Nowadays, developed information technology is leading human from the industrial society to information society. Internet and e-commerce are rapid development. Under accounting informationization, internal control is faced with many challenges, more and more problems happen which forces all enterprises to strengthen their internal control systems. This paper puts the internal control which is under the environment of information on research using the method of summarizing and case analysis. Then this thesis analyses the impacts of informatization to internal control. And according to the informatization, new risks of internal control under the environment of enterprise some countermeasures for improving the internal control of the corresponding enterprises are proposed. The improvement of internal control in the environment of information is discussed in this thesis through a typical case, which can provide reference and guidance of internal control system in the environment of information for so many enterprises.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of human resource competencies, information technology and internal control systems on good governance and local government financial management performance in the Indonesian local government (Pangkep South Sulawesi).  Research conducted on civil servants working on 49 local work units (SKPD) by setting a sample of 245 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) supporting through Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) Ver. 21. The results showed that the human resources competencies and internal control system have a positive and a significant effect on good governance. Information technology has positive but not significant effect on good governance. A human resources competency, internal control system and good governance have<strong> </strong>positive and significant effect on the financial management performance. Information technology has insignificant effect on financial management performance: The Mediating role of good governance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, transparency, use of information technology and internal control systems on the accountability of village village fund management in villages in West Simeulue District. The problem that arises is whether leadership, transparency in the use of information technology and internal control systems affect the accountability of village fund management in West Simeulue District? With a sample of 70 respondents and data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. To test each item on each variable has been tested the validity and reliability of the instrument. The results show that simultaneously there is an influence between leadership, transparency, use of information technology, internal control systems and accountability of village fund management by 0.678 or 67.8% and 0.322 or 32.2% influenced by other variables. after the F test, the number Fcount > Ftable or (34,293>3.13) and a significant test that the p value of 0.000 <p is set at 0.05 which means it is significant. Partially shows that: 1. Leadership affects the accountability of village fund management Tcount 2.392> T table 1.667 and p value 0.020 < from p 0.05 means significant. 2. Transparency affects the accountability of village fund management Tcount 2,231 > Ttable 1,667 with p value 0.029 from <0.05 means significant. 3. The use of information technology affects the accountability of village fund management Tcount 1.953> Ttable 1.667 with p value 0.030 from <0.05 means significant. 4. The internal control system affects the accountability of village fund management Tcount 4.511> Ttable 1.667 with p value 0.000 from <0.05 means significant. This means that partially the influence of the internal control system on the accountability of village fund management is more dominant than leadership, transparency and the use of information technology.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the government internal control system and the use of information technology in improving the quality of local-owned asset reports in the Government of West Bandung Regency, Bandung City, and Subang Regency. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection is done by interview and documentation techniques to 12 informants who are Heads of Asset Fields in Financial and Asset Management Agency of Bandung City, Subang Regency, and West Bandung Regency. Data analysis is done by reducing data and then presenting data and drawing conclusions on data obtained according to the method of data analysis for qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the government internal control system and the use of information technology in improving the quality of reports on local-owned asset reports in Government of Bandung City, Subang Regency, and West Bandung Regency were well implemented. Each region has problems related to the management of the different local-owned asset.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

This research is a causality study with the title "Effect of Government Internal Control Systems and Employee Competence on the Performance of Government Agencies in Karimun Regency." The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Government's Internal Control System on the performance of Karimun Regency government agencies and to determine the effect of employee competence on the performance of Karimun Regency government agencies. Data collection using a questionnaire where the questionnaire contained questions about the Government's Internal Control System, employee competencies and agency performance. Data were tested using multiple linear regression statistical tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the governmental internal control system has a significant positive effect on Government Agency Performance with the results of statistical tests that show a sig value of 0.016 <0.05 (alpha 5%). Employee Competency has a significant positive effect on Government Performance with the results of statistical tests showing a sig value of 0,000.

With the rapid development and widespread use of technology, business processes are being transformed. One of the consequences of the implementation of technologies into the business is the partial transition to remote work, which made it necessary to reflect the corresponding changes in the internal control system (IC). The article is devoted to the analysis of the main shortcomings identified during the transition to the remote mode, in response to which measures are proposed to adapt the IC to the conditions of remote work. Identifies the following areas for improvement of the internal control system. In response to the identified areas successful practical examples are analyzed and potential measures are proposed in the context of the elements identified in the COSO conceptual framework and methodological documents of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

The problem with the low quality of financial reports in local governments is the reason this research was conducted. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports by considering the internal control system (SPI) factor. The location of this research is in the Karisidenan Surakarta area which includes 6 districts and 1 city. The population of this research is all state civil servants (ASN) in local governments who work in accounting. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the use of information technology had a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting in local governments, while the internal control system moderated the effect of the use of information technology on the quality of financial reporting in local governments.

Penelitian ini menguji efektifitas sistem pengendalian intern, dukungan manajemen dan audit professionalism terhadap keefektifan audit internal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 Inspektorat Daerah dari enam Provinsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian intern dan dukungan manajemen berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keefektifan audit internal. Penelitian ini gagal memberikan bukti empiris audit professionalism berpengaruh terhadap keefektifan1 audit internal. Penelitian ini memperkaya penelitian yang sudah ada terkait keefektifan audit internal dan penekanan pentingnya sistem pengendalian intern di pemerintah daerah.This study examined the effectiveness of internal control system, management support, and audit professionalism on internal audit effectiveness of local government. The sample consists of 39 regional inspectorates of six provinces in Indonesia. By using multiple regressions, this study found that internal control system and management support has positive impact on the effectiveness of the internal audit. However, there is no support for the audit professionalism on internal audit effectiveness. This study enriches existing research related to the effectiveness of the internal audit and emphasis the importance of internal control systems in local government.

This study aims to explain how Human Resources Competencies, Utilization of Information Technology and The Application of Internal Control System determine of the Quality of Financial Reports of Pekanbaru City. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were 33 OPD in Pekanbaru City Government. The sample determination technique uses a purposive sampling method, where questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents were determined to the Head of Department, Head of Division/Sub-Division/Financial Staff and PPTK of each OPD. The hypothesis test used in this study uses t-Test. The statistical test aids used in this study were the SPSS program ver. 20 for Windows and Ms. Excel 2013. The results show that the Competencies of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and the Application of Internal Control System partially affected the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports
