Chemistry learning is faced with problems that emphasize students' difficulty in learning the basic chemistry concepts to become increasingly difficult and less meaningful. Digital literacy can understand chemistry concepts and develop critical thinking skills because digital literacy emphasizes reading, writing, understanding, evaluating, communicating, and using the information in different formats. This research aims to determine the role and urgency of digital literacy for generation Z students in chemistry learning. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were chemistry education students of FSTT of Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika. In this study, there were two types of data; primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected through direct observation and interviews. Secondary data was collected through the literature review. The results showed that digital literacy is needed in chemistry learning by focusing on the needs of Generation Z students in accessing the internet as a medium to promises ease of community connectivity, starting from how to communicate, collaborate, be creative, solve problems, make decisions, and consume information. In chemistry learning, digital technology can help improve chemistry teaching quality in technical, cognitive, and social aspects. Also, digital technology has become necessary in chemistry learning because it can help students learn better with various ICT-enabled features that can motivate understanding of chemistry concepts and reduce cognitive memory load when studying ICT-based chemistry. Thus, digital literacy is urgent for Generation Z students in chemistry learning.

Background: COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) is a contagious infection currently affecting people worldwide, including in Indonesia. The spread of this virus is extremely rapid, and the number of deaths continues to rise. Compliance with the health protocol is one method of preventing the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between generation-Z (gen-Z) knowledge and attitudes toward the use of masks, keeping distance, and washing hands as a means of preventing COVID-19 in religious activities at houses of worship in Palembang. Method: The observational analytic cross-sectional research design with the study's population consists of generation Z members who participate in religious activities in places of worship. The cluster random sampling method yielded 147 respondents. The data collected are primary data obtained directly from the research subjects via a questionnaire and secondary data obtained from the Palembang City Ministry of Religion. They were using the Pearson chi-square test to analyze descriptive data. Results: According to the findings, 79 people (53.7%) out of 147 respondents have good knowledge, while 75 people have a good attitude (51% ). The results obtained a statistically significant p-value of 0.05, indicating a relationship between gene Z knowledge and attitude and adherence to the use of masks, keeping distance, and washing hands. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward COVID-19 infection prevention in Generation Z who participate in religious activities in Palembang City.

This study aims to determine the cause of the low market share of general engineering products at PT PAL Indonesia. Market share analysis is considered important in winning business competition. The study uses qualitative descriptive methods and subject data in the form of opinions, attitudes, experiences or characteristics of a person or group of people who are the research subjects or informants. Source of data used are primary data derived from informant interviews and secondary data derived from supporting documents relevant to the study. To find out the root of the problem using the technique of root causes analysis with the fishbone method and find alternative solutions to the problem with the Delphi method in the form of a questionnaire to the experts. The results of the study explained that the low market share of general engineering products is found in every indicator of fishbone, namely: machine, method, material, manpower, measurement and mother nature. And in the opinion of the experts there is no significant difference of opinion in providing alternative solutions to every problem on the fishbone indicator. So the company can be used in making policies.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Giro Wadiah and Mudharabah deposits on the Net Profit of BRI Syariah. Research carried out by the unit of analysis Islamic Bank BRI in Bekasi. The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection approach. Studies conducted through Primary data is data obtained directly from the research subjects in this case PT. Bank BRI Syariah and secondary data is data obtained from the research literature. The results showed that: (1) changes in demand deposits wadiah significant effect on Net profit in Syariah BRI (2) Changes in deposits mudaraba significant effect on net profit at Syariah BRI (3) Simultaneously Mudharabah Deposits Demand deposits and significant effect on the net profit at Syariah BRI.

The purpose of this study is to describe how the Civil and Political Rights of the Transpuan group in Pangkalpinang City fulfill the Civil and Political Rights and to describe the efforts made by the group in fighting for civil and political rights as citizens. The primary data sources used were observations and in-depth interviews with Transpuan in Pangkalpinang City regarding the class struggle of the Transpuan group in Pangkalpinang City as marginal groups. At the same time, the secondary data are books, journals, theses from previous research, and internet sources relevant and related to the research focus. The research subjects who will be informants are Transpuan in Pangkalpinang City, Transpuan from Pangkalpinang City and its surroundings, and Transpuan from outside the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The results of this study state that the fulfillment of the civil rights of Transpuan in Pangkalpinang City by the government has not been fully implemented.

