the internal factors as work enthusiasm, character, and loyalty. Whereas the supports of colleagues, families, government notices, and profession demand, thoughtfulness to the environment, and the spirit of educating children became external factors supporting the efforts.

Tax liability represents accrued taxes including administrative sanctions in the form of interest, penalty or increment stipulated in tax assessment letters or similar letters under the provisions of the transitional tax laws. Implementation of tax liability in Bitung City is caused by external factors of taxpayers and internal factors of the fiskus (Tax Officers). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tax repayment in KPP Pratama Bitung. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using ratio of effectiveness ratio. The results of the researchand analysis show that the repayment of tax debt in KPP Pratama Bitung can be seen from the year 2013, 2014, 2015 the realization of the tax debt repayment did not reach the target and ini 2016, 2017 the realization of the debt repayment past the expected target. Based on the results of the analysis, the repayment of tax debt in KPP Pratama Bitung in 2013 is quite effetive, 2014 and 2015 ineffective, 2016 and 2017 are very effective..Keywords: Effectiveness, Tax Payable

<em>Recitation of the Al-Qur'an in Nagari Lawang Mandahiling, Kec. Salimpaung Kab. Tanah Datar West Sumatra is one of the branches of the Majelis Panjang Al-Qur'an Padang Panjang which is attended by the elderly who are usually known as the second group who are not much involved in intelligence activities such as memorizing the Qur'an. But in this study the researchers found that the elderly who participated in the study of the Al-Qur'an Council had been actively involved in the activities of studying the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an, memorizing and understanding it since 2014. This descriptive qualitative study aims to find out activities, secrets and factors underlying the ability of the elderly who are 60 years old and above in memorizing the Qur'an. Their activities are divided into six parts, namely the tahfidz preparation stage with motivation and tausiyah from the supervisor, then individual activities, daily activities, weekly activities, monthly activities and khataman activities for participants who have memorized one juz and are ready to perform the Qur’an memorization to the supervisor and pilgrims. The number of participants who have studied were six. Even though they have gone through the Khataman activities, this activity is not the end of the Tahfidz activity because they are still required to repeat their Qur’an memorization and increase their memory. The secret and the biggest factor that underlies the achievement of the Qur'anic verses in the elderly are internal factors in the form of the desire for old age to be filled with useful things and great rewards, love of the Qur'an, calm when interacting with the Qur'an and memorizing it, the desire to increase remembrance both in prayer or outside prayer, and faith and belief in the hereafter, in addition to other supporting external factors. </em>

ABSTRAK Bagi guru aqidah akhlak, melaksanakan kinerjanya dengan baik dapat mempermudah proses pembentukan akhlaq, sehingga peserta didik mampu memiliki kemampuan di bidang kognitif, psikomotorik dan afektif. Pembentukan akhlak telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh guru aqidah akhlak, tetapi masih ada pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan peserta didik melakukan pelanggaran di sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara tentang kinerja guru aqidah akhlaq dan peserta didik. Penelitian lapangan ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yang bersumber pada data primer, yaitu data yang langsung diperoleh dari guru aqidah akhlak dan peserta didik, dan data skunder yaitu data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung yaitu melalui media perantara atau dari pihak lain, seperti kepala sekolah dan dewan guru yang lain. Data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa secara induktif, yakni dengan cara mengidentifikasi hal yang bersifat khusus lalu ditarik menjadi kesimpulan yang bersifat umum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih ada pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Pelanggaran ini di sebabkan oleh faktor internal dari peserta didik itu sendiri dan faktor eksternal yang berasal dari lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: akhlakul karimah, madrasah aliyah, siswa ABSTRACT For teachers aqidah akhlak, implement good performance can simplify the process of formation of morality, so that learners are able to have the ability in the field of cognitive, psychomotor and affective. Formation of morals has been adhered to by teachers aqidah akhlak, but still there are violations committed by learners. This study aims to determine what factors are causing learners foul in school. Data obtained from this study is by observation, documentation and interview about the performance of teachers and learners. The field research is descriptive qualitative which is based on primary data, ie data obtained directly from the teacher aqidah akhlak and learners, and secondary data is data obtained indirectly, namely through media intermediaries or from other parties, such as principals and teachers' board another. The data obtained is then analyzed inductively, by way of identifying things that are special and then pulled into general conclusions. The results of this study showed that there were violations committed by students. This violation is caused by internal factors of learners themselves and the external factors are derived from the family, school and community. Keyword: karimah akhlakul, madrasah aliyah, student

