Taking into account the demands of multi-function meter with high reliability and low cost, a single-phase multi-function energy meter is designed based on the MSP430FE427. There is a multi-parameter measurement, multi-way communication and other functions for the MCU. Hardware circuit and software flow of the system are introduced. The current and voltage design, memory design and communication anti-interface design are described in detail in hardware circuit. Modular design scheme is adopted in the software design. Each module is relatively independent, so the program is easy to modify. It indicates that the energy measurement circuit owns high accuracy through analysis and comparison of test results.

This paper has designed a wireless sensor network (WSN) system which is suitable for the subway security environment. The system uses ZigBee wireless communication technology to form a network, uses the chip CC2530 as the core processor to design the hardware circuit for the network node, and the design of the embedded software is based on Z-Stack protocol stack. Through analyzing the factors having affection on the security environment, the system collects a variety of environmental information with some sensors, and completes the design of the sensor modules. The test results show that this system has the characteristics of low-power, low-cost and high reliability.

This paper gives the system design diagram, and made a detailed explanation to its structure and the basic principle. System consists of hardware and software design, hardware part mainly includes S3C2410, Flash, SDRAM memory interface, the software includes the compilation and transplantation of Mplayer, the QTE graphical use interface design and transplant. At the same time, this paper also studies the key technologies of the system software, including Bootloader design, kernel cutting and root file system design. Finally, the actual effect of the system is given, implement the thought of VOD, achieve the design purpose of the system. The system can make the students online learning at any time, relieve the teaching difficulties effectively, the system combine embedded technology and streaming media technology, it has the advantages of small volume, convenient operation, low cost and good stability.

We describe a ZnBr2 single cell which has a highly modular symmetrical structure. With designed polyethylene shell frames, membrane frame and composite titanium-carbon felt electrodes, it has a higher energy density and is more flexible compared with traditional flow batteries. We repeatedly tested its performance, which showed good tightness, high reliability and a high energy efficiency of 75%. Due to the special symmetrical structure and modular design, it is easy to assemble and disassemble, which makes it suitable as a test platform for electrodes, membranes and electrolyte performance testing. The designed modular flow cell has low cost and high energy density, and can provide good guidance for flow battery research.

Take the microcontroller MC9S08DZ60 which integrated CAN controller for example, the design of automotive electronic control unit was introduced, meanwhile shown the hardware structure and software design processes. This circuit has characteristics of simple hardware, low cost, high reliability, real-time. It has provided a scientific basis for the development of the CAN communication electronic control unit based on MC9S08DZ60 microprocessor.

The current Synchro-to-Digital conversion (S/DC)with high reliability, high accuracy and widely used in the military field, but it has high cost and low tracking speed, not suitable for high speed and low-cost industrial applications. In this work, the principle of synchro and the harmonics of the synchro output signals are investigated. Multifunction S/DC software design using FFT algorithm and IIR digital filter technology is proposed. It Integrated many functions, such as angle position, harmonics analysis and filter, it also improved measurement accuracy and speed, reduced the cost. The simulation results by Matlab show that the method is feasible.

Based on the widely used USB communication technology, when the speed requirement is not too high using USB controller chip with I2C bus develops USB interface, you can reduce the use of pin microcontroller ATmega8, simplify connection circuit. This article describes the design method of a Philips company with I2C interface USB interface chip PDIUSBD11, as well as the peripheral hardware circuit connection and USB HID class program design method. The test results show that can reliably achieve communication function between USB and computer, and has good application value.

This paper introduces one ultrasonic distance measurement device based on single chip processor and mainly describes its hardware circuit and software design. The ultrasonic distance measurement device has many merits such as simple structure, low-cost, high-accuracy, microminiaturization, digital display and so on; this result reaches the expected target. The practice result shows that the ultrasonic telemeter has very high generalizing value.

The paper design a high performance 20KW grid inverter based on STM processor, and describes the overall structure of the inverter, and design the hardware circuit and the software design scheme; finally produce the prototype and test. The experimental results show that: in the condition of rated power inverter can stabilize output valid values of 220V 3%, frequency is sine wave AC 50HZ, output voltage has small harmonic content and high reliability, and has a good application prospect in the field of photovoltaic power generation.

Due to the unique and lifelong invariance characteristics of the fingerprint, this paper presents a fast fingerprint identification system by FPS200 solid-state fingerprint sensors and TMS320VC5402 DSP chip.In the system, FPS200 completed fingerprint collection, DSP chip to complete the fingerprint image pre processing of data; combined with the characteristics of the two chips, given the system hardware design, software design flow. The results showed that: the system is well designed, low cost, real-time and high reliability, with important practical value and broad application prospects.

Zig Bee is a focus on low-power, low-cost, low-complexity, low-rate short-range wireless network communication technology; it can well solve the high cost and poor real-time of wired data acquisition system. This paper presents a program to build environmental remote monitoring system based on Zig Bee wireless sensor network. The program uses TI's wireless RF transceiver chip CC2530 and the amount of the external circuit to design the hardware circuit of the sensor nodes and the coordinator node, and then design application software for sensor nodes and coordinator nodes on the basis of the Zig Bee protocol stack. The test results prove that the system can effectively monitor long-term stability of the environment of electrical equipment.