<p>The Commercial Court is a special court within the General Courts. This<br />Commercial Court has the authority to accept, examine and adjudicate the case for<br />an application for bankruptcy statements, request for a delay in the obligation to pay<br />debts (PKPU), other claims and intellectual property rights (IPR).This study aims to<br />determine the scope of duties and authority of the Commercial Court, the legal<br />standing of Creditors and Debtors after the dispute has been decided by Hakim<br />Niaga and has permanent legal force and the implementation of the execution at the<br />Commercial Court. The approach method used in this research is sociological<br />juridical with the Semarang City research area, especially the Semarang<br />Commercial Court. The research subjects included those involved in the proceedings<br />at the Semarang Commercial Court. Primary data and secondary data are obtained<br />through field surveys and literature studies.Based on the research and analysis<br />results, it is known that the scope of duties and authority of the Commercial Court is<br />to accept, examine and decide on the case for an application for bankruptcy<br />statements, postponement of the obligation to pay debts (PKPU), other claims and<br />cases included in the field of intellectual property rights (IPR).The legal standing of<br />the parties is that for the Debtor after being declared bankrupt by the Commercial<br />Court Judge, he loses the right to manage the bankrupt assets owned by him, but the<br />Debtor's civil rights as a person (personrechi) is not lost.Regarding the execution of<br />the Commercial Court that is still guided by the provisions of HI R / RBg as the<br />execution of civil cases in the District Court, this is because Law No. 4 of 1998 has<br />not been regulated separately. Especially for the execution of the forged Brand case,<br />the mark of the falsified goods / products is carried out at the Directorate General of<br />Trademark, Copy and Patent of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights in Jakarta</p>

This study aims to describe the local wisdom of the Kaili da’a Tribe in managing agricultural land in Dombu Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. This research is descriptive qualitative, the research subjects in this study are the people of the Kaili da’a Tribe in Dombu village with the key informant of the Kaili da’a tribal chief, the types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods through observation and interviews. Qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the cultivation of agricultural land is carried out traditionally in accordance with the local wisdom of the Kaili da’a Tribe, while the management of agricultural land of the Kaili da’a Tribe includes: 1) Preparation includes customary council meetings and traditional ceremonies, 2) Land Opening, 3) Plowing of Land, 4) Land Harvesting, 5) Basic Fertilization.

Penulisan tesis mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategiyang digunakan oleh Drumblek Gempar, kemudian menganalisis faktor internal daneksternal serta memformulasikan strategi pengelolaan musik perkusi Drumblek Gempar.Metode penelitian mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan Drumblek Gempar ditentukan oleh empatlangkah yaitu, menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari lokasi penelitian, objek penelitian, dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yangterdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data skunder. Ketiga,menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dankelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukananalisis data dan metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasilpenelitian pertama berdasarkan matriks IE strategi pengelolaan pada drumblek Gemparmelalui matriks IE menunjukan pada posisi IV yaitu Growth and Build, strategi umum yangdigunakan adalah sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Keduaberdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT menunjukan kuadran I Expansion, yaitu bahwa situasiyang sangat baik karena ada kekuatan yang dimanfaatkan untuk meraih peluang yangmenguntungkan. Hal tersebut mengarah pada variabel kekuatan poin tertinggi yaitudrumblek Gempar merupakan drumblek tertua yang ada di Salatiga. Lalu pada variabelpeluang poin tertinggi yaitu sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Thesis writing on Management Strategy aims to identify the strategies used by drumblekGempar, then analyze the internal and external factors and formulate a drumblekpercussion management strategy Gempar. The method of research on drumblekmanagement strategy Gempar determined by four steps, namely, determine the scope ofresearch consisting of research sites, research objects, and research subjects. The secondstep performs data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collectionand secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors:internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats).The last step is to analyze data and the method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis. The first result based on IE matrix management strategy on drumblek Gempar through IE matrix shows in position IV that is Growth and Build, general strategy used is as appeal of Salatiga City through drumblek art.

