The paper summarizes an experience of information system implementation in mechanical engineering industry of Russia Federation. Methodological spaces of information supply in mechanical engineering enterprise have been approved. Effectiveness of creation and usage of non-unified information systems for information gathering about local socio-economic issues has been estimated. Conjointly with the friendly user interface individually tuned for each stakeholder, and realized on the base widely used webserver Apache 2.2, using programming language PHP, as well as using database engine mysql 5.5 with report import into unified format like SPSS or Excel, the system confirms its own usefulness.

Development of information systems in management education is an urgent problem to implement information technology in the education area. The primary objective of the study of this problem is to determine the theoretical foundations of information systems. Subject of the article is devoted to methodological aspects of information systems for creating the information systems profile and building the user interface. The paper presents the principles of construction, the structure of the profile and requirements to user interface. The purpose of the paper was to consider theoretical aspects of creating digital twins of objects and processes, investigate current trends in the development of modern engineering enterprises, and formulate goals and objectives of the development of a digital twin of the production and logistics system of a mechanical engineering enterprise. We found that the solution of the problems of analysis, assessment and forecasting of the state of the production and logistics system is based on the development with a given degree of adequacy of an information model which describes the aspects of the functioning of its main subsystems in accordance with the goals and objectives solved by the digital twin. It is impossible to create such an information model without integral and logically related initial data on the production and logistics system, the sources of which can be the information systems of the enterprise that consistently manage production, organizational and economic processes at various levels of enterprise management. In accordance with this, we introduced a structural model of the digital twin of the production and logistics system and developed the data structure of the information model of the production and logistics system of a mechanical engineering enterprise. Furthermore, we formulated the requirements for the composition and interaction of enterprise information systems containing and processing data for building a digital twin of the production and logistics system. Finally, we proposed a generalized approach to the information support of tasks solved by a digital twin, which consists in the formation of local information models containing relevant data on the production and logistics system of a machine-building enterprise

<p>Editing bibliographic data is an important part of library information systems. In this paper we discuss existing approaches in developing of user interface for editing MARC records. There are two basic approaches, screen forms that support entering bibliographic data without knowledge of the MARC structure and direct editing of MARC records that is shown on the screen. The main result presented in the paper is Eclipse editor for MARC records that fully supports editing of MARC records. It is written in Java as Eclipse plug-in so it is platform-independent. It can be extended for using with any data store. At the end, the paper presents Rich Client Platform application made of MARC editor plug-in which can be used outside of Eclipse. The practical application of the results is integration of created Rich Client Platform application in BISIS library information system. <strong></strong></p>

Keamanan merupakan hal penting dalam sistem maupun jaringan dalam melindungi data informasi. Tingginya tingkat laporang celah keamanan dari Edgescan menunjukkan masih minimnya pengembang sistem dan jaringan dalam hal menutamakan keamanan. Information System Security Assesment Framework (ISSAF) merupakan metodologi penetration testing yang dikembangkan oleh Open Information Systems Security Group. Dalam framework tersebut terdiri dari tiga fase, yaitu Planing and Preparation, Assessment dan Reporting, Clean-up and Destroy Astefacts. Dalam melakukan Vulnerabilities Identification diperlukan tools untuk mengetahui potensi celah keamanan dalam bentuk laporan. Ini sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah analisis, penggunaan dan meminimalisir biaya pentesting. Selama ini tools pentesting kebanyakan masih menggunakan model Command Line Interface (CLI) sehingga sulit digunakan oleh orang awam. Sehingga diperlukan tools berbasis Graphic User Interface (GUI). Dengan pendekatan Hybrid Apps dapat dikembangkan aplikasi pentesting berbasis Graphic User Interface  yang memanfaatkan kelebihan teknologi native dan web. Bangkolo merupakan aplikasi untuk pentesting yang dikembangkan dari framework ISSAF dan pendekatan Hybrid Apps.

