The formation of the public low carbon consumption is gradual development process, generally divided into cognition stage, emotion stage and behavior stage. Determining the variety factors which influence low carbon products consumer behavior is the core problem that promotes the low carbon consumption of residents. According to the characteristics of each stage, social factors, natural factors, family factors, personal factors and behavior perception can be regarded as the important factors that effects on the low carbon consumption preference.