This study aims to determine both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations that encourage librarians to take part in the 2019 Training For Trainers (TOT) training activities which are held for 20 days and are followed by librarians who have entered the age above fifty years. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study were 30 librarians taken by total sampling. The data needed is obtained by interview and direct observation in the field. The results of the study, as many as 18 respondents (60%) conveyed the motivation to follow TOT derived from internal factors, from these internal factors as many as 18 respondents (60%) claimed to want to improve their insights and skills about librarian training, as for external factors because they wanted to get SIM / legality to teach librarian technical / functional training recognized by 16 respondents (53%). In conclusion, the strongest motivation behind the librarian following the 2019 Training For Trainers (TOT) training activity was the need to add insight and skills to become library trainers / instructors, in addition to getting legality in teaching technical / functional librarian training. This  research aims to study the teenagers interest toward punk community. Having qualitative method with interview, observation, and documentation, this research involved six respondents from the oi and skinhead community. Result shows internal and external factors in which internal factors are need for freedom, need for existence, identity crisis and influencing each others. Meanwhile external factors are unharmonious relationship with their family, peer influence and interest toward rock punk musi and punk make up.

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy at King cafe. This research was tested using SWOT analysis by identifying various internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats). A good business strategy is needed to deal with increasingly complex and competitive business competition. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in research carried out by interview then analyzed by SWOT. The type of data consists of primary and secondary data. The results of the research from the descriptive methodology of  SWOT analysis can be obtained by the matrix value of 2.97 internal factors and the value of the matrix of 2.83 external factors. The cafe business that is being run is in cell number five (growth), which is a situation where the organization experiences a period of growth, both in sales, asset profit, or a combination of the three. From the results of the Cartesian diagram, that the King Cafe Business is in quadrant I (one), which is an aggressive strategy

This study is to know the students’ difficulty in doing the TOEFL prediction test, especially the listening section in ITB AAS Indonesia. This study uses descriptive qualitative research by using a questionnaire. The result shows that the students’ difficulty in doing TOEFL listening both external and internal factors. In external factors, include: 1) the speaker's accent (75.5 %), 2) the speakers’ speed (75.9 %), 3) the speakers’ intonation/emphasis (73 %), 4) the speakers’ pause in pronouncing a sentence (70.3 %), 5) the choice of words and foreign terms conveyed by the speaker (71 %), 6) the sentence structure conveyed by the speaker is too complex (54.8 %), 7) audio interruption causes the audio sounds less/unclear (54.8 %). In internal factors, include: 1) 64.3 % of students do not have previous experience doing TOEFL test, 2) 58.5 % of students have lack of practice in TOEFL listening, 3) 78.8 % of students have limited time in doing TOEFL listening test, 4) 62.2 % of students feel a lot of listening questions which consist of 50 questions, 5) 76.2 % of students do not have hearing impairment in listening, 6) 51 % of students have memory limitations when listening to TOEFL, 7) 48.1 % of students lack of motivation and enthusiasm, 8) 52.7 % of students lack of concentration or focus, 9) 53.5 % of students have limited mastery of foreign/unfamiliar vocabularies, 10) 47.3 % of students feel boredom when listening, 11) 56 % of students feel easily distracted by sounds or other things, 12) 51 % of students tend to translate any foreign vocabularies when listening, 13) 52.7 % of students have trouble catching or finding keywords, 14) 44.4 % of students are busy along with other activities when listening, such as playing writing instruments, taking notes or doing other things. Keywords: Listening, TOEFL, TOEFL Prediction Test