The current number of internet users in Indonesia has exceeded 50% of the total population, with an average expenditure of IDR 6.5 million per annum for online shopping. The value of e-commerce has reached US$ 87.8 or 52% of the e-commerce market in Southeast Asia. On the one hand, the development of digital lifestyle and digital technology-based industries has become a necessity, but on the other hand, it will become “a serious threat” for traditional and conventional businesses as a result of changes in consumer shopping characteristics, that is, fast, practical, and inexpensive. Millennial generation is very familiar with digital technology and becomes potential target to increase market share. This research is categorized as qualitative research with positive paradigm. This research uses primary data and secondary data with the focus on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the behavior of consumers as internet (smartphone) users. The results show that there are still some problems with regulation, collaboration, and infrastructure that need to be addressed so as not to hamper the growth of the digital economy and the stability of the financial system in Indonesia.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a very vital role in the development and economic growth. In the history of the Indonesian nation's economy, SMEs as a support of the national economy. To make SMEs rise in class, a strategy is needed where one of them is the use of digital economic literacy. Development of digital-based SMEs needs to be done digital literacy so that when SMEs are able to utilize digital technology it will increase revenues by up to 80%. At present, the number of SMEs in Indonesia reaches 62,922,617 units of which the highest number is in the Micro Scale 62,106,900 business units (98.70%) with Small Business 757,090 units (1.20%), and Medium Enterprises 58,627 units (0 , 09%). This research was aimed at toanalyze the Go Online SMEs Movement program launched by the government from 2017 until now, even for the future this program will be launched. The research was conducted with a qualitative content analysis method in which primary data online portal research through the Google search engine. Whereas secondary data were obtained from government publications about the Go Online SMEs Movement program. Research shows that only 36% of SMEs in Indonesia is still struggling with conventional marketing. Meanwhile, 37% of SMEs only have basic online marketing capacity such as computer and broadband access. The remaining 18% of SMEs have medium online capacity because they can use websites and social media. Only 9% have digital marketing capacity that can be categorized as sophisticated. The study recommended the importance of the government conducting intensive socialization of the Go Online SMEs Movement. In fact, it must also be at the level of assistance for SMEs. SMEs must be the main players in the development of the digital economy in Indonesia. Collaboration between government and e-commerce is carried out continuously to make Indonesia the Digital Energy of Asia by 2020.Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran yang sangat vital di dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam sejarah perekonomian bangsa Indonesia,  UMKM sebagai penopang perekonomian nasional. Untuk menjadikan UMKM naik kelas, dibutuhkan strategi dimana salah satunya adalah penggunaan literasi digital ekonomi. Pengembangan UMKM berbasis digital perlu dilakukan literasi digital sehingga ketika UMKM mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital akan meningkatkan penerimaan hingga 80%. Saat ini, jumlah UMKM di Indonesia mencapai 62.922.617 unit dimana dari jumlah tersebut terbanyak di Skala Mikro 62.106.900 unit usaha (98,70%) dengan Usaha Kecil 757.090 unit (1,20%), dan Usaha Menengah 58.627 unit (0,09%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganisis program Gerakan UMKM Go Online yang diluncurkan pemerintah sejak tahun 2017 sampai dengan sekarang, bahkan untuk masa yang akan datang program ini akan terus diluncurkan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode analisis isi kualitatif dimana data primer penelitian portal online melalui mesin pencari Google. Sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari publikasi pemerintah mengenai program Gerakan UMKM Go Online. Hasil peneitian menunjukkan hanya 36% UMKM di Indonesia masih berkutat dengan pemasaran konvensional. Sedangkan, 37% UMKM hanya memiliki kapasitas pemasaran online yang bersifat mendasar seperti akses komputer dan broadband. Sisanya, sebesar 18% UMKM memiliki kapasitas online menengah karena dapat menggunakan website dan medsos. Hanya 9% saja yang memiliki kapasitas pemasaran digital yang bisa dikategorikan canggih. Penelitian merekomendasikan pentingnya pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi secara intensif mengenai Gerakan UMKM Go Online. Bahkan, juga harus pada tataran pendampingan pada pelaku UMKM. UMKM harus menjadi pemain utama dari perkembangan ekonomi digital di Indonesia. Kolaborasi antara pemerintahan dan e-commerce dilakukan secara kontinyu untuk menjadikan Indonesia sebagai Digital Energy of Asia pada 2020.
