With the rapid development of the global satellite positioning technology, computer technology, networking and communications technology, the network RTK has been becoming increasingly mature, with its application span increasingly enlarged as well. Accordingly, the application of network RTK in the relevant engineering survey are becoming more and more increasingly popular, along with its efficiency, high precision and reliability wining the favor of the majority of surveyors. This article illustrates the principles of network RTK, processes and the application of the measurement in road construction, hoping that could provide relevant theoretical references for technical staff.

With the rapid development of computer technology, communications technology, and other related technologies, the Digital City has become a hot topic of current research. The traditional method of constructing digital city based on ArcGis is very complex, the type of computer software that related is much more, and the interaction between the software is poor. For the traditional method of digital urban design is difficult to design and visualization effect is poor, this paper builds the techniques of campus apartment modeling based on the skyline combined specific examples of campus apartments, realizes three dimensional (3D) visualization and query and analysis functions of the campus apartment system and proposes a simple method of creating 3D landscape efficiently.

With the rapid development of computer technology, building pose estimation combined with Augmented Reality (AR) can play a crucial role in the field of urban planning and architectural design. For example, a virtual building model can be placed into a realistic scenario acquired by a Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to visually observe whether the building can integrate well with its surroundings, thus optimizing the design of the building. In the work, we contribute a building dataset for pose estimation named BD3D. To obtain accurate building pose, we use a physical camera which can simulate realistic cameras in Unity3D to simulate UAVs perspective and use virtual building models as objects. We propose a novel neural network that combines MultiBin module with PoseNet architecture to estimate the building pose. Sometimes, the building is symmetry and ambiguity causes its different surfaces to have similar features, making it difficult for CNNs to learn the differential features between the different surfaces. We propose a generalized world coordinate system repositioning strategy to deal with it. We evaluate our network with the strategy on BD3D, and the angle error is reduced to [Formula: see text] from [Formula: see text]. Enterprise database or data warehouse has stored a large number of customer data, these data include many aspects of the information of customers, but also contains the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise operation. If we can use these data quickly, efficiently in-depth analysis and research, to find the rules and modes, to obtain the necessary knowledge from it, will help enterprises to better decision making. The system can successfully excavate students and staff of the tendency of consumption and consumption habits, analyze their satisfaction with each restaurant. The results of system analysis to a certain role for school students and teachers to understand and analyze the condition of daily consumption, so the establishment of this system has great practical value.

Introduction. Mathematical methods and models are an effective tool for studying complex economic systems at different levels of enterprise management. Economic mathematical modelling is actively developing not only as a scien-tific field but also as a means of substantiating management decisions in business, in the analysis and forecasting of socio-economic processes and phenomena. In the arsenal of economic and mathematical modelling now are using- modern computing methods and computer technology. Libraries of economic and mathematical models are an integral part of the architecture of decision support systems in specific areas of the economy. The rapid development of computer technology stimulates the emergence and formation of new theoretical volumes and applied areas of modelling.Purpose. Like any large and complex field of knowledge, mathematical modelling is evolving in different direc-tions, acquiring new flexible research methods. Therefore, based on new hardware, technology and software platforms it is necessary to create new information systems using economic and mathematical models in particular for forecasting of enterprise activities.Results. The article analyses the methods of modelling and forecasting the enterprise, considers the principles of software design. Using systems analysis, the design problem was analytically divided into parts. Also were investigated the connections and relationships between these parts, in particular, were implemented the problem tree and the goal tree. Implemented business process modelling performs based on created structural-logical diagrams, namely the IDEF0 dia-gram, which helps to visually display data and information that affect software development, a server part, input data and users. Using the results of research, the authors developed an automated information system for modelling and forecasting the activities of the enterprise, which uses models of Holt, Brown, exponential smoothing and Box-Jenkins for modelling. Part of the developed system is a designed software product that implements the objectives of the research. The obtained program results allow creating a clear forecast of the future activities of the enterprise.Conclusions. Based on the built graphs of modelling and forecasting of the Cisco Systems company financial activity with using of the developed automated system, we established that the Brown model is the best for providing educational sampling and a forecast of activity. The development of the automated system in the future involves the expansion of functionality, improvement and increasing of quality, as well as the creation of powerful analytics for more detailed forecasting.

In the society with the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, the management information system has become the hot field of software development. It runs stably in the browsers, like IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9 and FireFox, with high efficiency, sound security, friendly interface and simple operation. It has done research on the design and realization process of HTML5 off-line data storage on the Android platform. Under the Eclipse integrated development environment, with Android SDK and HTML5 grammar, develop the system, which realize the functions of off-line storage, addition, deletion and modification of user data. It enables the application of HTML5 of Android platform and has made detailed analysis on the Android platform and HTML5 application module. The result indicates, the webpage application design of HTML5 conducted on the Android platform, is simple and fast, which can better meet the demand of Android cellphone users.

With the rapid development of computer technology, the application of computer technology in various fields is more and more common, and it also plays an increasingly important role in biomedicine. In recent years, microscopic image processing has always been an important part of biomedicine, and binocular indirect fundus microscope is playing an increasingly important role in vitreoretinal surgery. The purpose of this paper is to study the application effect of binocular indirect fundus microscope in vitreoretinal surgery, and to master the role of binocular indirect fundus microscope, which is important for biomedicine. This paper studies the effect of binocular indirect fundus microscope in vitreoretinal surgery through the study of the role of vitreous and binocular indirect fundus microscope, as well as the investigation of experimental methods. It highlights that the effect of binocular indirect fundus microscope is better than that of direct microscope in retinal surgery.The results show that binocular indirect fundus microscope is more suitable for vitreoretinal surgery. 85% of the patients with vitreoretinal surgery have better effect after surgery. No matter from the comparison of visual acuity improvement or retinal thickness, binocular indirect fundus microscope has better effect in vitreoretinal surgery. It also provides reference for how to prevent vitreoretinal diseases disease has positive significance. We expect to produce effective methods as soon as possible to solve the problems related to vitreous diseases, which can bring the bright future to ophthalmic patients.