In running business poultry broiler, Rancamaya Farm faces many obstacles. Especially is not being able to meet all demand that there are (excess demand). The demand for chicken broiler currently reached 400.783, can be met by Rancamaya Farm is a 288.194. Along with the high education and people's income, then the demand for chicken broiler will progressively increase. This led to opportunities developed farms will increase anyway. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal and external factors Rancamaya Farm as well as formulate strategies in developing his business. This research uses the qualitative method, as for the quantitative of with regard to internal factors (IFE) matrix, external factors (EFE) Matrix and internal-external (IE). After that, it was back in the analysis using the matrix Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) and architecture strategy. Respondents used in these studies amounted to 7 persons, with consideration of the respondents understand the external and internal condition of the company. The results of this research indicate that the position is located in Rancamaya Farm II which gives recommendations to grow and develop. The strategy that best suits your Rancamaya Farm is a strategy of intensive (market penetration, market development, and product development) or integrative (integration, integration of the back, and the horizontal integration). The results of the SWOT analysis produces 8 business strategic alternatives for Rancamaya Farm which is then poured into 18 work program needs to be done within a period of five years.

Abstract: This paper aims to uncover the management of improving the quality of Tarbiyah Faculty lecturers at UIN Malang about why and how universities conduct management to improve the quality of lecturers related to Tri Dharma. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach of naturalistic inquiry. There are three dominant factors that influence the quality of the Tarbiyah Faculty lecturers at UIN Malang choosing the management of improving the quality of lecturers, namely internal factors, external factors, and the leader's excellence factors which then have divine, natural, human, scientific and global characteristics. The fundamental reason for the Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Malang to choose management to improve the quality of lecturers is to realize the big ideals of making UIN Malang as the center of Islamic civilization with the power of solidity of faith, spiritual depth, majesty of knowledge, breadth of knowledge, and professional maturity. Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap manajemen peningkatan kualitas dosen Fakultas Tarbiyah UIN Malang tentang mengapa dan bagaimana PTIN melakukan manajemen peningkatan kualitas dosen terkait dengan Tri Dharma PTIN. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif denagn pendekatan studi kasus bersifat inquiry naturalistik. Ada tiga faktor dominan yang memengaruhi kualitas dosen Fakultas Tarbiyah UIN Malang memilih manajemen peningkatan kualitas dosen, yaitu faktor internal, faktor eksternal, dan faktor keunggulan pemimpin yang selanjutnya memiliki karakteristik ilahiyah, alamiah, insaniyah, ilmiah, serta global. Alasan mendasar Fakultas Tarbiyah UIN Malang memilih manajemen peningkatan kualitas dosen ialah ingin mewujudkan cita-cita besar yaitu menjadikan UIN Malang sebagai pusat peradaban Islam dengan kekuatan kekokohan aqidah, kedalaman spritual, keagungan ahlak, keluasan ilmu, dan kematangan profesional

The problem behind this research is that students’ difficulty in writing the letters ofthe Arabic alphabet and connecting letters to a word. The purpose of this researchis to find out the factors that cause students difficulties in writing Arabic alphabetletters. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research design with acase study approach.The results of the research has shows that students were stillvery difficult in writing Arabic alphabet. The student’s category of difficulty is thedifficulty in writing the letters of the Arabic alphabet either standing or straying,and the placement of the letters is still wrong. Then the letter writing which isconsidered difficult is the letters . د, ذ, س, ش, ص, ض, ط, ظ, ف, ق, م, و, هــ يAs for thecauses of students’ difficulty in writing the letter of the Arabic alphabet, it comesfrom both internal and external factors. Internal factors include students do notmemorize the letters of the Arabic alphabet, lack of talent, interest and motivation.External factors include means and less supportive learning infrastructure, and thelearning methods and media used by the teacher are less varied.