The publication considers the relevance and purpose of medical information systems, as well as the tasks that should be solved by medical workers with their help. Functional capabilities and main modules of medical information systems were inspected. A list of the most powerful information systems is given, according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, for use in medical institutions. Since each medical information system has different modules with a unique interface, this requires certain skills to work with the system, understand the properties and principles of designing the user interface. The concept of the user interface is investigated, and its properties are specified. The main principles of the user interface design and quantitative methods of assessing its usability are described. Based on the result of the analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of methods for assessing the convenience of the user interface were identified. In particular, the complexity analysis method gives the possibility to investigate the actions and use of the system from the user's point of view, as well as the parameters that are responsible for the functionality of the system. It has been found that increasing the complexity of the interface leads to an increase in the number of operations that can be carried out in the medical information system. In turn, the use of the GOMS method makes it possible to evaluate the performance of the information system and step by step investigate its effectiveness, predicting the usability of the interface. On the one hand, a correct assessment of the interface complexity will make it possible to rationally adjust the process of the development of medical information systems on the basis of the user’s previous skills. On the other hand, knowledge of the principles of designing the user interface and its properties will make it possible to effectively and fully use their functional capabilities in professional activities.

User interface is very important part of an information system. Design requires a serious effort, especially in understanding the user requirements. User interface should support users in completing their tasks. This is becoming the user requirements to be fulfilled by information systems. In reviewing the user requirements a designer can use tools. Tool discussed in this paper is the Sequence Diagram. The paper defines the role and place of information systems in the management of economic objects. The main tasks that are solved by the economic information system are formulated. Theoretical provisions on the necessity of introduction of information technologies in enterprise management are grounded. The concept of "economic object information system" is disclosed. The components of the economic information system are highlighted. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that in order to solve any task using a computer, you need to create information support (provide the calculations with the necessary data) and mathematical support (to create a mathematical model for solving the problem, which compiles a computer program). The purpose of the paper is to highlight the main problems, to substantiate the theoretical propositions regarding the need for the introduction of information systems and technologies in the management of economic objects. Economics management is information based and generates new information. The effectiveness of the economy of any object (enterprise, organization) depends largely on the ability of managers at different levels to carefully prepare and justify the decisions made. The conditions of a market (competitive) economy make serious demands on quality, timeliness, completeness, reliability of economic information, depth of analysis of economic indicators. The information system not only reflects the functioning of the control object, but also affects it through the controls. It is a set of information processes to meet the need for information at different levels of decision making, its purpose is to produce information for use (consumption) by the administrative apparatus. Accordingly, it provides for the accumulation, transmission, storage, processing and compilation of bottom-up information, as well as the concretization of top-down information. The purpose of IP is to describe the economic object, its states, interactions, which are expressed through economic indicators. It is intended to provide the management authorities with the necessary and sufficient information in a timely manner to make decisions, the quality of which ensures the highly efficient operation of the management entity.

Formulation of the problem. For many decades, forecasting has been a debating issue, explained by the economic-historical context that defines the organizational and economic mechanism of forecasting. The purpose of the article is to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for making forecasts of production and economic activity of enterprises and to evaluate its effectiveness. The subject of the research is the organizational and economic mechanism for the construction of prognosis of industrial enterprises. The working hypothesis of the research includes the idea that the requirements for creating an organizational and economic mechanism of the economic system are the same as for creating an information system. The methods used in the research are abstraction and extrapolation. The classification of information systems requirements proposed by Karl Wiggers is considered in the research processes. Statment main material. Today, forecasting is an integral part of the workflows that take place at the enterprise and these processes are implemented through certain organizational and economic mechanisms. The article considers the concept of organizational and economic mechanism of forecasting production and economic activity of enterprises. Recent publications in this scientific field of knowledge have been analyzed. Originality and practical significance of the research. For the first time, the author proposed, based on the hypothesis that the economic system is primarily an information system, to use the system requirements for information systems developed by Wiegers K. Moreover, the author developed and defined the requirements for the economic system, taking into account the organizational and economic management mechanism, described within the system. requirements of the prediction system function. The conclusion of the research is the need to build such an information system that would take into account all the described functions of the organizational and economic mechanism of forecasting. The prospect of further research is to study the best methods, building forecasting, taking into account the cyclical nature of the economy.
