The present paper seeks to investigate the Machiavellianism in relation with Emotional Intelligence among Adolescents. It was hypothesized that Machiavellianism and Emotional Intelligence would be negatively correlated and Emotional Intelligence would be a significant contributor in predicting variance in Machiavellianism. In order to test the hypothesis 240 adolescents (120 females and 120 males) in the age range of 13 to 18 years were selected through random sampling. The measures used were Machiavellianism Scale (Mach IV Scale) and Modified Schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale (Schutte 1998). The correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to assess the data. The results revealed significant and negative relationship between Machiavellianism and Emotional Intelligence .Emotional Intelligence emerged as a significant predictor of Machiavellianism. Thus, considering the possibility that individuals might have a dispositional tendency to emotionally manipulative behaviour immediately brings to mind the trait of Machiavellianism.

This study seeks to analyze the effect of logistics management carried out by warehouse operators, the facilities and access provided to support storage, and the competitiveness of storage costs on the use of warehouse financing by suppliers in Central Java, Indonesia. The sampling method was purposive random sampling. The numbers of respondents involved in this study were 120 suppliers and farmers producing first-rate agricultural products and who are users of warehouse receipts in the Central Java region. By using linear regression analysis with assistance, the study results found that the variables of logistic management, facilities and supply chain access as well as competitive storage costs have positive and significant effects on the use of warehousing financing by suppliers and farmers who use public warehousing. This result confirms that the more precisely warehousing is managed, the higher the level of trust of users involved in the logistics business and supply chain of agricultural products to use additional services in the form of warehouse receipts to support the sustainability of agricultural businesses.

Tongue is one of thevulnerable areas of the oral cavity occupied by microorganisms, in which colonized bacteria may cause disease.Mechanical tongue cleansing using tongue scraper can reduce anaerobic bacteria on dorsal of the tongue. Theobjective of this study was to observe the difference of anaerobic bacteria amount on dorsal of the tongue before andafter mechanical tongue cleansing using tongue scraper. This was laboratory experimental study with sampleconsists of 25 students selected by random sampling method. The results showed that the amount of bacteria isdecreased approximately 28% after tongue cleansing using tongue scraper. Based on the statistical analysis with tteston α=0.05, there is a difference on the amount of anaerobic bacteria on dorsal of the tongue before and aftermechanical tongue cleansing using tongue scraper.
