The objective of this research is to analyze the financial literacy knowledge of the Millennial generation. The research method is qualitative-quantitative of correlational type since it consists of identifying the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The general hypothesis is that limited financial education in curricula affects the financial education of the Millennials. Through the information gathered and the surveys applied, it is evident that Millennials have no financial knowledge and university curricula have limited information on financial education.

Most of the existing definitions and measurements of financial literacy have been tailored for developed countries. Although financial literacy and financial behaviour are usually assessed at the household level, the gender dimension of household agents is less explored which may overshadow the women’s low level of financial literacy. This is a selective systematic review aiming to survey the existing literature on financial literacy where the focus is on four main issues, namely. the conceptual framework for financial literacy and financial inclusion, the relationship between financial literacy and financial behaviour, the impact of gender on financial behaviour, and financial education. More than a hundred papers were reviewed and around twenty definitions and measures were analysed. On the basis of a thorough literature review, this paper identifies research gaps in each of the four main dimensions. The identified gaps are used to formulate four promising research ideas (PRIs). Specifically, the PRIs seek to: propose a new definition for financial literacy; review previous studies on analysing the relationship between financial literacy and financial behaviour; investigate the gender disparity and propose a novel method for financial training. Through a systematic review, we developed a native definition of financial literacy for developing countries.

The study investigated the direct effects of financial literacy (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) on financial preparedness for retirement and the moderating effect of age among the small and medium enterprises in Uganda. Primary data was collected from a sample of n = 380 selected from the SME workforce. Descriptive analysis was run on SPSS, while validity and reliability of the measurement items yielded satisfactory composite reliability scores and average variance explained (AVE) scores for all items. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses and multi-group analysis conducted to test for the moderating effect of age on the relationship between financial literacy and retirement preparedness. The results revealed that knowledge and skills were significant predictors of retirement preparedness. However, ‘attitude' was not a significant predictor, and age had no moderating effect on the relationship between the study variables. These findings present practical implications for policymakers and financial educators in a developing country context.

The purpose of this research is to provide some insights into financial literacy among undergraduate students focusing primarily on the relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior and on possible gender and financial education gap in financial literacy. Using the purposive sampling technique, data collection was carried out from April to June 2020, yielding a sample of 1,046 valid responses. To gain a better understanding of the relationship between financial behaviour, financial attitudes and financial knowledge, we, primarily, use exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression model. The research findings have revealed several important issues. First, findings have suggested that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and gender may be considered as an antecedent of the financial behaviour of undergraduate students. Second, findings have also suggested a statistically - significant difference between the financial literacy of undergraduate students concerning their exposure to formal financial education.

No. 23 of 2006 on the administration of the population of the article governing the marriage of different religions, in article 35 letter (a) stating that the marriage is established by the court. But the law is not regulated, so it allows causing negative impacts. But it is recognized in Indonesia if different couples of religion must embrace the same religion in one partner with the intention they have to move religion both embrace the religion of the wife and husband. With the various blessings that arise, it is not under Islamic law. Therefore, the author wants to know the impact of the marriage of different religions organized in law Number 23 the year 2006 about the administration of population and the Islamic law to the marriage of different religions in the law Number 23 the year 2006. In this study, the research method used was qualitative. Based on the results of the study, the impact of the marriage of different religions is the impact on the unharmonious households raises anxiety, and difficulty communicating. The impact on the child who makes the relationship between the family is the child and the parent becomes chaotic and not intact because knowing both parents are different beliefs. The impact on the inheritance that resulted in children born from the marriage of different religions does not have the right to obtain inheritance if not as religious as the heir, in this case, Muslim heirs. The review of Islamic law states that the marriage of different religions is not valid, because according to fatwa MUI number: 4/MUNASVII/MUI/8/2005 stipulates that the marriage of different religious religion is haram strengthened by his word in Sura al-Mumtahanah verse 10 and al-Baqarah verses 221.

The hypothesis that people with more financial literacy make better financial decisions and show positive financial behaviors is crucial for more than one stakeholder. A weak connection between financial literacy and financial behaviors jeopardizes the opportunity to invest in financial education and to develop a consumer protection framework based on the chance to develop aware and responsible financial consumers. This study uses data from different countries (Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, the UK), using surveys devised and fielded specifically to measure financial literacy and in order to assess if the availability of a broad set of items on financial literacy allows to develop new measures of financial literacy to better understand the relationship between financial literacy and financial behaviors. The well-established Lusardi–Mitchell questions are compared with measures that differ in terms of number of items (the “50-items” index), range of topics (the “5-specific” index), or selection process of the items (the “unbiased” index). Results support the hypothesis that the Lusardi–Mitchell questions remain a good measure in a first-step analysis, but a deeper understanding of the connection between financial literacy and financial behaviors benefits from the measures proposed in the study, that should be considered as additional assessment tools in financial literacy research.

Abstract This paper examines the impact of financial literacy on the individual propensity to invest in financial assets. In a laboratory experiment with a two-by-two design, we study how the certainty equivalent of a risky lottery changes when varying the lottery framing and the participants’ financial literacy level. We find that presenting the lottery as a financial asset—whose payoffs need to be computed from a given return rate—rather than as a simple coin toss reduces the average value participants assign to the lottery by approximately 20% and lowers their understanding of the lottery’s structure. Enhancing financial literacy by explaining the basic financial concepts involved in the description of the financial-asset lottery, offsets the negative effects of the financial framing: it improves respondents’ understanding of the lottery and increases the certainty equivalent. Our results—which can be rationalized by ambiguity aversion—shed new light on the linkages between financial literacy and financial investment behavior. Additionally, they highlight the importance of promoting financial education to stimulate households’ financial market participation.

To study the impact of an airfoil shape on performance, a curve expression of airfoil shape was proposed, the analytical formula for the pressure distribution of flow around the airfoil was derived, and the pressure distribution view around airfoil with azimuth as the independent variable was put forward, which can clearly express the details of the pressure distribution curve on airfoil leading edge. Used both the pressure distribution integration method and Blasius theorem, the lift coefficient calculation formulas of ideal fluid flow around the airfoil were derived respectively, and the same results were obtained. Studies have shown that the shape of an airfoil can be expressed by a function, and various types of shapes can be easily obtained by adjusting the constant value in the expression; The pressure distribution and lift coefficient can be calculated by analytical method; For function airfoil, lift coefficient formula could be derived by two methods, and could be verified with each other. The one-to-one relationship exists between the constant values in the airfoil function, airfoil shapes and airfoil performances, and the relationship expression was given in this paper.
