When researching on a global feasible products solutions, we need to consider the product of manipulation, practical, environmental protection, social demanding performances and so on. The several life cycles of a product determines and implements these performances.And the several cycles are mutual correlation, mutual restrict.Every link is crucial, so we must coordinate the relationship among them. The purpose of this paper is to simulate and solve the problem of life cycle by using different, restrictive,and satisfactory method.

AbstractThe chronology of the life cycle ofTrichostrongylus retortaeformis(Zeder, 1800) (Nematoda, Trichostrongyloidea) is studied in its natural hostOryctolagus cuniculus. The free living period lasted 5 days at 24°C. Worm-free rabbits were each infectedper oswithT. retortaeformislarvae. Rabbits were killed at 12 h post-infection (p.i.) and every day from one day to 13 days p.i. By 12 h p.i., all the larvae were exsheathed and in the small intestine. The third moult occurred between 3 and 5 days p.i. and the last moult between 4 and 7 days p.i. The prepatent period lasted 12 to 13 days. The patent period lasted five and a half months. The four known life cycles of species ofTrichostrongylusin ruminants were compared with that ofT. retortaeformis. No significant difference was found except in the duration of the prepatent period. These similarities in the life cycles confirm the previously formulated hypotheses on the relationship between the parasites of the two host groups ().

In the conditions of accelerated scientific and technological progress and social development, products can lose consumer value and, therefore, be ousted from the consumer market by other goods with a higher consumer value. In this regard, the importance of predicting product life cycles and their effectiveness is increasing. The aim of the article is to study the issue of forecasting the efficiency of electrical products taking into account the stages of their life cycle by constructing a multifactor regression model. The method of correlation-regression analysis was used to build a forecast model and determine the most influential factors for a particular motor, which determined the relationship between the comprehensive indicator and individual indicators of product efficiency. Thus, the article investigated the issue of forecasting the efficiency of electrical products taking into account the stages of their life cycle. On the example of the electric motor AIR 80 PJSC «Kharkiv Electrotechnical Plant «Ukrelectromash»» a multifactor regression model for the stage of decline is built, which includes the most important indicators of the impact on the comprehensive indicator of efficiency and allows to predict its dynamics.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of the corporate life cycles to earnings management and analyze Good Corporate Governance to moderate the relationship between the corporate life cycles with earnings management. This research use as quantitative approach using secondary data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this study were 75 company samples. The analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Leasr Square (SEM-PLS) method using WarpPLS Version 5.0 Software. The results showed that the company’s life cycle variables influence earnings management and GCG can moderate the company’s life cycle relationship with earnings management so as to waked earnings management actions.

This chapter introduces a suggested system development life cycle “relay race methodology” (RRM). The RRM is based on the philosophy of relay race, where each runner in the race must hand off the baton within a certain zone, usually marked by triangles on the track race. This chapter is comprised of nine sections. First, it shows the relationship between software and wicked problems. Then the chapter explains the motivation for analysis and design for simulation system projects. Furthermore, the chapter gives an overview of the reasons behind simulation project failures. Next, the chapter shows the sources for simulation inaccuracies and the project management issues in simulation. Subsequently, the chapter explains the proposed RRM life cycle. Consequently, the chapter presents the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed RRM life cycle, while relating the RRM to the risk factors. Finally, the chapter compares RRM to different life cycles.

The article is devoted to the study of the largest mergers and acquisitions (M&A, “Mergers & Acquisitions”) in Russia for 2017–2019. (the acquired block of shares is not less than 99%). The concept of life cycles of organizations and theoretical aspects of mergers and acquisitions are described. The stages of the life cycle of the merged and reorganized companies, the goals of mergers and acquisitions, depending on the stages of the life cycle are analyzed.

According to forecasts for 2022, the number of self-propelled agricultural machinery that will fail will be about 100 thousand units. This will have a significant impact on the overall productivity in the field of agricultural production and will require additional financial costs for effective resource-saving environmental-oriented utilization of agricultural machinery with the maximum recovery of secondary resources in the processing of its components. (Research purpose) The research purpose is considering the main life cycles of machinery, including agricultural, and determining the possibility of obtaining secondary resources in the recycling of components of machinery and equipment. (Materials and methods) The authors found that the establishment of an industry-wide recycling system would allow the reuse of usable and recovered parts obtained from decommissioned equipment, as well as receive additional funding from the sale of secondary resources. The authors have found that for the functioning of the whole system, it is necessary to work with a large amount of data related to the ongoing recycling processes, as well as constantly monitor changes in the state and properties of materials. They also found that the maximum use of digital technology is the only way to combine all these requirements and make the system work. (Results and discussion) The article reviews the key points of the use of life cycle method for equipment, including agricultural, reviews the state of machine and tractor park of agro-industrial complex, shows the possibility of using resource-saving ecologically oriented branch system of recycling of agricultural machinery, as well as the movement of waste and material flows in the processing components of utilized machines. (Conclusion) The article presents recommendations on the possibility of efficient disposal of equipment, including agricultural, with the maximum recovery of secondary resources from recycled waste.

Abstract Although parasitic castration is widespread among rhizocephalan barnacles, Boschmaella japonica Deichmann & Høeg, 1990 does not completely sterilise the host barnacle Chthamalus challengeri Hoek, 1883. As little information is available on the relationships with the host in “barnacle-infesting parasitic barnacles” (family Chthamalophilidae), we studied the life cycles of both B. japonica and C. challengeri and the effects of the parasite on the host reproduction. Specimens of C. challengeri were collected from an upper intertidal shore at Shirahama, Wakayama, western Japan from April 2017 to September 2018 at 1–3 mo intervals. We recorded the body size, number of eggs, egg volume, and the presence of the parasite for each host. Moreover, settlement and growth of C. challengeri were followed in two fixed quadrats. Chthamalus challengeri brooded from February to June. The prevalence of B. japonica was high (often exceeded 10%) from April to July, and was rarely observed from September to next spring. The life cycle of the parasite matched well with that of the host. The parasite reduced the host’s brooding rate and brood size, to the extent that no hosts brooded in 2018.

Abstract This case comment explores the relationship between two intertwined objectives – ensuring security of electricity supply and environmental protection – in the context of the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Inter-Environnement Wallonie ASBL and Bond Beter Leefmilieu Vlaanderen ASBL v. Conseil des ministres. The analysis focuses on the application of the Environmental Impact Assessment Directive and the Habitats Directive to the facts of the case, which concerns the extension by a ten-year period of the operation of two Belgian nuclear power stations (Doel 1 and Doel 2) as part of a national energy policy strategy to ensure the security of Belgium's electricity supply. The case comment also considers the legal and practical implications that arise as a result of employing the ‘security of electricity supply’ exemption to enable derogation from the requirements of the aforementioned Directives in circumstances where a Member State considers the security of its electricity supply to be under threat.
