Objective: This research aims to analyze what factors influence the loyalty of giving infaq members Infaq Da'wah Club and what factors are most dominant among these factors. Methodes: The methodology used in this research is quantitative approach with method. In this research there is one dependent Variable (Variable Y) and 3 Variable Free (Variebel X). Variable Y is Loyalty, Variable X1 Program, Variable X2 Service and Variebel X3 Reporting. Results: Results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis shows Variable X1 (Program Work) has a score of 0.464 to variable Y (Loyalty), Variable X2 (Services) has a score of 0.484 to variable Y (loyalty) and Variable X3 (Reporting) has a score of 0.477 to variable Y (loyalty). This shows the work program, service and reporting done by the manager of Infaq Da'wah Club. Being loyal to give infaq member Infaq Da'wah Club. This is reinforced by result of Fasi 25.816 test which shows variable X1 (Program), X2 (Service), X3 (Reporting) significantly simultaneously to Y (Loyalty). While the t test results from each variable shows a value greater than ɑ- value (0.05) which indicates that variable has an effect on variable Y. Variable X1 with value 2,687 & gt; ɑ-value (0,05), Variable X2 (Service) with value 2,559 & gt; ɑ- value (0,05), Variable X3 (Reporting) with value 3,243 & gt; ɑ-value (0.05), all three of which are partially to variable Y (Loyalty). Thus the program of work, services and financial reports partially to loyalty gives infaq members Infaq Da'wah Club. From the T test results, showing the variable X3 (Reporting) with a value of 3.243 is a factor that loyalty gives infaq members Infaq Da'wah Club. The amount of Adjusted R2 is 0.319, indicating that 31% of loyalty in giving infaq members of the three independent variables namely Work Program, Service and Reporting, while 69% influenced other factors outside this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.


This study aims to look at consumer decisions in subscribing to MNC Vision at PT. MNC Sky Vision Palembang with independent variables of quality research and promotion. The study population was 540 MNC Vision customers in Palembang in 2018. As for the sample, there were 100 customers at the MNC Vision Palembang. This study uses the research method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results it was found that there was a positive and significant influence on the quality and promotion of consumer decisions in influencing consumer decisions to subscribe to MNC Vision.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of tax collection by the forced letter and letter of reprimand against taxpayer compliance at the Tax Office Pratama padang. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of simple regression analysis shows that the coefficient value of letter warning variable is 0,449. The strike variable has a t test value (titung) of 6.863 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect of tax collection with letters of reprimand against taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Padang. The result of simple regression analysis shows that the coefficient value of the forced letter variable is 0.226. The variable of forced letter has a value of t test (titung) of 2.155 with a significance level of 0.035> 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect of tax collection with letters of reprimand against taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Padang. The results of this research also show that the significance value of the F test is 0.000 which has a value less than 0.05. This means that the collection of taxes with letters of reprimand and forced mail together have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Padang. From result of determination test show that coefficient value of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0,442, it means 44,2% taxpayer compliance variable can be explained by tax collection variable with letter of warning and forced letter. While the rest (100% - 44.2% = 55.8%), influenced by other variables associated with taxpayer compliance Keywords: tax collection, letter of reprimand, forced letter, taxpayer compliance

This study aims to determine the effects difference and typical celebrity endorser endorser in the ad-person sampho Clear and determine the effect of typical celebrity endorser-person and endorser of the brand image of products sampho Clear. This study is a survey with a population of m students Muhammadiyah University of Navan user and Clear shampoo sample of 97 respondents. Data analysis using independent sample t test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with t test and F test. The results showed that there are differences in usage and the typical endorser Celebrity endorsers in advertising-person sampho Clear. Based on t test results obtained for 2.976 t count bigger than t table 1.653. celebrity endorser significant effect on brand image Clear shampoo brand. This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Leadership Style, Incentives and Motivation on Employee Work Achievement at the Langsa City Office of Environmental Sanitation (BLHK). The research sample of 45 respondents Officer at the Office (BLHK). The variable used is the dependent variable is Employee Job Performance. while the independent variables are Leadership Style, Incentives and Motivation. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. Hypothesis testing using the F test found that the variables of Leadership Style, Incentives and Motivation have a significant effect together on Employee Job Performance. While the t test or partially states that the variables of Leadership Style, Incentives and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of skills, work stress, communication, and motivation on the performance of the employees of PT. Merak Jaya Beton Mojokerto. The total sample of the study amounted to 55 people. The variables used are skills, work stress, communication, and motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Hypothesis testing used is the simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (T-test). The results of the F test of this study indicate that the variable of skills (X1), work stress (X2), communication (X3), and motivation (X4) simultaneously influence employee performance. While the T test shows the variable of skills (X1), work stress (X2), communication (X3) have no partial effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable (X4) has a partial effect on employee performance.

Understanding consumer behavior is absolutely necessary at this time for the development of the automotive world that is so fast and fast the intensity of competition is getting higher.The research objective was to determine the influence of cultural, social, personal and psychological towards consumer behavior in buying an Avanza car on Auto 2000 Terrain. This study uses linear regression analysis multiple. Results of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method shows that culture (X1), Social (X2), personal (X3) and psychological (X4) jointly and significantly influence cunsomer behavior on the auto 2000 sandpaper field with the regression coefficient X1 (b1)= 0,357, the coefficient regression X2 (b2)=0,298, regression coefficient X3 (b3)= 0,288 and regression coefficient X4 (b4)=0,261. The Fcount test obtained was 94,105 greater than Ftable of 2,47.The t test results show for culture = 6.449, social= 5.794, personal= 4.596 and psychological= 4,728, with Ttable value = 1,985 for the most dominant variable  influuence is the  perception of cultural variabels and the results of the test of determination shows that 79% of the variation in consumer behavior factors is influenceced by the four independent variables , while 21% are other factors that are not researched in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the distribution funds of Zakat Infaq Shadaqah (ZIS), social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure on poverty in Indonesia 2013-2017 period. The sample from this study consisted of ZIS data obtained at the National Alms Agency (known as BAZNAS). Then social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure and the latest poverty data obtained at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). In this research, the method used multiple linear regression analysis by testing classical assumptions. The results of this study are according to the results of the F test that the three independent variables (ZIS, social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure) have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (poverty) by having a significance value of 0,000, which means less than 0.05.Furthermore, it is supported by the results of the T-test that the three independent variables partially have a significant effect on the dependent variable, with a significance value in the ZIS variable was 0,000. Then, social assistance expenditure was 0.025.  The last, subsidy expenditure was 0,000. It means lower than 0.05

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.
