Criticism is something that must be built in the scientific world. Because, in science there is no such thing as a definite truth. Criticism here to bring it in the right direction. Especially about the story of the past contained in the Qur'an. A story that is explained in it contains truth, lessons and teachings evidently undeniable for all creatures of Allah, for the happiness of the world and the hereafter. This study uses qualitative research in the form of library research, the author uses the approach of the theory of the Qur'an and Interpretation and the theory of Diltheiy thinking and interpretive writing ideas in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the collection of data by means of documentation, namely the book Indonesia Negeri Saba'by Fahmi Basya and also taken from various related sources. Furthermore, the analysis is done by reading and examining Fahmi Basya's understanding writing, which is written in his book. In summary, Fahmi Basya confirmed 14 comparative accounts of Indonesia and Yemen based on the Qur'an and 53 scientific facts which he discovered that Indonesia was the State of Saba'. Fahmi Basya's understanding is very contrary to the commentators at least caused by two problems. Finally, Fahmi Basya wants to prove that the State of Saba 'in the Qur'an in Indonesia. Based on the study of Fahmi Basya's understanding it was found that Fahmi Basya was not an expert in the field of the Qur'an and Tafsir. So, when he understands the Qur'an and reveals the results of his research in the community it needs to be reviewed. Seeing with the scientific viewpoints of the Qur'an, Fahmi Basya's interpretation seems to match his discoveries with the Qur'anic Verses. In the past, Muslims and non-Muslims mainly depended on equity-based financing while debt was an exception, but this whole system was altered with the inception of banks followed by the corporations and the role of partnerships started to shrink. Accordingly, many issues emerged concerning the current financial system, for instance three different banking theories were developed that are based on different understanding of how banks and money function and each lead to different economic and policy implications. Frankly, the new entire system was borrowed from the English law and hence raised doubt about its compliance with Sharī’ah. Accordingly, the study aims to re-examine the structure of corporations, especially the concept of legal personality, and the provision of debt finance under the principles of Islamic law and their effect on the economy as compared to partnerships. The study employed library research, content analysis as well as case study approaches and found that the only correct banking theory that is supported by an empirical evidence is the credit creation theory which states that banks can create money out of nothing. Moreover, after analyzing the concept of legal personality, the concept proved not to be accepted by the classical scholars although the majority of the contemporary scholars insist on its validity. Furthermore, the whole structure was found to contradict some of the main principles of Islamic law. Finally, partnerships were found to be more efficient than the debt-based system in terms of allocating the investable resources and the marginal efficiency of capital.

Article clarified the roles of a leaner in motivating students to achieve their final reports, especially in determining their research’s titles. Studi applied library research to find out some theories and concepts related to scientific writing, and data analysis on the research titles determined by the two classes of the  Chinese department who took Chinese Scientific Writing on the past odd semester 2010/2011. Research results indicated that there was a duplication of the research titles and the static choice of titles because the lecturer did not give a clear literature study for the students, such as information retrieval to find previous research having the same topics, as well as  practicing to read scientific publication in the forms of thesis, articles, and research reports. Moreover, there is a lack of reading habit, writing skills, and information retrieval skills that the students had performed.  It can be concluded that  a cooperation between lecturer and students to develop a better learning materials, to improve teaching methods, and interaction between lecturer and students  in Chinese Scientific Writing  subject so that the students are able to determine a proper titles, as an indicator that they have a clear description for their research activities.

This research on Manhaj Tafsir Fazlur Rahman aims to describe and describe the methods or approaches used by Fazlur Rahman in interpreting the Qur'an. This research was conducted through library research. The study is descriptive and analytical, that is, analytical in a historical and philosophical sense. Data concerning the methodological thinking of interpreting the Koran can be traced back to Rahman's writing (primary source). The research data is in the form of works by Fazlur Rahman in interpreting various Qur'an verses. Meanwhile, the data sources that will be explored in this paper are Rahman's interpretations, which are widely published in multiple books in Indonesia. The results of his research show that diversity in both the method (manhaj / tariqah), style (nau'), and approaches (alwan) used is something that cannot be avoided in a work of interpretation. Although interpretive works have appeared in modern times, their interpretation still follows classical and medieval patterns. For Fazrul Rahman, tafsir's essence is how an interpreter can create an authentic meaning (original meaning) from reading through the historical context of the past. He captures all moral aspects to contextualize meaning in the present with a new methodology.

Post reformation of the role and function of the House of Representatives of Republik Indonesaian (DPR RI) is returned to its corridor as a legislative institution that runs the legislative function (making laws/constitution), besides running budgeting fungction together with the president, and the oversight function of the implementation of the law and the budget in the administration of government carried out by the executive. Related to the lack of productivity of The House of Representatives (DPR) to carry out the legislative function, The performance evaluation of this legislation is not only seen in terms of the quantity of products made but its quality is also an important factor in assessing legislation products. The identification problems in this research are: What is the Position of the House of Representatives in the 1945 Constitution of the State of the Republic of Indonesia, and What is the Process of the Growth of the Post-Reformation House of Representatives.  In this research the library research method will be used or library research. Regarding this kind of research it is usually also called "Legal Research" or "Legal Research Instruction”. The position of The House of Representatives (DPR) after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution four times turned out to further strengthen its existence as the sole legislator. Although in the 1945 Constitution the amendment results also gave the President authority, but the authority he owned was not as big as The House of Representatives (DPR). And the process of the growth of the House of Representatives (DPR) Post-Reformation has strengthened the authority of the legislative instituion, in this case the House of Representatives of Republik Indonesian (DPR-RI) to maximize its role and function as a check and balances institution, after being strengthened, the House of Representatives (DPR) becomes tyrannical over the executive even over the state, because of its power and authority so great.

Post-print of The First Conference of Indonesian Community for Forensic Linguistics (KLFI-1)What marked forensic linguistics as unique is its young age compared to other disciplines. Here we review and collected 88 articles that strongly related to Forensic Linguistic (FL) from time to time. These articles help to reveal from its conceptualisation in 1968 to its fame in 1988, how it responds to the great diversity of people, and what form it may take in the future. A literature-based analysis as library research in nature helps in defining the FL issue and manage to see in the early stages was merely concerned about the use of language in legal cases. As society continues to change, FL has linked with so many other disciplines besides law. Therefore the definition of this discipline may also transform. Presently, FL no longer limits itself to the particular social setting of a courtroom but could be applied to the virtual world or cyberspace influences users negatively and dynamically developed. There is a line of proof that FL will be used to prevent and predict the social settings between citizens who could easily be not law-abiding as they seem. Shortly, the use of FL will be much more accessible to individuals through artificial intelligence (AI). Moreover, individuals will no longer need to hire experts and be able to use FL with freely available artificial intelligence (AI).
