This article describes how purchasing from an online store depends on various attributes of the online store. The relative importance given to a particular factor may vary across gender. Thus, it generates a scope of inquiry for understanding the consumer behavior while making an online purchase. Hence, this article tries to understand the relative importance of the factors affecting consumers buying behaviors while shopping online. This article utilizes Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS for finding relative weights of criteria and ranking of the alternatives available respectively. The results were analyzed for finding the relative importance of factors across gender. The article finds that security of transactions is the topmost priority for both males and females, but they put a different level of importance on rest of the factors. The results provide valuable insights which can help the online stores in prioritizing the important factors for future improvements.

<em>This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews (OCR) on purchase intention with trust as an intervening variable in Bukalapak online store in the City of Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia. The population in this study were all consumers who shop online at Bukalapak online store in Padang City in 2019 with an unknown numbers. Total sample used in this study was 138 people. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used partial least square (PLS).<strong> </strong>The results obtained from this study indicate that OCR has a significant and positive effect on consumer trust in Bukalapak online stores. The OCR and consumer trust have a significant and positive effect on Bukalapak online purchase intentions, respectively. Then, OCR has a significant and positive effect on their online purchase intentions through consumer trust of Bukalapak online stores in Padang City.</em>

The online store credit rating is a reflection of the seller's integrity and the quality of the product. The level of the credit rating directly affects the buyer's desire to purchase. Two important factors affecting the credit rating are data and models. The innovation of this research is that the collected data comes from the second evaluation, and the credit evaluation model is improved based on the snowNLP tool, and the malicious brushing filtering function is added. Compared with the credit evaluation system commonly used in current online stores, the evaluation results of the paper are more accurate, detailed and intuitive, and may effectively reduce false brushing and threat review.

The inception of the 4.0 industrial era led to the evolution of internet information technology, which significantly changed the business sector’s marketing, transaction, and payment systems into online stores.  This new marketplace is an important business infrastructure used to develop marketing strategies in this technological era. Therefore, it enables companies or enterprises, including those in the retail sector, to remotely sell daily products, such as cooking needs, foods, snacks, beverages, toiletries, and laundries through various online platforms. Furthermore, these companies need to creatively and anticipatively participate in the various trading competition by having an online shopping channel. This study aims to measure consumer behavior intention in using the online store channel to purchase daily needs products in order to determine the influence of convenience and risk transactions on behavioral intentions. Data were obtained from respondents that consistently make use of online stores channel. The result showed that consumers’ ease and convenience during transactions, especially in terms of payment and delivery service, have a positive and significant effect on their attitude and behavioral intention to use online store channel to purchase daily needs products.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors affecting consumers' online purchase intention and to explore whether there was any significant difference between the path coefficients for males and females. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 668 Indonesian consumers who were actively using the internet. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and multi-group analysis (MGA) in SmartPLS 3.0 software. Findings Results show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy and personal innovativeness are three influential factors and have a higher path coefficient in both the male and female groups. Anxiety shows a negative and significant relationship with online purchase intention for female consumers than for male consumers. Furthermore, the results of MGA analysis indicate that most factor coefficients in the determinants of online purchase intentions are not significantly different between males and females. Practical implications These results help the web retailers to consider the important factors in their strategies when they make strategic decisions as key factors affecting online buying intention. Besides this, the strong relationship between anxiety and intention for females has important implications for managers and designers should pay attention to this factor when designing the content on their business website. Originality/value Even though several marketing scholars discuss the factors influencing online shopping behavior, a few studies have shown the role of anxiety and personal innovativeness and their effect on online purchasing that fitted as supplements into the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). In addition, so far, no studies have effectively made a comparative analysis across gender, i.e. are personal and UTAUT factors in the determinants of online purchase intention significantly different across gender?

Consumer behavior research seems to play an big role in determining the wants and needs of an industry. This research helps to shape the way we market to the consumers and helps make marketing strategies more effective. In the 1950s grocery stores began to sell horticulture products in order to alleviate the growers' surplus. Supermarkets now have seem to found their niche in this market due to the fact that they can influence their consumers to buy their flowers right along with their bread, and get all of their shopping done at once. This new type of sale, commonly referred to as the impulse sale, can relate directly to how well the store is merchandised and maintained. A study was conducted at a local supermarket, to determine the following: good locations for impulse sales items, special conditions affecting impulse sales items, and what types of things could affect demand for impulse items. It was discovered that certain locations make better sales than other locations. Locations that were front and center and allowed easy access to seeing the mixed flower bouquet without having to touch it yielded the best results. The variables used to show a change in demand showed little to some variability and has raised some questions which may be used to conduct future research.

Since last two decades buying of goods and services from online stores using Internet started off. But players of this industry could reach to the general public residing in second and third category Indian cities in recent past only. Now companies are eagerly interested in understanding the factors affecting Indian consumers so that their needs and wants can be understood and served profitably. This research paper is an attempt to critically evaluate those factors which affect consumer buying behavior in Indian Internet based business environment. For the purpose of coverage of topic researcher has classified the literature under three categories which are Literature related to vendor related factors, Literature related to consumer related factors and Literature related to other factors. Vendor related factors include those factors which are primarily controlled by the companies that are engaged in selling their goods and services on internet along with their intermediaries through which such sales take place. Consumer related factors have been bifurcated under two heading that are consumer demographic factors and consumer psychographic factors. Besides this there are several other factors which may affect consumer’s buying decisions and they are classified as other factors. This research paper also tries to identify the gaps (if any) in the available literature of the factors affecting consumer online buying decisions.
