Engineering mechanics is the study of relevant materials and its application in the motion law of the macro science. The project puts forward questions to mechanics, and the mechanics research results improve the engineering design thought. The main teaching purpose of mechanics course is to cultivate students' scientific thinking methods, and training students' innovation ability in scientific research and engineering application. In order to keep up with the trend of the times, we propose new ideas of three-dimensional teaching model in the engineering mechanics teaching via exploring actively the reforms of the teaching content and teaching method.

Engineering Mechanics is an important specialized fundamental course for engineering specialties. In this paper, some thinking and suggestions combining with previous teaching experience were presented, In order to adapt to the demand of “Education and Training Program of Excellent Engineer”and raise high quality professional personnel. Innovation ability is the inevitable requirement of social development. Innovation education is the foundation of cultivating talents and the need of using talents, and it is inevitable in the development of the times. Through the new teaching demand of ideological and political education in universitys, the author used his own rich experience of teaching practice of ideological and political education to explore innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education teaching method in practice, breaking through the old mode of ideological and political education and constructing the innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education pattern. After consulting a large number of literature and experts, survey to the present situation of sports dance teaching methods that P.E. teachers used in the senior high school is not efficient. The author is deeply impressed that sports dance teaching in the multimedia environment provides conditions for students to establish action representation, arouse students' learning passion and enthusiasm, emphasize students` subjective dynamic role and cultivate students' self-confidence to complete the right technology action with the strong will and the ability. This paper raises that sports dance teacher should choose the best way which can achieve the teaching purpose and finish the teaching task in terms of the different teaching content stages and different levels of students， compounding the traditional and advanced multimedia technology organically. This study provides the theoretical basis and method reference in order to promote common college sports dance teaching method theory and teaching practice.

In view of the problems existing in the current teaching of computer network technology and application course, this paper introduces the educational concept driven by innovative thinking into the teaching of the course, and puts forward specific teaching reform measures: the teaching method which adopts the engineering application of innovative thinking as the guidance and focuses the problems on the core knowledge points, combining MOOC, SPOC and flipped classroom teaching philosophy, it is student-centered and arouses students’ interest in learning. Practice has proved that the teaching reform has obvious practical effects: students can quickly grasp the basic theory of computer network with more goals, and meanwhile, their practical ability, teamwork ability and innovation ability can be better trained and improved, which is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.

Interchangeability and Technology Measurement is an important basic course for machinery majors. This article is based on the demands of cultivation objectives of excellence program, combining the course’s characteristics and years of teaching experiences, analysis of teaching contents optimizing, teaching methods reforming and experimental organizing is investigated. The innovations include the following aspects. Firstly, the teaching content has been optimized and the relation to other courses have been emphasized.Then the teaching method has been improved to inhance students‘ enthusiasm. Sports anatomy is one of the compulsory courses in college. It is an important course for undergraduate students to complete the teaching link of practicing. This course is extremely practical and operational, and requires active learning. However, due to the limited classroom time, the increase in the number of students and the shortage of anatomical specimens, the traditional teaching of anatomy fails to inspire students' interest in learning and becomes unable to adapt to the requirements of the times. In this study, a three-track teaching mode was designed on the basis of combining the innovative talent training theory with the characteristics of sports anatomy. The teaching mode in this study is composed of eight learning stages: identifying problems, analyzing problems, generating hypotheses, confirming already-known knowledge, establishing required information, confirming resources, collecting new information, combining old and new knowledge. Meanwhile, case teaching method and team teaching method were incorporated into this mode. In addition, before, during and after class, 3D anatomy software both in the mobile version and CP version was used to urge students to take the initiative to learn and complete the learning tasks. Finally, according to the purpose of training innovative talents in this study, a new learning performance evaluation system was constructed in accordance with the characteristics of sports anatomy. It was found in this teaching experiment that this new teaching mode is conducive to improving the teaching effect, lays a foundation for promoting the quality of the teaching link of practicing, and stimulates the innovation ability of college students.
