The modularity logistics system is a new concept produced in network era of globalization. The modularity logistics systems have self-organization characteristic. Combining modularity theory with synergetics theory, the association between modularity logistics systems and logistics standardization system was analyzed. And from the self-organization’s point of view, analyzing the internal and external factors of modularity logistics systems, it was identified that the standardization degree and the modularity value of logistics systems are the order parameters among the co-evolutionary of modularity logistics systems. Finally, introducing synergetics to management science, the collaborative management model of modularity logistics systems is put forward based on the public information supporting platform.

It is by now well known that numerous open systems in physics (fluids, plasmas, lasers, nonlinear optical devices, semiconductors), chemistry and biology (morphogenesis) may spontaneously develop spatial, temporal or spatiotemporal structures by self-organization. Quite often, striking analogies between the corresponding patterns can be observed in spite of the fact that the underlying systems are of quite a different nature. In this paper I shall first give an outline of general concepts that allow us to deal with the spontaneous formation of structures from a unifying point of view that is based on concepts of instability, order parameters and enslavement. We shall discuss a number of generalized Ginzburg-Landau equations. In most cases treated so far, theory started from microscopic or mesoscopic equations of motion from which the evolving structures were derived. In my paper I shall address two further problems that are in a way the reverse, namely (1) Can we derive order parameters and the basic modes from observed experimental data? (2) Can we construct systems by means of an underlying dynamics that are capable of producing patterns or structures that we prescribe? In order to address (1), a new variational principle that may be derived from path intergrals is introduced and illustrated by examples. An approach to the problem (2) is illustrated by the device of a computer that recognizes patterns and that may be realized by various kinds of spontaneous pattern formations in semiconductors and lasers.

Modern approaches to the organization and management of logistics operators include issues directly related to the forecasting of the dynamics of the processes of the company under study, as well as the development of recommendations for further functioning in the market of goods and services. Services integrated into the order and delivery logistics system are an integral part of it and accompany the flow processes throughout the supply chain. Nowadays, the complex of information technologies, communications and technological solutions allows implementing the most daring offers of logistics companies. Innovative solutions developed using information technologies develop the complex “design-practical implementation” in logistics systems and form a digital space for managing material flows. The calculation of the forecast values of the indicators that characterize the order requires research from the point of view of taking into account the already known preferences of customers. We are talking about recommendation systems that offer to form a package of services in the delivery and assembly of a batch of orders based on the established preferences of other customers and users of the services. The well-known preferences of customers when accessing logistics services form the basis for developing recommendations that are close to them. The obtained data of forecasts of the state of the system under study should provide an opportunity to develop an individual package of solutions, based on the already known preferences of other users. The key value is the information that is used in this model to build forecasts. The practice of finding solutions in the management of order procedures in logistics is an analysis of the key problems and “problem points” that affect the overall performance indicator, taking into account the geography of transport systems, established trade practice, the characteristics of the markets studied and the location of each, specifically selected company.

Collaborative management of public sector is being introduced as a new approach to solve the problems which is mainly on the restrictiveness of bureaucracy in answering such public demand. Therefore, collaboration approach presents new actors out of the government in processing the public sectors. The relationship among actors in its collaboration is well developed through consensus to gain valuable decision to all. Based on the problems mentioned, this study focuses on the model of collaborative management on developing the infrastructure of an airport. To answer the objective of the study, therefore, this research applied qualitative approach in which the respondents are those who were being involved in construction process of the airport. The data gained from interview will be analysed through interactive model consisting of some procedures; data reduction, data presentation, verification of the data/ drawing conclusion. The result showed that collaborative management model in infrastructure development of the airport was a management model, in this case collective action based on the principle of synergetic participation. In this context, there was no single actor on the development of infrastructure of the airport. Through collective action, the related aspects, in this case the development of infrastructure, was transparently communicated to avoid miscommunication among the members. Therefore, the actors which were being involved on the collaboration bore the needs reasonably and also there was no such member who were being burden. Thus, the implication of collaboration based on the consensus, the collaboration on the development of infrastructure of the airport is on the basis of participative, which pointed out the appointment and the continuation of the development.

The computer data mining technology can carry out an in-depth selection and processing on the potential data information. This new type of data mining technology has the ability to bring the values of all kinds of the information resources into full play. The sales of the agricultural products are the main source of the agricultural economic income. However, the agricultural products, during the period of entering in the market sales, are necessary to face up with all kinds of the logistics and distribution problems. From the perspective of the market value of the agricultural products, it is necessary for the enterprises to create the matching logistics systems and then meet the needs of the product sales. In accordance with this point of view, the author mainly carries out an analysis on the problems in the agricultural products logistics system based on the database resource mining in this paper.

This paper will focus on the LL of Daugavpils from a diachronic point of view in order to describe the usage of the Latvian language in the public space since the middle of the 19th century until today, as well as the socio-economic and political factors which influence the language situation. Research sources are old photos which depict legible signboards, and photos obtained during LL research 2013. The role of the Latvian language in public information increased during the first period of independence, when ideas of nationalism become widespread and the first normative documents about language usage were approved. However, the stability of Latvian as the main language of the public was only established during the first Latvian Republican period at the end of the 20th century, when the State Language Law was passed and implemented in linguistic practice. Currently, the linguistic landscape reflects the political, socio-pragmatic, and social identity motivations of the owners of public texts, but within the confines of the restrictions imposed by language laws.

AbstractConstituting the key element of a democratic system, political parties are among entities obliged by the Polish legislator to comply with the principle of disclosure by providing public information. The main objective of this paper is to determine the level of Polish political parties’ disclosure, understood here as their willingness to disclose information on their own structures. It seems that the practice of disclosing such basic organizational data may constitute a specific measure of Polish political parties’ respect for the idea of disclosure. The subject matter of the conducted research was particular parties’ sites in the Public Information Bulletin as well as their official websites. An attempt was made to acquire data concerning party structures by way of direct contact with particular parties’ organizational units – questionnaires were sent to both central and regional/district organizational units. In order to acquire a wider perspective, the research also included data provided by the Central Statistical Office concerning political parties’ organizational structures and election manifestos. The conducted analysis was summarized in the form of a ranking of the examined political parties based on a proposed political party disclosure index. This attempt to measure disclosure on the basis of data on internal structures provided by parties themselves is of a preliminary character which, nevertheless, makes it possible to capture the general properties of the phenomenon under analysis. Among the examined parties, it is PSL, SLD, and PO that, to an acceptable degree, follow the principle of disclosure in the analysed scope (indexes at the level of 60%-80% of the maximum value). Four other parties, i.e. N, Wolność, Razem, and Kukiz’15, are on the edge of the zone making it possible to regard their disclosure as sufficient (indexes at the level of around 50% of the maximum value). In the case of PiS, whose index does not reach 20% of the maximum value, it should be concluded that this party implements the principle of disclosure at a minimum level. The ranking did not show relationships between parties’ willingness towards providing information and their sizes or positions on the political scene (parliamentary parties vs. extra-parliamentary parties).
